Both of my dog's back legs were injured and swollen. We called the boss but he claimed that it was "skin allergies" when my dog does not have skin allergies. He then told us that they saw the injuries while bathing and NEVER BOTHERED TO INFORM US. My dog also came back vomiting for almost a whole day. The pools and entertainment facilities may be fun but the service here is trash. Irresponsible and untrustworthy boss along with unprofessional groomers. It makes my blood boil thinking about how they never thought about treating the wound before bathing my dog and letting the soap rub all over the injury. It must've been painful for my dog. Never coming back here again.

The swimming pool actually is very good, my dogs have a lot of fun here. The reason i give 2 stars is because of the grooming. My area bathing price is including cut nail and clean the ear, but i don't know here not included, groomer never mention also, then when i asked what is the different between basic and bathing, groomer answer me in very rude way. Then i choose bathing . i was waiting outside the grooming room , then i heard groomers are talking something bad and laugh on me. Conclusion is you can have a fun with their swimming pool, but better you go other shop to have grooming service . Groomer there really rude and lack of manner ( especially the fat groomer ) Oh ya , one more thing , i can not understand why groomers don't want to take off the collar when drying the pet , the neck part of my dog is wet when i checked inside the car .

At 9.30 am this morning we brought our 3 dogs for grooming and bathing. We had made our appointment earlier on 3rd January. At around 5.00 pm we went to pick up our dogs but was told by the groomer that only two dogs were done. The 3rd dog did not have its bath and grooming. We were shocked and very disappointed. When asked why, we were given rude and unfriendly answers by the groomer. So if you are thinking of coming here for their grooming services, you better think twice.

My friends work here for about few days and he suppose to get his salary but the boss in charge of this restaurant doesn't pay him his salary ,what kind of boss is this ? It look so unprofessional and the attitude of this lady boss look alike like a childish children ,I feel disappointed to this place and I won't even come here for a hold sack of my life. The worst place ,and also the worst restaurant I Ever Met In My Life.I was shocked when my friend tells me that he didn't get his salary and the boss of that RESTAURANT posing her face towards him like my friend are deserve to get bully, he's so hard-working but what he gets is nothing but the boss posing face. Awesome place sent my beagle baby for daycare & shower. Good place for active breed dogs. Owner has 8 cute beagles! My beagle feels at home here. Will definitely be back when I’m in town. Thank you so much.

Extremely happy to be able to bring my dog with swimmer syndrome to come here for a swim. The owner was very accommodating ensuring the environment was conducive for my dog. Would definitely come again to get some exercise in for my dog.

Staff here are friendly and nice, handle dogs with car and the dogs here are definitely friendly and fun to play with.

Not a safety place to send for grooming or boarding as well.I send my poodle there..end up i discovered she was pregnant after a month send there. I have yet to take my dog for boarding but we have firstly visited the place.Its on the middle portion of a hillock with proper field for dogs to run and play with one another.There is a separate area for small/ medium size dogs and a swimming pool tool for dogs to play in with proper watch and care for these loving and adorable creatures of ours.Recomnended.

This is my dog's favourite place to go. And mine too! While I sit at the cafe area to enjoy my food and drink, she has all the space to run as much as she wants.

I was there looking for plants..but I was surprised to seen the Pet Amazon had such a nice n good facilities for dogs..one of the best part are the pool for dogs to swim n Aircon room for those cold weather dogs like Huskies.. mostly of the staffs are pets lover who taken care n grooming the dogs very good n well too.. Worth to be there if you are pets lover or owner needs some services..👍

I wanted a cage-less boarding environment and I am glad to find this place. There are lots of outdoor space for the my dog (Ellie) to run around. My dog is fearful of big dogs and they were very careful to help her socialize safely with the bigger dogs (huskies). I would bring my dog here for boarding again and i highly recommend this place.

Beware of this place. I checked the price with them thru messenger, they said rm75++ for full grooming. Go there she said my dog not suitable for short fur so I told her to trim the fur. When I went bck home, she messaged to check if I want to add medicated shampoo rm20. So I asked rm75+20=95 right. She said no already told u, ur dog cannot cut the fur short so do basic. So I asked the price She wrote rm40+15(start 25/1 increase per grooming-dis she did not mention earlier) +20=75. I already left my dog there and went bck so I don't want the hussle so I said ok. I told her when i get bck my dog that she should let me know earlier the price. She said they were busy and ++mean got additional fee can be shampoo or different cutting design. Don't try this place unless u don't mind getting additional charge. I try before I saw good review after this no more next time.
