Fabulous accommodation in a quiet beachside area that is adequately serviced by two restaurants. We had our own private pool and loads of outdoor space. The apartment is roomy and comfortably furnished. I would stay there again.

Desirable location and room. Ammenities were inconsistent in quality, mainly, the slow Wi-Fi, broken barbecue, and dishwasher which did not work for most of our trip. Additionally, staff were difficult to locate and were passive aggressive once we checked out and asked further questions about transportation. Overall, decent experience, lovely location, inconsistent ammenities and service.

The room smelt damp/stale and had no fans. The airconditioner was mouldy. Not being able to use it the entire stay made this place not worth staying. Particularly as without the ac we had to keep the doors open but without screens on the doors the mosquitoes came in and kept us up at night. No fans until the third complaint at which time I was in the IGA buying fans to use. For the price you pay $350 per night this should not have been an issue.

The perfect family retreat, beautiful room, friendly & helpful staff. Couldn’t be happier with our stay and will be back for sure.

Quiet location, very closed to beach, about 6min drive to town. There’s a railway at the back, occasionally train goes by, but we couldn’t hear the noise within the house. Very high ceiling and spacious and well-equipped. Netflix is available, definitely a plus plus. Very nice and cozy interior designs, comfortable and clean beds. We stayed in villa16, it’s on upper level, need to hand carry luggage upstairs. Each villa is with private parking. We love the villa very much. Will come back again. Just one suggestion if the kitchen has coffee machine and capsules, it’d be perfect.

Wow wow wow! From the moment we entered our apartment we were faced with incredible high ceilings, the space was expansive and well equipped, with generous outdoor seating. The beds and linen were comfortable and the pool area was great with tonnes of seating. The beach is across the road from the apartments and it is absolutely glorious! We were blessed to stay on a fabulously sunny Byron winter day. We also had some issues with keys and the staff were so accomodating, allowing us to use the room while we waited for assistance. We can’t wait to come back!

Great service and amazing rooms. Very child and family friendly and close to the tree house and Belongil beach. Just a walk to the solar train. We proudly hire and deliver all baby and holiday essentials to this wonderful stay.

Has a small issue regarding our stay at east on Byron and Manager Ian went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Well done. Great place too stay.

Great resort for families and couples. Great pool and Ian and Michelle are perfect resort managers. Out of town but not far. Close to Belongil beach which is a great beach.

It’s a very nice place to stay. Great vibe and rooms. However I had no phone service inside and the Wifi was average at best. I had to do work outside by the pool. Definitely look into that if you need to work on your holiday!!

Always so nice to be in these appartments. Feels like home from the very first minute we are there. Very clean and spacious, very well equipped, comfy beds, outdoor kitchen, close to beach. What else do you need more to have happy and relaxed holidays?

Lovely resort. Pool is great and kids friendly. There is also a spa. We stayed in two bedroom and two bathroom apartment and it was great and kitchen was handy if you wanted to cook.

Really good venue in a great location. The rooms are really good. We had a 2 bedroom ground level unit. Ian the manager was really helpful and knowledgeable about the area and sights. We were there for a wedding but will definitely be back for a holiday!!

This is the second time we've stayed here and it didn't disappoint the second time! Amazing location across the road from the beach. Good local cafe/restaurant with Treehouse near by. The apartment was comfy with good decor and very spacious. The pool was a bit cold for us in Aug but the kids LOVED the spa! Beautiful beach walk into Byron. Very friendly and welcoming gentleman on reception.

Great location and apartment. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and nice to cook in. The outdoor facilities were very nice. The pool is only solar heated so it's pretty cool in the winter months. A very short walk across the street to Belongi beach, which is wonderful! Highly recommend this place for families.

All the creature comforts of home, but with he luxuries of a classy resort. This stay is a short drive from the town, and also walkable. Would definitely recommend those who want a nicer taste of byron. The staff are also helpful and kind. The location is in close proximity to everything, including a secluded side of a beach. Will definitely be coming back for further adventures. Would recommend trying to book villa’s 6, 7 & 8 for pool side access.

Exceeded expectation from the start, great location as 50 meters from beach! Appreciate every apartment will be different however ours was a 2 bed and huge, more than ample space and great open plan living. Good sized balcony for BBQ / entertaining along with a rooftop private terrace which gives great views and really catches the sun. Kitchens well equipped and bathrooms good size also. Great pool area with plenty of seating / areas to relax. No bar / restaurant on site but amenities close by and you can walk the beach to Byron which will take 30 mins or so, and a great walk also. We paid around $500 p/n and was a family, for 2 couples it would be good value.

Overall this was a really good stay and felt different from other trips to Byron. What we liked: - Beach houses were great - spacious and away from the pool area. Also very clean. - beds and bedrooms were a good size. Aircon in all major areas. - kitchen was well appointed (maybe consider adding pod coffee machines, given it can be difficult to score a coffee in the first half of the week?) - pool area was really nice. We spent a few hours lounging here. - location was a big selling point. We did not want to stay in Byron central again. An easy 16-20 min walk in to town and a $10 Uber in either direction. Also being over the road from the beach was fantastic. Also near the Treehouse and a really nice Italian restaurant. - was able,e to receive deliveries from Coles and restaurants. What can improve: - Sliding door on the beach house was a royal pain to shut and lock successfully. Needs to be looked at. - Internet stability. It was bad on Day 1 but then improved. Degraded a bit later on, but we figured out it could be resolved by rebooting the router. Speed was fine when it was working well though. - Maybe consider an additional set of bins for the other side of the complex, was a bit of a walk otherwise. Probably our nicest stay in Byron yet - good digs and good location, enabling us to hang out in the central byron when we wanted a beer at the Northern. Thanks!

Stayed here with family for a wedding and was such a great location and accommodation with the beach just across the road and the main beach which we walked up to everyday staying there. It was comfortable and cozy would stay here again with large groups.
