Didn’t give receipts n give me the wrong size...when I go back the next day they’re not allowed me to change size...very bad service....

Are your staff here to work or talk? Check the cctv and you’ll see all of them just standing at the counter. Nobody bothered to serve customers. Very bad service.

Not much options for toddlers. Staff is not so friendly but on the bright side, they do allow you to freely choose your items without pestering you around😅 huge place.

I came here to exchange my online purchase (shoes) and assisted by Daniel and Syahmi at the counter. While waiting, I did realize Syahmi really friendly with all customers, regardless any race, he attend with cute local accent. And Daniel assisted me to find another shoes to replace the current one that did not fit, he suggested brand and size and the comfortability of the shoes. I have a very good time here, they have full information about things I asked. They really served the customers well. This will be my fav outlets to go in Penang now.
