Beautiful shopping experience 😊 The girls in the Byron store were extremely helpful and really lovely.

The lovely blonde woman helped me with my purchases on Thursday afternoon. She reassured me if I didn’t fit any of the dresses as I’m pregnant, I could return within 2 weeks. The following day I went in to return 2 dresses and I was served by a woman named Naomi. Such a contrast in customer service. She treated me like I did something wrong for needing to return dresses and forced me to provide an address, full name and number because the “system” doesn’t let them go to the return page for the return unless I do. I’ve had to provide evidence of the card I paid with and couldn’t get the return on a different card. I understand it’s all policies but she wasn’t pleasant and after living in Byron for 12 years I won’t recommend going to Tree oflife. Better buy online.

I really like to shop in this retail store, it generally has clothing that suits my tastes, that's at reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great place to shop ❣️

The girl who worked today 19th June was really rude and unhelpful. She did not smile at me once and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all.
