I recently stayed at Elements in Byron Bay and was blown away by the amazing service. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The resort also had a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, and fitness center. But what really made my stay so special was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed, they were always happy to assist. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Byron Bay. The service is truly top-notch and will make your stay truly unforgettable. Thank you.

The staff were very nice, the place is just obviously very understaffed / under bad management. The location is also brilliant but again the service is no where near what it should be for a 5 star resort. We arrived on time to check in and were told our room wasn’t ready yet. This is at 3pm. We then went to kill some time at the restaurant, we ordered 2 drinks and 2 bar snacks from the bar menu. The drinks took 10 minutes and I had to remind them they were ours. The simple snacks took over 30 minutes with about 2 other people in the whole restaurant at that time. We then went for breakfast the next morning, first had to stand around with nobody seating us. I then had to grab menus ourselves and find a seat to then be told I was meant to be seated by staff and before seating been made aware that breakfast is going to be a minimum 45 minute wait, 10 minutes for coffee. So we opted to leave, check out early. I gave the feedback when asked at checkout and they told me it was important to pass on to management.

5 star hotel, 0 star service & housekeeping. By far the worst house keeping I've seen in any 4 or 5 Star hotel. Stains on bath towels (red) mould on pillow cases, 2pks of baby wipes used and left on the toilet floor from previous guests, toilet seat broken & floors not properly vacuumed and mopped. Service/welcoming on arrival - none Checking in - No map given, no run down of facilities/hotel

Amazing location, absolutely gorgeous room. The only downside for a group not travelling with small children was not having a quieter breakfast option. We like a quiet, slow start to the day, and that's just not possible with the way the restaurant is set up. It is incredibly noisy at breakfast time. The hotel should consider offering a childfree breakfast option in the pool area. Time to read the paper and chill.

Beautiful location on the beach The accommodation was lovely. Clean rooms, crisp bedding and most importantly it’s on the beach. Yoga in the mornings is invigorating and caters for all levels of fitness. I would have given 5 stars had the food been better. The first time I visited the spa I was not impressed but on a subsequent visit I really enjoyed the treatment. Definitely a place I will go back to.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! Elements is definitely 5 stars all the way. From the beautiful luxurious villas to the delicious food, it’s definitely the place to stay when visiting Byron. The staff we so friendly and so helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area and recommended some amazing places to visit. We loved Elements so much we have already booked our next holiday again to come back.

Such a great experience, shame about the weather but the staff were very accommodating and did everything they could to make it an enjoyable experience. Kids loved the pool and the nature trails. The buggy service around the resort made things easy and the room service was quick and good.

Stayed at Elements of Byron for a short getaway and this resort did not disappoint! The staff were helpful, attentive and so kind. Our villa initially had a cigarette smell, so after having the concierge team come and inspect, they kindly offered to move us to another villa! The room was well equipped, comfortable and beautiful! The resort itself was so spacious with lots of activities (tennis court, adult pool, main pool, big dining areas, spa, etc). We didn't want to leave! Highly recommend this 5 star resort :)

Absolute class. Stunning location, incredible room, and the most beautiful property to immerse yourself in for a few days. Service was wonderful (and the maintenance guy sent to fix the washing machine was spunky!), pools were perfect, and the bush walks and beach location was second to none. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Overall disappointed! Elements lacks the high standards most hotels and resorts have, Not worth the price tag. Pros; - Good size villa room - Good size bed - Adult pool Areas for improvement: - Initial staff that greeted us was quite odd without a warm welcome, more of a feeling we werent supposed to be there and asks a lot of personal questions. - Upon check-in the staff appeared quite uncertain on what the process was, also we were given the run around and sent to the incorrect room, which would have been okay if is wasn't cold outside waiting for staff. - Mattress needed replacement with a large dip causing back issues by end of the 4 days stay. - Did not enjoy always being directed to the QR code to order anything, we still enjoy placing orders with an actual person, so we can ask questions ie for recommendations etc. - No coffee was able to be ordered by the adult pool, especially if you dont want an alcoholic beverage in the morning by the pool. - Food menu could offer more variety. - Wifi the entire time was in and out, despite on the first day a staff member coming into the room to check their upgrade of wifi system. - No room service after 9pm if you need anything to eat. - Fridge was terrible in the room, the temp wasn't cold and we bought items that went off due to this. Many people may have a different opinion to us but we look for quality service and venue. Elements failed on so many simple points.

