This is the best clinic i have went. Everything was perfect, consultation, medicine, scan, and their price. Took a full ultrasound of abdomens, liver, kidney, gall bladder, eveything...And only cost RM 120.00 for everything. Previous clinics nothing was done as Walid Dr did but charged RM 100.00 and more...This is gonna be my panel after this. Only Walid.

Usually its either the doctor or the receptionist is rude. We gotta sacrifice either one. But this clinic has awesome and friendly and warm doctors and receptionists. The clinic itself is clean and comfy. Dr was nice and made me feel comfortable. Other clinic in mainland with micare just wants to get it over with. Buat ala kadar. But this one. Definitely will be my go to clinic. Its just sad its not 24hrs. And the price was reasonable. I expect it to be expensive with the service and all. But nope. 10/10

I am seriously happy with this clinic. They have helped me a lot. The doctors are sincere in treating their patients. They answer my questions kindly. The staffs are polite, the interior is beautiful and clean. And their charge is affordable! Salute to the clinic.

Never been to such a luxury yet super affordable clinic in Penang. The moment u step in ure surprise by the quality they present. I brought my son which having fever. The doctor is so nice and she did a complete check up to my son. The exolanation given also easy to understand. im surely will come back here if i need for any check up or treatment. 🥰🥰🥰

Rude doctor, i was sore throat, cough, flu, and feel like getting fever. doctor said to me 'i didn't even heard you cough here' and she didn't even check my throat!. she though i was there just for mc. she even said 'here (the walid clinic), we don't give mc for this kind of sick and if you want mc, you can go to other clinic'.i just asking today was my working day, if i get mc or timeslip..even i whatsapp the staff for claim in my medical insurance they didn't respond..what a judgemental mind..

Im coming to this clinic with the xpectation to see a specialist as per claimed in social media. Nevertheless non of the dr is the specialist or surgeon. Such overclaim indeed kind of cheeting and doubtful.

Admin staff need more training. Been there several times, I’ve observed same issues. 1. Admin staff still confuse how to do panel claim even the panel sticker had been displayed on their door. They said that cannot do panel claim because register form are not available. Such a very lazy answer. Then no use I have panel. After I complaint to them, suddenly can do panel claim. 2. The admin table have 3 chairs so whenever I come, mostly they are ‘lepak’ and chit-chatting their personal topic with loud voice. This cause the register process become very slow and I’ve to wait while listening to their gossip. Management please review this matter. Re-train your staff and re-construct your staff working culture. Level up their professionalism because I’ve seen none.

I had a poor service here. The doctor did my detailed scan and she didn’t even acknowledge the report. When I requested to consult second time the O&G doctor at W33 they said can, when I double check with them is it pakar they reluctantly release the name and just mention that the doc has experience in gynae. If your clinic has the specialist why not just mention the name of the pakar directly.why need to play hide and seek. My bad I engage with the diff branch of poliklinik walid for follow up pregnancy, they didn’t have the confidence with their scan, if your doc not even have the confidence to scan why hiring them? Until they can’t even let me know what are the reason of complications and just give refer letter to hospital then what is the function of engaging with your clinic if you unable to give consultation. I’m paying the consultation fees as well for your service.

Cheapest price in penang i can say,with latest superb medical device.This clinic really worth for T20,meanwhile affordable for b40. Support them,in order to support their charity to public.💪🏻

The services and doctor good but the cost a bit pricey. Actually I always bring my son when he had fever. For me, fever medicine is suits to my son.

Used to be my go to and fave clinic even though they re not my panel clinic anymore. I came with high fever, cough, flu. all symptoms were severe but doctor checked for like a minute and then done. So quick made me think she just wanted it to be done. And with all those symptoms they gave me mc one day only for the day i came. I assumed their medicine are very powerful that i can be healthy to be back to work next day which was not. Had to go to other clinic for mc again. Or maybe they want us to come back for mc so they can charge again. The staffs are nice though.

This is my first time visit, as i wanted to do fetal anomaly scan. And the receptionist there were friendly. No comments about the environment. Parking is available outside the clinic which is very convinient. And the explanation by Dr Ranjit was very precise. Each scan he took his time to explain it to me. I really enjoyed the view of my baby and the details that Dr explained to me. Worth the price, if its for the baby health. Anything is possible. He even suggest what blood test to take if we wanted to confirm on something. Really recommend it. Thanks again.

The doctors are part time who actually lack of experience. Waste of money and time coming here. Ive been here 3x and so far I'm not impressed with the 3 different doctors.

Quick, friendly and comfy. Waiting time was reasonable. The doctor took time to explain the diagnosis and functions of the prescribed medications. Pekerja kaunter pendaftaran juga peramah. And they have the comfiest softest sofas in the waiting area. Terubat sikit sakit masa menunggu. Segalanya memuaskan! Keep it up PK Walid. Will be back again.
