This is the worlds best hotel. Big call yeah but I challenge anyone to stay in one of the penthouses for a week and not throughly enjoy their existence.

Another amazing stay, this was our third stay over the last 12 months. We travel with our fur babies Ruby and Olive and are always made so welcome each time. Great location, everything is close, no need for a car, dog beach is only 5min walk. We're from the Gold Coast, we love it so much and feel so comfortable its now our go to break when we need one. thanks so much team and we'll see you in February for our next stay

The apartment is excellent. Only problem we had was music from cafe Luna (back of the building) everything until 1.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Beach Suites. The suites are so spacious and comfortable. It has everything we needed and everything else was right out front our door! We will definitely stay again.

Amazing stay, as good as the pictures, friendly and attentive staff, very clean rooms, well set up and large living spaces, the private pool was fantastic, underground secure parking included. Location is second to none too, literally can’t get any closer to the beach and surrounding dining / shopping / attractions. The place to stay in Byron! Will 100% be returning.

I've stayed here several times, I love it so much! The location is perfect, the rooms are big and private pool is a huge win. Don't forget pet friendly! There's always doggy treats, bed, blanket and bowl too

Amazing experience - couldn’t recommend highly enough. Helen graciously helped me out when an Airbnb reservation fell through at the last minute. In hindsight I should have booked this place from the start - rooms are huge, very comfortable, fantastic location, quiet (double glazing on glass so no noise from street). The staff are so lovely and accomodating. Helen really went above and beyond in terms of finding me an incredible room with a garden courtyard that gave direct access to street across from the beach. Best of all - it is pet friendly! My dog was given a comfy bed, blanket and food/water bowls. Such a thoughtful touch! I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Byron Bay.

The rooms here were very spacious and comfortable. The bedding was nice, fluffy and felt luxurious - I had a great sleep. Service was also fantastic, friendly and accommodating. There's lots of parking also if you have a car as they have a covered garage that can only be accessed by your key. Byron Bay town center is a short 5 min walk from the hotel too. Not to mention it's right next to the beach. So all in all it's got the perfect location

Wonderful holiday accommodation. We loved everything about our five day stay here with our two poodles. It was absolutely perfect for our first visit to Byron Bay. Love that they are pet friendly too.

We had the most fabulous stay at Byron Beach Suites and really didn’t want to leave. It is in the most perfect location to enjoy everything Byron has to offer. The apartment was so spacious, the pool area was absolutely wonderful. Helen and all the staff we came across were very kind and helpful We have been coming to Byron for 30 years now and this was our favorite visit. We will certainly be back.

I did not want to leave! I can't wait to come back to this amazing and beautiful property. EVERYTHING about Beach Suites is fantastic. From the minute I made the booking to the moment we left, we had exceptional customer service. The staff are truly professional and wonderful to deal with, they are incredibly warm and friendly and accommodating to any query. The room itself is GORGEOUS! All the best facilities and equipment you could ever need and want. We have stayed at a number of hotels at Byron Bay but this property is by far the VERY BEST. Five star service in every aspect of our stay.

The staff are amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure my 20th anniversary was special, Helen and the staff are always smiling and so helpful, & the place is one of the best in Byron bay for sure. 👍

Wow . Don't seem to get too many pleasant surprises with accomodation these days but I'm pleased to say this place was. We started by getting a really great room rate especially considering it was school holiday's. The check in was fast yet comprehensive and the lockable car parking included was generous .The rooms are large and very very well appointed . Where else these days do you get a kitchen with full size fridge with ice maker, coffee machine, dining and lounge suite. We enjoyed sitting under cover on the deck looking out over the beach . Room service was very good and we even got a newspaper everyday. Will most definitely recommend this well situated accomodation and will be our first choice when we return. Ps it's also pet friendly not that we saw or heard any during our stay.

We had the most wonderful getaway at the Beach Suites for my 40th birthday, we travelled mid week and we were very fortunate to have our room upgraded to the penthouse suite on arrival, it was epic to say the least! Besides the upgrade, the suite was beautifully appointed, and had everything we could possibly need. The location is amazing with views of the beach and very short walking distance to the main pubs, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend a visit to the Beach Suites, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is AWESOME. PET FRIENDLY and the staff are so helpful. We stayed with our dog after being evacuated from Ballina with flooding and they did everything they could to help us settle. CANNOT RECOMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. If u want a place, right on beach and within a handful of steps to middle of town, u have to be here. Thank u Beach suites, u Rock and we will b back!! ❤️

My mum and I had a wonderful visit to Byron Bay which was enhanced by our stunning accommodation at Beach Suites, on Bay Street. Our suite overlooked Main Beach and was equipped with everything that we required, whether we realised we needed it or not! Jacuzzi, splash pool, super comfortable bed and pillows.... and so quiet despite the proximity to Main Beach, which was also our starting point to walk our Cape Byron Lighthouse Walking Track which we did every day. No need to stress about finding parking at the Captain Cook parking lot. Sunset was stunning from the Lighthouse and sunrise from Main Beach as I could not get up early enough in the morning to walk to the Lighthouse for sunrise!!! The location was convenient to walk to the shops, restaurants, cafes etc and our drives to Bangalow, Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby were so easy that we ended up going to these places a few times - nice shops etc!!! Finally, no accommodation experience is complete without helpful staff and Beach Suites is blessed to have Ava and Sharon at the front desk, with their cheerful and happy demeanour - no request was too difficult! We can't wait to return!

What is not to love about this place? From the time we called to make a booking to the time we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, before we came up we had to change our booking several times because of COVID and Ava was so graceful and patient in helping us, she did everything to ensure we were accommodated. Helen, Sharon and Laura also amazing and ensured we were happy during our entire stay. Now to the suites, simply beautifully appointed and modernised with all amenities- did we mention it’s beachfront? Last but not least, rarely any luxurious accommodation in Byron bay permits dogs so we were over the moon when we could bring our furbaby Bailey, but wait.... he was pampered too - a signature bed, organic treats and love and care from the staff. Helen watched over him for a few hours when we could not get a pet sitter. We highly recommend this place, and have booked already in advance for our next holiday there.

The best place to stay in Byron, right across from the beach and central to all the best cafes and restaurants Byron has to offer. The staff here are all so lovely and go above and beyond for their guests! All the rooms are so spacious! We stayed with them for the second time after our wedding and there’s actually nowhere else we would rather stay than beach suites!

We pulled into Byron without having booked in advance and was so pleased to have stumbled on Beach Suites for a last minute booking. From the first phone call all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Place is pristine, apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed plus more. Perfect location. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and accommodating us for the night.

Our recent stay at the Beach Suites was fantastic. We loved everything about it. Lovely and accommodating staff. Super clean! We felt at home and our pup Bruno was looked after so well also.
