I would have loved to see more vegetable items. A better balance of deep fried to healthy options. More healthy mains. I am mainly vegan but I guess I prefer more whole foods so even thought I ate a lot, didn't feel satisfied. Overall definitely something worth trying, seems to be booked out a lot so people must love it.

I didn't know what to expect at a vegan restaurant but both food and service were amazing. They took the time to explain how the different vegan foods were created as well. The corn ribs cut like small pork ribs and the prawn tacos that were coloured like actual orange prawns were both really nice touches. Broccolini / brussels sprout dish was delicious. The only 2 things I found a little average was the fake cheese on the otherwise tasty gnocchi and the fried chicken was a bit tasteless(?). It's hard to describe but each bite didn't have a chicken flavour. The cocktails were all nice and complimented the food well. Parking is pretty easy to get and I would advise booking as the place filled up pretty quickly for dinner.

Awesome place! Very very good food! Nicely cooked with friendly staff to match! Is it vegan? Yes! Do we make distinctions? No we don't! Definitely a must in Byron Bay area!

We really loved the dinner here! Very cute design inside and on the patio as well. Highlights were the fried chicken, corn ribs, and PB&J churro. We ordered 5 plates and 7 drinks in all and paid about $140 after some happy hour discounts. Everyone in our group of three left happy!

MINDBLOWING! Yesterday we went for a dinner at No Bones and me and my partner were super impressed by the food served. My partner is a meat lover and he enjoyed every dish with a big excitement. Everything was not only tasting like meat but was just super yummy. If we would move to Byron, we would have our dinners there every single day. 100% worth a try especially if you travel and want to discover something new.

Best vegan restaurant EVER. Where do I start? The service was outstanding: attentive and friendly staff, recommendations offered, well timed serving of the food… But the food, THE FOOD!!! I don’t think I had ever been to a vegan place where the food is this fancy and this tasty at the same time. And vegan!!!! The attention to both flavour and presentation was incredible. And the best of it? They were dog friendly (everywhere in the restaurant, not only outdoors)!! When I gave them some positive feedback about this, they just told me they were animal lovers, full stop! And it makes total sense right? Vegan place that also acknowledges that your furry baby is part of the family and sometimes you want to bring them along? It just makes sense but it’s not common at all. Also, just to confirm it is not a facade, unfortunately my dog got sick when we were there and, without saying a word, a staff member swiftly came to clean it all up. So professionally that I only noticed my dog had been sick when I saw the staff member clearing it all from under my chair. I was super embarrassed but she kindly brushed it away as something that happens sometimes and that’s it. Honestly, the world needs more places like this. You guys have earned a regular customer as I am 100% stopping by every time I am in Byron :)

Lovely customer service and delicious food. We tried as much as we could as we heard so many great things about this place. As a vegan myself I can confirm that both the calamari and the chicken are mind blowing: they taste like the real ones. And the fried chicken was definitely my favourite!! The Brussel sprouts were packed with flavour: a dish that feels as delicious as healthy! The burgers were good but, as I have had fake patties before, in a bigger size, I was not too impressed with them. And the cheese on the burgers was dominating the flavour of the meat. The duck curry was delicious: the sauce was just perfect but the fake duck could have been better (the fake duck from Woolworths tastes more ducky). Definitely recommend especially if you haven't had vegan food before.

Good ambience and the menu offers a variety of plant based options from different cuisines. Bonus points for not having a boring convention burger option on the menu. Staff are friendly and interactive. The vibe is modern yet intimate. Did experience unusually long wait time (45 mins) for my dessert but the staff made sure it was not included in the bill. Booking is highly recommended, specially on weekends.

As a non-vegan I sometimes get excited to try vegan restaurants because I like to see what dishes they can whip up with relatively limited ingredients, and I gotta say the food here was quite impressive. We went with the tasting menu to see what they had to offer and because it was surprisingly pretty affordable at only $48 per person. For starters, the shiitake truffle pate was delicious but the calamari was mind-boggling because it tasted just like the real thing! So did the kung pao chicken and the yolk on the tartare. All the other dishes were great as well, though sadly the cauliflower was quite burnt which to us was mostly inedible. The sticky date dessert was yummy but a little too sweet.

