Extremely nice environment, the room was great, the service was awesome, really helpful and great service I'll visit them again in the near future.

I was twice staying at this hotel. I got some trouble with bill clearing. The staff and Service are okay but the owner has an attitude problem which seems in his business decisions. Thank you for your hospitality but I will never step into your hotel. Luttyo bye

Very nice hotel! Their standards are as good as big hotel brands I've seen in the US. Everything is new and functioning. Rooms aren't big but have everything you need. It's super clean and very comfortable. Shower is great!! Restaurant is also very comfortable and food is good. The only thing they need to improve is to have someone who understands at least their own menu in English. The person got it half wrong for breakfast and brought us opposite things of what we asked. It was good anyway so I didn't mention it (knowing also he wouldn't understand me). Would totally recommend nonetheless and would come back if I ever pass by Butwall again.

I visited this restaurant to kill time before my connecting bus and am absolutely flawed by their service. The food was amazing. Heads and hands up for the staff's sincerity. The entire team was so welcoming and humble. Bishal, Saugan, Kamana were in the front desk and so dedicated to their work. The hospitality was at peak. Will definitely suggest everyone to be here. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience.

Meeting with 25 others and staying here. Very nice room, not big but comfortable. Very clean, ac works well. Very responsive host and employees. Close to Butwal bus park. Food is very good. Newer place, hot water all the time. I have stayed in Butwal many times and this is the best room for the price I've had. Basement conference room was very good.

Well i have visit many hotels but i feel and got awesome vibe at this hotel literally like their slogen i feel like home at my stay all staf (service. Manager. Owner...)all are awesome their sweet and calm behaviour is also amazing all thing are awesome but specially their 24 hour service and awesome hospitality is the key attraction at my view literally awesome place to hangout and spend the quality time👌👌

Awesome hotel that i have ever experience in my whole life

The rooms were clean with a modern decor. Hospitality was good and the food was amazing. All the staffs were polite & friendly. I found it at a convenient location of butwal city. For sure i will do visit it again!
