Worst experience ever. The staffs are not at all coordinating. First of all they made us wait for 40 mins, we ordered chicken strips which was so salty we could not even take another bite. We asked them to change it for us but the staff was like this is how it taste, as if this was the first time we were having KFC.

Nothing can beat the og kfc fried chicken, they are serving the best fried chicken in town. I tried their iconic hot & crispy chicken and zinger burger, and they pretty much nailed the fried chicken but burger was a bit dry. Had to gulp it down with water except that everything from the ambience and service is kfc standard. I would love to have a bit extra sauce in my zinger next time baki everything is good.

Much awaited fast food chain to open bussiness in Butwal. Located just at side of Bhatbhateni may be to draw the shoppers. Opening day drawed a crowd. Chicken had extra salt that we did not like but they were juicy. Burger & french fries were good. Wash room lacked toilets. Basin at washroom was out of order. Parking was at the street. Staff at desk looked tired to respond maybe of the opening day crowd . Price was extremly high.

The counter staff were good and humble but the shift manager ( black girl , when i ask her name she hide name Tag and she went hiding ) she don’t know anything about guest relationships , she talk like barking dog , she doesn’t know anything at all , i am surprised how she was appointment at KFC butwal branch .. worst experience at KFC

So KFC finally opened in my hometown, and there is nothing to say bad about, food are expensive it's a once a month or once a week goto, place is recently opened so it's not that clean like flooring is dirty you can see the stain of cement, other then that it's was good experience so one advice they are providing free 250ml Pepsi for 1000 costumer so if guy are going with friends and family don't buy at once you will get only on Pepsi so buy separately 😁
