Was here on April 14, 2022 for the Holy Week as a stop over. The place is near the Butuan Bus Terminal. We got the room with 2 beds good for 4 people. Room price is affordable at 1,200pesos but then we also got a senior citizen discount as my mom was with me. Place is clean. Water is sufficient. Internet wifi was fast as I was able to work, taking calls. Although there were few small mosquitoes. Overall, if you're traveling on a budget and transient, this is a good place to stay in for the night.

It is a budget friendly, clean and the staff are polite, helpful.

I got a JR Suite room... Nice and very spacious... A table with 2 chairs... TV is fully functional... They have nice Bed and pillows.... With small Sofa... The downside was the shower... Very low pressure so you have to use the bucket... Toilet bowl water control not functioning so you have to use the bucket to flush it out😁... Very limited parking... They have free breakfast...

Better option if you just want to use the room for sleeping purpose and taking a bath. Rooms are generally clean and spacious. Most TV does not have remote controls. Bathroom also clean but there are visible areas that needs restoration. Few choices of personal hygine necessities. They do not offer food orders, they just have set breakfast as complimentary for room occupants. Staff though attentive and polite. Only 3 slots for parking.

Not well maintained yung rooms.

Rusted Shower Pipe, found a cockroach in one of the bathrooms, flush is malfunctioning but hey, its cheap alright.