Beautiful resort, well-laid out and quiet. Big villas with modern finishings and controls. Great food - both by the pool and in the restaurant. Service was always with a smile - albeit a little scattered. Don’t forget to download their app to order by the pool - the QR doesn’t work unless you use the app

Best holiday we’ve had in Australia. The staff were 1st class. The villas were super clean and very spacious. The pool is enormous, the kids and I loved it. The best thing here is the number of pool lounges and cabanas - plenty for everyone without any morning cabana angst of missing out on grabbing one. The resort is removed from the town centre on the edge of the industrial park (which’ is choc full of good coffee spots, clothing boutiques and restaurants). This resort will be hard to beat.

We loved the facilities, the pools especially. The staff was great and the room was good. Extra cleanliness would have been appreciated especially in the bathroom. We also would have appreciated to be allowed to stay at the pool for a couple hours after check out but were met with zero flexibility and basically thrown out on the Monday at 11 on the dot... Slightly disappointing.

Stayed at the resort for four days, everything was fantastic, there is always something to do in the resort and the area. Joined an amazing yoga class at seven o’clock in the morning. It is absolutely worth doing, Tara the teacher was amazing. A good experience to meet her first in the morning at a beautiful point with the ocean view. The staff in general is very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely stunning rooms. We have stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was spectacular. We also booked a 1 bedroom for my parents which was fabulous. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, the staff was extremely friendly. Pool was heaven. We will be definitely be returning. Thank you!

We had 3 nights at this resort over Christmas and it was truly paradise. The villas are a very high-standard, clean, luxurious and containing everything you need. The food at both the restaurant and the adults only pool (Greek food truck) were delicious. The grounds are extremely well kept and the staff were so lovely. Thank you for making our Australian Christmas special and one to remember!

Beautiful staff! The staff went above and beyond. Beautiful surroundings and lovely fitted rooms. Slightly too expensive to come back regularly but beautiful for a special occasion or for a short visit. The frozen Margarita’s were unforgettable. Also loved the live music on Friday night.

I thought I was beautiful but every staff member was way more beautiful than me, and that’s saying something. Stayed for one week, and gained a third eye of knowledge during my stay. Very rejuvenating. The main pool is massive, felt like I was crossing the Pacific Ocean when swimming in it. The adult pool was more intimate and smaller but had a pool bar. Great access to the beach and nature walks, exercise bars and tanning areas. Made friends with a kangaroo named Phillip. He showed me the Byron ways of living and how to unwind from the bustling word. There was also an owl too but I didn’t speak to him/her since I wasn’t sure if it was real.

Elements of Byron was better than I expected. The deluxe villa we stayed in was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the adults only pool and the swim up bar. The private beach, morning yoga, the beautiful surroundings, azure was amazing too, loved the food and service. I would definitely go back to elements. The staff were all so attentive and friendly! Would highly recommend staying at Elements.

Beautiful resort, pools and public areas are gorgeous. We had the wellness package which included morning yoga and workouts, great instructors and beautiful way to start the day. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was 5* Special mention to Nasumi who sorted a specific issue very quickly and professionally. Would happily return (bummed I’m not still there actually 😀).

Outstanding on all dimensions. We spent 6 days at the start of January and from the first moment to the last the resort, staff, food , service and total experience are 5 star. The resort is beautiful, functional with very well kept facilities and amenities. Resort food options are all of high standard and the resort app makes everything super easy to navigate. Staff are all highly motivated, positive and attentive. Highly recommend.

