Dear Sir, With all due respect, I am writing this letter with much disappointment to inform you about your pathetic services. Yesterday, my friends and I visited your restaurant with much hope to have a nice, and relaxing dinner. We were impressed by the set up, and ambiance of the restaurant, and decided to order our food. We ordered 14 items, like as ch biryani,sadheko iteam and harabhara kabab and many more. When the food arrived I was very disappointed, harabhara kebab there is only green colour and oily its harmful and heavy.in biryani also extra oily and green colour.i don't know why you are using to much colour in food.The chicken sadheko tasteless just boil and serve..there is no salt and chilly also.and one more thing they give us one bucket popcorn but not fresh..we ask the waiter for fresh one he told us we don't have time.its shameless answer..i regret to have been there yesterday ..

I love this place to hang out with friends and have hukka and beer. I love the special crunchy chicken fry and as well sukuti.... I have the one of the best hukka in this place as well. It's awesome place to chill out watching matches and having drinks and mind refreshing. Lovely place in hear of butwal to refresh you.....

Good food and Friendly Staff. Not so heavy on your pocket. A must visit if you are a hookah lover. Good ambience and also has parking and clean toilets. Hut type seating arrangements.

It’s good place to hangout with your friends. You can get good spacious along with good ambiance to talk with your foods. Service is ok along with foods delivered by the restaurant. I think this is more famous for the Hukka. They repeatedly ask us for Hukka order. This is not a good to ask same things for the same customer. Management teams should work on customer service improvisation.

Very decent spot to hang out with friends and family. Good service and good variety of foods. Reasonable price in comparison to lime and lemon. Also offer good variety of atmosphere including a compact airconditioned loungw as well as open first floor. A mist visit if you are in Butwal. Also. A very lively crowd.

Nice ambience, Hukka, Jhol momo special for winter. It's crowded most of the time so better hurry for reservations 😉.

Ambience is good. We ordered motton chowmein and chicken momo. Chowmein was average but momo was overcooked.

This is my 3rd or 4th visit I order sex on the beach cocktail which is pretty nice 😊 Hookah also very light n gud quality 👍🏻 Mix platter was very good also worth of price now at 1200 npr I feel like I extra order French fries 🍟 but its also gud All over its good experience this time
