Today come at 330pm...ordered 3set of ¼chicken....1set of soup... 1. We were given wings portion for the 3 set...the chicken are HELLL DRY!!!! 2. AROMATIC RICE for the side dish were terribly cold. 3. To oily for the fries. 4. Soup is cold MANAGERS PLEASE COME DOWN & TASTE YOUR OWN FOOD.

The eastren rice was great. Te grilled breast also was good. They serve small quantity. When we go there they told us no chips avaliable and it was very sad to me to choose the garlic naan instead of chips. I think they have to serve everything in the menu to obligate us to choose what is avaliable. Not sure to try it again. The place is quite nosiy and very crowded.

Pita chessy quite nice. Remember use apps to get the chilli whenever u spent Rm30 everytime. The service here bit slow. Came dine in june 2022, bit terrible service. Serve wrong table. And waiting for so long time foods, end up they forgot one of the set meals. Asking for 3rd time only check and serve the fooda with wrong what i ordered as well. Pls improve service

Not many items on the menu available, somehow. Chicken cheese pita sandwich was above average. Nandos rarely turns you down. But I wonder why UK Nandos tasted exceptionally good.

Another good place to have VARITIES of chicken 🍗🐔 special dishes and snack's on the spot with nice ambience setup of seatings for family dine in restaurant. Here is a famous dish that is peri peri chicken. And also having some hot and cool drinks . Situated on the lower ground level of queen's Bay mall .

There is the option of ordering and payment upfront at the counter if you are not comfortable with ordering and paying via the qr code link provided. For grilled chicken, this is just about the most tender, juicy and tasty chicken. Delicious be it chicken tenders or chicken parts. The service is prompt, efficient and courteous. The qr code menu eliminates the need for multiple hard copies. Having a proper shoplot makes this a better venue than Dave's Deli if you are the type who values some enclosure and more privacy. For drinks, Nando's serves good galao and lemon lime cooler(sugar free). The cooler is carbonated minus the sweetness of soda yet still able to capture the blended flavours of lemon and lime. You don't need soda when natural flavours taste this good! Personally Lemon and Herb sauce for my chicken is just fine. Too much chilli will only detract from the natural texture and taste of grilled chicken. For the salad, opt to eat it plain or with salad cream. The grilled vegetables are a healthy and tasty choice. If you can take plain strong coffee, order the Espresso from Nando's. It's not as bitter as standard espresso, so it tastes more balanced. I suspect they use medium roasted espresso not dark espresso.

The waitress and the manager are very friendly and they also recommends popular dishes to me. The food is served very quickly and yummy, and I also receive a free chocolate muffin for my birthday! Thank you Nando’s !!!

First time trying it. A quarter chicken is only a full drumstick here. Taste wise nothing to shout about. They provide a few sauces. Tried them all and it didn't impress me one bit sadly. Kenny Rogers roasters taste better and its truly a quarter chicken. This is my personal opinion. You have your own preference.

Love the ambiance here. Felt cool even though there are a lot of restaurants patrons. The staffs are so friendly. I love the ceaser salad here , it has a special crispy cheese in it

The service is all great just dissapointed with the size of the chicken thigh. Rasa tak adil bayar mahal and dapat ayam size kecil berbanding size ayam breast. Hope can improve on this. Tq!

Good place to get roasted chicken. Low carbs choice avaialble. While the food is ok, the latest ordering and paying system with QR code is not very user friendly. Spent 15 minutes and I still cant order. At the end, ordered over the counter.

There's only 2 nandos in penang Island and this is the best in terms of service and food quality. It's good place to come with your family for occasions and casual lunch dinner.

Peri peri chicken always my favourite. Used Nando’s app to order but unable to scan table no. So need to close it and open phone camera to scan the table no, then only re-login again. They need to improve the apps on this problem. If you want to pay at cashier, you must make payment first after send the order in the cart, else the foods won’t be prepared without payment.

It has been a long time since I last visited Nandos and apparently now the ordering system is using QR code. When I enter the shop, I told the waiter that I am sitting down at one particular table. I waited and it was only later when I called for help to order, I was told I need to scan code and order online. Drinks seems to be self service now too and I kinda like it so i don't need to always call and wait for bottomless drink replenishment. But the ice machine is not working so that is the only reason why I reduced 1 star. Since i went at non peak hour, the food served was fairly fast and I am happy that the size of the chicken served (I ordered quarter) was still quite big as I remembered. The peri sauce is still as good as ever. Chicken was grilled to perfection, not too dry and not hard as well, I kinda like it. Overall, I am quite satisfied even after many many years not visiting Nandos. Usually during peak hours, it will be full house and you need to queue.