This is not 5 star. Service in the main restaurent was atrocious. Waited 30 mins to take my order, then another 1hr and 30 mins to deliver a starter and a mains for 2 people and it wasn't even busy. "waiters" were more interested in changing tables and setting up rather than taking orders. this might be okay for a 3 star not a 5 star. Even simple stuff like ordering a croissant in the morning I wait 10 minutes to order, wait another 10 for it to come and when it comes there's no butter or jam with it. I order 2 smoothies via QR code whilst laying by the pool and they bring the smoothies to the wrong table.. took 30 minutes for them to make another one. again it was not a busy day. Most of the staff are friendly but unfortunately the service just didn't cut the mustard and this is the managements fault. Hugely disappointing for the amount of money they charge. We gave them polite feedback on check out and i got the feeling it went in one ear and out the other.

Alastair is amazing. My car window decided to not go down when we got to the resort in the pouring rain - he organised a tarp to cover my window until we leave as no mechanics are available over the weekend. He is INCREDIBLE and went above and beyond thank you for helping so much.

A beautiful and unique resort that ticks all the boxes. High quality elegance with stunning finishes within the rooms and grounds. Rooms are very well equipped with cutlery, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Big bath towels too which I love! Can’t wait to come back to this serene place

We held our company conference at Elements of Byron a couple of weeks ago and spent 5 nights. What awesome staff, location and facilities. We could not fault anything, the food was great, service top notch, the staff no matter what time of day or night welcomed us with a smile and offer of assistance. I would highly recommend this location for a conference or a holiday. The rooms are very spacious and set apart so feels like you are in your own little piece of paradise in the bush. Town centre is only a short train ride away with the train station only a short walk down the road. Definitely will be recommending Elements of Byron to others in our industry.

Elements of Byron was an amazing venue for our honeymoon. The amenities were amazing and the staff helpful. We enjoyed having the option of the adults only pool and the Lagoon pool. If anything the food at the adults only pool was not as enticing as the lagoon pool, however with the many options we always found something. The buffet breakfast is convenient and has a wide selection of food. The dining room is clean and has options for both casual and private dining. We had dinner at Azure and it was amazing. The quality was unmatched. The room was sufficient for our needs. If anything more pillow selection would have been good (might have been an option but we didn’t ask). The rooms were clean and the bathroom offered a shower and a bath. This place is perfect for a relaxing and restoring holiday. You can lounge by the pool and don’t need to move to order food and drink. The pools and surroundings were well maintained. I had a 1.5 hour spa packet and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. The attention to detail at the spa was amazing. Close drive to the Byron Centre. Definitely a great place to stay.

We've had the most beautiful stay at Elements this past 3 nights. We moved rooms due to a little confusion on our own part with refrigeration/cooking facilities for my medical condition and the staff were so helpful and understanding in moving us to a room that fit our needs. The service is 10/10 in every department. The front desk staff are kind, caring and thoughtful. The facilities are incredible, you don't even need to leave the resort if you didn't want to. The rooms are absolutely spotless and offer beautiful teas, proper coffee & filtered water, it makes a HUGE difference. The only thing that might be a nice addition that many cabins do now days would be some small cookies/chocolates or something like that as a welcome in your room to go with the tea and coffee. The restaurant is very helpful with dietary requirements for those of us who need to make a lot of changes and they offer vegan options. The yoga teacher was absolutely wonderful & did a great job at making the class suitable for everyone, beginners and experienced yogi's and that's a really hard thing to pull off. Andrew and I both highly recommend Elements & we're already planning for our next holiday here.

After staying here we read reviews saying it is a glorified caravan park and this couldn’t be more accurate. Aside from caravan parks having friendly and helpful staff. There was no breakfast inclusion, the adult pool bar was closed and we weren’t allowed to use our honeymoon drink voucher on a cocktail. We weren’t even allowed to stay by the pool after checkout whilst waiting for our flight. For what you pay per night, it is completely not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our first proper trip away without children, we spent 5 nights at Elements and loved it. The resort is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and, while large, still provides a sense of privacy. If you're child-free there's an adults only pool, although it was easy for us to find a quiet space at the main pool, which is larger and has a more extensive poolside menu. Dining is split into a casual terrace or a quieter dining room, both offering the same menu, so again the child free can find a quiet space if required while families are well catered for. The gardens are lovely and the various short walks around the property a pleasant surprise. They really went to great lengths to design this place properly. Our villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed - except a choice of pillow (bring your own if you're fussy). There's a vacancy for Byron Bay Cookies to get some of their product into the minibar too. The staff are very pleasant and seem to have all been extracted from the same European gene pool where tans and attractive features are assigned at birth. The service was excellent. Admittedly we stayed mid-week, outside of school holidays but we thoroughly enjoyed Elements.

