Perfect stay. Clean and cosy room, well maintained pool. Went for a bike tour, the bike was in perfect condition. Especially the spanish lady at the reception was amazing, so joyful and welcoming. Thanks a lot

For a girls trip, my gal pal and I spent four nights at The Lord Byron and loved it. Our room was cozy, comfortable and lovely. The amenities and design details are wonderful. We enjoyed relaxing by/in the pool and spa, both are well maintained and lovely temperatures in all kinds of weather. I especially appreciated the free use of hotel bikes. It was great fun riding into town and to local sites! The staff were so kind. Everyone from the room refreshment team, to reception team were so helpful, relaxed and friendly. Interacting with people who are relaxed and enjoy their jobs (especially in the service industry as it's tough!) helped make our stay even more enjoyable! The location was great. We were in walking/riding distance to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and the beach. Thanks so much to the whole team at The Lord Byron for making our holiday special 😊

We had the best stay at The Lord Byron. The staff were so so helpful and did everything they could to make it the perfect stay. It’s super close to the middle of town, but feels spacious and with a beautiful pool. Would highly recommend!

The friendly service is above and beyond. I would definitely come back again soon! A literal 1 minute walk to the best restaurants in Byron & a well-stocked Woolies. Free bike hire & beach towels are an awesome plus.

Very good motel. Clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and it has a very good pool and tennis court plus free biked and surfboards.

Stayed here last minute. Staff was lovely and room was gorgeous! Amazing location! Staff told us about construction directly next door but it didn't actually disturb us at all on 3 days.

Nice hotel, last-minute booking, definitely not worth $520 for one night. The room was clean, bathroom was nice, no place to put your bag. The staff was nice and accommodating

So the room is nice, location is great but I’ve had a long day and the bloody pub? Across the road is cranking music up to the max and it’s just horrendous. This horrible ska jazz what have you - very loud and the reverb… I’d like to just go to bed in peace. That alone makes this place an unacceptable spot to stay . Not their fault I know but …. 😫

Great location, rooms and facilities for the price. No need for a car if you are staying here, easily walk to explore Byron Bay. Very competitive prices when comparing other similar locations.

Great small hotel with everything you need. Great pool, tennis and undercover bar/ seating area. You can also borrow the hotel bikes which is a fantastic way to get to the beach. The rooms were very clean and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Despite renovating we had the best experience and customer service. We did have a lot of the property to ourselves. But rooms were great, Lekker bikes awesome and late check out and location to everything perfect!

Customer service was 5 stars. Great location and plenty of facilities to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, there was building works going on that disrupted our holiday. Staff were prompt to move us to ensure a comfortable stay.

We were really happy with our stay. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable, but what really impressed us was the staff. They were amazing and always happy to help out with our requests. I feel as though they went above and beyond. From the reception staff through to house keeping.

Our stay at the Lord Byron was exceptional. While Covid has created staff shortages in the hospitality industry, the staff at Lord Byron went above and beyond to take care of every guest and make it look effortless. We were always greeted with a friendly welcome at reception and the property was well maintained even through some heavy rainstorms. The rooms are clean and have a beautiful, nautical vibe. The Lord Byron staff even acknowledged our anniversary celebration with complimentary wine. I would absolutely recommend The Lord Byron if you are looking for a quiet, clean hotel in a wonderful location.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean and styled beautifully. Rooms were larger than I expected, with great facilities - air con, smart tv, coffee machine and bar fridge. Comfy bed and bedding. Only negative I could say would be the shower water pressure, but not even worth knocking a star off. Lovely stay, we’ll be back - thank you!

We stayed here for a few nights and had such a great time. The outdoor area was stunning and really made you feel like you were on holidays. Murielle at the front was who really made our trip, every time we spoke to her she was so lovely. Just having a genuine conversation and interest goes along way, so thank you again Murielle. We will definitely be back :)

My husband and I stayed here for a few days along with our families and few friends to celebrate our wedding. Jess at the front desk was an absolute star going above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, this extends to her team! The BBQ area was amazing and the overall atmosphere of the hotel relaxing. Highly recommend!

My check in experience was amazing greeted with a genuine smile and general chat. Informed about the great amenities on offer at the hotel. Giving great directions to my room. Parking is easy and simple. They accommodated for my lack of physical licence and physical credit card. Rooms are styled on point to what you would expect in Byron. Location is super convenient with everything at your doorstep. Will definitely be staying again.

Great hotel, loved the facilities and everything was very clean and tidy. Located within walking distance to the main town, a bit further away from the beach, but still walkable. The staff here are excellent too, very helpful.

Cannot fault this place in the slightest. After a terrible ordeal at the Byron Beachfront Apartments on Christmas day, we unfortunately had to look for a last minute booking. We landed on The Lord Byron and we couldn't be more thankful. Rooms were very clean, service was impeccable as the ladies at reception were all lovely and it was so close to all the local shops. Highly highly recommend these apartments. Thank you for making our stay in Byron so lovely!!

Loved our one week stay at Lord Byron. Clean room and daily room service. Pool and spa were amazing. The receptionist Jess and Kim both were very helpful and always smiling. They even accepted my room change request due to sprained ankle. Best part is location, we didn’t have to use car as everything was walking and if not, you can use complimentary bikes provided by them. They had beautiful alfresco and bbq area to chill out or wfh in our case. They provided beach towels. If only complimentary laundry service could be included for longs stays (they have it but you need to pay) - Over all coming back again !!

Just completed a 5 day stay here. Rooms are spacious and pristine with great amenities. The beds are super comfy too. The amazing staff are friendly, helpful and most accommodating. I highly recommend this property that is perfectly located to shops, restaurants, supermarket and cinema.

We stayed during the recent floods and not only were the staff unbelievable helpful they were level headed and took each days new issues in their stride. The staff are the real MVPs of this hotel. It is also a very relaxed hotel with plenty of space to chill by the lovely pool and BBQ area. 100% best place I have stayed in Byron

Every time I've gone to Byron, I've stayed at Elements. This was a random trip up the coast and we were lucky to stay at the Lord Byron. Parking right at front made life very easy. Walking in, you were greeted by beautiful, refreshing aromas and super friendly staff. Check in was super easy and we were escorted to our room. The room was cosy and pleasant. The bathrooms were rather large, however the shower heads and water pressure left a lot to be desired. The location is pretty hard to beat.

What an amazing stay. The room was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable!! One of the comfiest beds I’ve stayed in. The receptionists were lovely. Spa was warm and the pool was lovely. Great idea to have bikes to ride into town and surfboards to use. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towel and sheets. Would stay here again!