I can not recommend this place more. It is a vegan haven, and if you can convince any non-vegans to come along, I highly suggest you do, so that they can see what vegan food is capable of. Husband and I had the tasting menu and every single item was exquisite. The dessert, key lime cheesecake with 'bee free honey' (I was informed made with apples!) was possibly the best cheesecake I've ever eaten (even when ai was an Omni!). The staff were absolutely lovely and the spicy Marg is worth a mention if you like a bit of kick with your alcohol. Wish there was a place like this in South Australia!

One of the best vegan restaurants I’ve been to. Really nice vibes with a Dj great for catch ups and casual dining. The calamari was the highlight! Texture and taste was like the real thing, minus the fishy taste. Definitely recommend

Best vegan restaurant we've been in a long time! Everything was absolutely delicious! We tried the tasting menu to try a bit of everything and it was great! My favourite was the crispy fried chik'n, I want the recipe!!! We had it with the 'good intentions' wine and the blend of flavours was just perfect! Finishing it off with sticky date pudding was amazing! The vibe was cozy and the service good too! We would 100% come back! Well done!

Had the most amazing vegan food and service here, the staff were so lovely and chatty. I was a walk in on a busy night but they still managed to fit us and make us feel like we were their only customers. Can recommend to everyone

We loved No Bones! The food was fantastic. Service was so friendly and helpful with what to order. The only downfall was the wait for food between entrees and mains, otherwise we loved the whole experience. Highly recommend (hot tip: go at 5-6pm when it's happy hour, the cocktails are fab)!

Excellent food. Zucchini flowers were delicious. Then had the yummy calamari made from konjac. Fysh (banana blossom) tacos were a bit tasteless and dry but perhaps as they were served after the Kung Pao Chicken (seitan). Nice cocktails. You need to book as it is busy. Happy hour 5-6. Bring back the delicious prawn tacos.

The tasting menu was great. Some items amazing, some just OK, but for $45 in Byron an absolute deal. Good service, good flavours, nice atmosphere.

No bones is a MUST TRY!! we had the tasting menu for $45 dollars per person and it did not disappoint. The sticky date pudding is definitely one of the best desserts I’ve had. I didn’t get pictures of all the dishes but here is a couple of the beautiful presentation. The fried chick’n and calamari is definitely our favourite dishes 🫶🏻

This is some of the best vegan food I have ever had. We both got the tasting menu and every dish was amazing. The calamari and sticky date pudding were exceptional. Nice friendly staff too.

Top rated and deservedly so. Humming at 5.30 on a winter Saturday. Excellent cocktail n Prosecco to start. Then nearly everything wonderful. The potato dish was perfect as was the broccoli; then the oriental style mock chicken was sticky and moreish. The kebabs were special (although we were getting full by then). The mushroom pate was least impressive but it had a lot of competition. Great evening.

Amazing experience! 5/5 for everything! We are from Sydney, and boy does this blow our socks off vs other Sydney restaurants! Honestly, I'd turn vegan if this was the food we could eat daily!! Fine dining vegan at its best , that it was worth the 20% tip! Byron Bay is definitely making a name for itself and this is partially the reason why. Absolutely love it. Highly recommended!

Wow. New favourite restaurant. Wanted to try after seeing on Travel Guides. I am the furthest thing from being vegan, but the food was amazing!! And had me completely fooled lol. The chick'n, calamari and prawn taco's were .... I don't know... chicken, calamari and prawns??? Close you eyes, and you'd have no idea. Every plate was exceptional, including the two desserts. Staff were amazing. We had two ladies attend to us. El was so lovely, helpful, and knowledgeable. Suggested we try the new tasting platter, which we ended up getting, and so glad we did. Ari was so bubbly and passionate. Both took time to chat to us, and we left feeling like we had made new friends!! Vibe is awesome, so is the venue itself. Had a DJ (on a Wed night) who played some great chill tunes. Will most definitely be back. Can't wait to try Taco Tuesday!!! Not one complaint.

Phenomenal experience. We had the absolute time of our lives here, the staff were all amazing, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the food. Oh the food. We had the "taster" meal, which is a little of a lot, and it was divine. Everything they gave us set our palettes abuzz, and kept us wanting more.

Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at! A bonus that it was completely vegan. 10/10 recommend the calamari, gnocchi and butter chicken! They focus on Australian sourced products (including the liquor). The servings are a great size.