The Ultimate Retreat at Elements of Byron: Where Nature Meets Luxury Nestled along the pristine shores of Byron Bay, Elements of Byron is a hidden gem that promises a unique blend of natural beauty and luxurious comfort. Having recently had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting resort, our experience here was nothing short of magic. Upon entrance of Elements of Byron, we were immediately captivated by the design – a harmonious blend of modern architecture and the untouched beauty of the surrounding landscape. The resort seamlessly integrates into its natural environment, with lush vegetation and serene lagoons, setting the stage for an unforgettable retreat. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel right at home. They provided a thorough overview of the resort's facilities and activities, ensuring that we could make the most of our stay. The resort offers a variety of accommodation options, ranging from spacious villas to sleek, eco-friendly bungalows. We had the privilege of staying in one of their stunning Deluxe Villas, complete with a private bathhouse and panoramic views of the surrounding rainforest. The villa was a haven of comfort, with a beautifully appointed master bedroom, a spacious living area, and a luxurious bathroom (that felt more like a spa). The resort's dining experiences deserve their own write-up – truly faultless. On our night of arrival, we dined at Graze, the on-site restaurant, where the menu featured fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared with culinary finesse. Do yourself (and us!) a favour upon visiting – *please* order the bug roll. No further explanation required; just do it. Elements of Byron offers a plethora of activities to cater to everyone’s interests. Our doorstep served as the entrance to several nature walks, with routes ranging from lush bushland to the Byron coastline. The resort also offers daily yoga practice by the beach (a must-do for early risers), luxury rejuvenation treatments at their on-site spa, and multiple relaxation points, including a private beach club. The resort also provides easy access to some of Byron Bay's most iconic attractions, including the Cape Byron Lighthouse and Wategos Beach. One of the resort’s standout features that must be mentioned, is the exceptional service. The staff's genuine warmth, approachability, and dedication to experience truly sets this resort apart. Every staff member we had the pleasure of speaking to, from receptionists to waiters, showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. Our stay at Elements of Byron epitomised relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection. If you're looking for a place to escape the ordinary, yet also immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Byron Bay, Elements of Byron needs to be your only option. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat, Elements of Byron is a must-see destination that will leave you with an impression lasting well beyond your stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Elements of Byron. Although the location is amazing we didn't leave the resort as the service and facilities were exceptional. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the staff were friendly and caring, particularly Erin and Mars! From showing us around the grounds in buggies to catering delicious cocktails at the relaxing poolside and excellent service at dinner. Couldn't recommend enough!

This must be the best get away experience I have had so far, special mention to all the staff .. attentive, 5 star service that ALWAYS comes with a smile. Rooms are amazing and comfortable. Adult pool bar is the best by far. Great place to just sit back and relax and get in touch with the Elements that surround you. The biggest thank you for an experience I will never forget.

You can not fault this place. It has been the most amazing stay. Facilities are top notch and service is always with a smile I mean one thing total first world problem, but being able to book a buggy from your ipad or a phone app avoids awkward conversations or the daggy half wet swimmers parading into the beautiful reception area :)

Such a shame… beautiful property, amazing facilities… paid a lot of money to stay here for a weekend without the kids… adult pool swim up bar is closed - due to staffing shortages- indefinitely- told we could byo then management back flipped on their decision… easy problem to rectify really- staff the one facility that makes your property unique…. Would recommend you call and confirm that all facilities advertised online are actually on offer 😕