1st visit after their last renovation. Always packed during lunch/dinner time. Lemon & herb is always my choice. Love their sides, wedges, fries, sweet potatoes fries wit dip, non-spicy rice... Most drinks here are refillable. Pick/find ur right chilli sauce.

food was so delicious and waiting time is short. I have ordered peri peri chicken chop, portion is quite small but it's okay. avoid lunch hour or need to wait for the crowd. service was fast

We ordered a total of 8 main dishes and were served in a few minutes. Their chicken breast is juicy and tender. (out of my expectation) Their cashier and waitresses are very patient and friendly. Coleslaw is good fries are good wedges are good Pita normal corn is not good (too blend) caramel cheese cake too sweet Ice mocha, not worth it. It tasted like Nescafé. Better order bottomless soft drinks which are also cheaper in price.

QR code available on empty table for mobile ordering. The place is not crowded, just help ourselves to one empty table, grab one menu to go thru the selection as the mobile service at basement is quite bad. Goto cashier to pay for the meal and get glasses for the bottomless drinks. Waited 20 minutes for pita with fries and a bowl of chicken rice. Helped ourselves with the cutlery and filling up the glass with self service ice cubes with drinks. Additional sauce available at the cutlery trays.

Peri-Peri Chicken is really good, we do enjoy it. Friendly and helpful staff, drinks are refillable.

Nando's Queens Bay Mall.. Is a nice restaurant with delicious dishes and nice service including bar code system to demand meals.. their chicken dishes are really owsome and I really recommend their meals.

The chicken here is fresh, grilled to perfection. Along with a generous amount of side dishes. We like that there’s healthy options for the side dishes. The extra hot sauce could be spicier though, but it’s not the restaurant at fault for this. We did enjoy the food here :)

Enjoyed the food . First time being there after pandemic. Now they have changed to the online qr code ordering on your mobile. You can select at your convenience. Had the set meal with unlimited drinks ( though i can't drink that much 😂) . The spicy taste is invigorating to the palate and really wake you up! I like that you can select from various side dishes ranging from rice to veggies. Good taste with reasonable price considering it's in a mall. Ambience wise i like the decor that gives a homey western feel. However the place can be packed so be prepared to hear noises and closer proximity to others.

Nando's, a South African delight adored by many, has franchises all over Malaysia. This branch doesn't disappoint in the aspect of taste, but there are other things I would like to comment on. This restaurant was closed for quite a few months in Q1 2022. Being the nearest Nando's to me, it has to be among the handful of my go to places in Queesnbay mall. However, when they scheduled for refurbishment and had mentioned to be reopening in April, I was hopeful yet and yet again to revisit this restaurant, but no news of it until July. This is a major let down for me, as the second nearest Nando's would be in Gurney, a place I would not want to go often. Next, the service is poor at times. It seems they have not found their footing with restaurant management until now. Waiting and serving time (despite the refurbishment that had barely any changes) is rather long, at times, cutlery is not served along with meals. One last point would be on the system maintenance downtime. It occurs so often that it disrupts the overall customer experience. I hope Nando's Queesnbay will pick up to speed some time soon.

I first tried Nando's in South Africa in 2012. The chicken was really good then. I was very excited when I found one in Penang. The chicken was still good and there were different source choices. The price was also fair. ~30-35 RM per person. The drink was also good.

It is very popular among young people and very clean and simple food. You can choose the main menu right away without having to think it's difficult for you to eat chicken. The price range is very reasonable and you can enjoy your meal while playing show ping because you are inside the Queen's Bay shopping mall. The food is not stimulating, and you can eat whatever you want with the sauce.

Food like always, delicious, but the limited space for sitting. The new mango chicken also recommend to try. Reasonable price. Good service at queensbay mall branch. Full house at lunch hour on public holiday.

Few times giving them benefit of the doubt but each time the side dishes especially the salad were total let down. The portion is so small that one or two bites can finished. Also the leaves were wilted and not fresh at all. Too bad.

It's a place you go for chicken meals. It taste great hence it's PACKED. You need to stand outside the place and there's no queue. Wave down the staff and tell them how many person. It's chaotic. Also, new SOP is you don't order from the staff. You order and pay via a website that you scan the provided QR code to get to. Hope you won't get as unprepared as I was.
