Harleys was really great. We came here for our boxing event at Capitol and all the staff here were really awesome especially Yeil. The room was huge for my team and everyone had a nice time here. The price was really affordable and they helped my team out a lot... like they helped our event br a success. Live band and free breakfast and food service all super good. All I can say is we have some great memories at Harley's and thank you for everything!

Restobar with live bands. Music ranges from Rock to variety. Pay first policy, meaning everytime you order, may it be per bottle or set menus, you need to pay the amount first. Only 1 restroom for male (1 urinal and 1 toilet bowl) which needs constant cleaning as smell was not pleasant. Beer is served not in ideal temperature and then you need to pay for ice. Such a rip off.

Cold beers, love the dynamite lumpia, burgers are nice, great when live band is playong. Dart tournaments a bit irritating but toletable. Staff are mostly good but a few need a lesson in customer service 🙃

Prices of drinks and dishes are very reasonable! Cool bands, great music. Darts and billiards on the sides. Great place. And oh! they have discount cards too. ;)

You can enjoy your beer with a live band

I usually order a cheeseburger, fries and a beer. The burger is a bit on the oily side, but it's okay, I enjoy it. Yesterday I also ordered a cookies and cream shake later on. There was a band that was actually good, not boring. They played music by request and if one member of the group didn't know the song there was always someone else in the group who did. For example their rendition of "Yellow" was very good. I've been there several times but last night was probably the best. Update September 20th, 2023: On Wednesdays lots of expats meet to catch up or drink a beer together from around noon till 6pm and some might stay longer. It's a good atmosphere and today I found out I can buy six tokens for bottles (one per token) of San Miguel Pilsen (individual size) like a fidelity card style / beer miles ;-) reducing the price per beer.

Food is good... Atmosphere is good... Wednesdays are the best! Bill; USA 🇺🇸