Absolutely insane! The English language doesn’t contain suitable words to describe how incredible my stay was at Elements. From the service of the staff, to the layout of the hotel, to the complimentary yoga classes, to the top tier dining experience, I am overwhelmed. My stay with Momentum was absolutely delightful. I have never stayed at a more inclusive, welcoming place. The STAFF were an absolute standout. Every time I passed a staff member, they would take the time to make eye contact, smile, and say hello! This is rare. They assume the best and are always ready to help. The SPACE was incredible and I’ve never been more comfortable in a hotel. The bed was extremely comfy, and I hope one day I can bring my wife with me to Elements, to enjoy a stay together. It was lovely with the company, but it would be special to share the experience of the space with my wife. From the bath, to the balcony, I felt very blessed to be enjoying the space. The YOGA! The yoga instructors were sooo fun! I was so glad to finally be able to do some yoga with proper guidance, and what a place to do it! The beachfront was so pretty, and I learnt a lot about my mind and my body. The FOOD! The food was absolutely delightful and I enjoyed every moment of dining in. The breakfast was outstanding - I had the smashed avo every day, and was overwhelmed with how good the quality was. Not to mention the lovely staff - caring about us and giving us advice even so early in the day! I will be forever grateful for my time at Elements. It was the most outstanding experience of a stay. It was a great place to get to know colleagues and enjoy reflecting together on our work. One day I would so love to bring my wife to elements and enjoy a few nights together, there’s so much I wish we could’ve shared together. She would love it!! Thank you for your hard work and care for your guests, you really made me feel welcome, considered, special and rested. You guys are brilliant. Keep it up.

Having been our 4th time staying at Elements as a couple and now a family with children, we can not fault the resort one bit. Everything has been well thought of for a super relaxing and enjoyable experience. All staff are so friendly and welcoming, and all the guests are lovely. Great location and facilities are perfect. Can’t wait for many more stays here.

A great place to stay with fantastic facilities. All of the amenities at the resort are kept in immaculate condition. Good accommodation for couples or families and easy access to the beach. We couldn't fault a thing and the staff are extremely helpful and their service is fantastic. Highly recommend staying here is you get the chance.

Our second time staying here in two years and both times it’s been excellent. We love the morning yoga classes, the pool is great especially for babies and kids, and the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is lovely. We have a one year old and the staff were super friendly and engaging with him which we appreciate. Also rooms were always cleaned very well!

Excellent service from staff. Beautiful grounds and accommodation. Very disappointed adults only pool bar was closed during the days we went there. Also no service to be seen at the “Beach Club”. Understand staff shortages and uncontrollable weather, however room rates AND website advertising the resort facilities should be adjusted to reflect the reduced facilities. Expectations were not managed well by the resort on this front, even upon check in. Overall happy with our stay but comparing the price point to other hotels and resorts, Elements did not meet our expectations.

What an outstanding place. The food, the service, the pool and the gardens are so carefully curated… amazing. We had the most perfect family holiday at Elements in winter. It is so tasteful in design. Beautiful chairs to sit in everywhere. And the most important good pillows and a very comfortable bed. The accomodation and grounds are so clean and comfortable. You really can not fault this place. Highly highly recommended. Really they have everything down to a fine art. So plentiful in the offerings even down to the bathroom products. A real little slice of paradise. You don’t even need to leave the resort it has everything.

Our first stay at Elements was as a couple and the experience truly exceed our expectations. We had an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable 6 night stay in a villa close to the beach. The villas are private, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The highlight was the attentive, friendly and helpful service we received from all staff. Would highly recommend to our friends and family.

We spent 4 nights at Elements of Byron for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The pancakes for breakfast were amazing and cocktails by the pools was bliss. We also enjoyed the guided bush walk and turned out to be the only ones on the tour. If you want to use the spa you need to book this a few weeks in advance.

My girlfriend and I celebrated my birthday at Elements of Byron from the 19th August - 21 August 2022. Overall, our experience was exceptional, we were looked after, employees made us feel like family, we were truly at home at this place! We loved a lot of things, but at the pinnacle was the fact that the villas were all spread out, you felt like you had the whole place to yourself, but at the same time you were so close to the pool, restaurant and beach.
