😠 I want to describe what I saw and my experience going for 2 weeks The price is not rationable if you compare it with the others in Bayron. It costs 150 Aud per month, or you can have a saving if you pay in advance 6 months together. You can also pay per week 25 dollars and a join membership of 180 (... People often mention equipment, good, Byron, room, Great, machines, friendly,

Not just the most expensive gym I’ve ever been a member of but also just the worst and most pointless set up of any gym I’ve been a member of. They hide a bunch of gear in the class room which is always occupied when I train (about 4-6 hours of classes a day) so half the time you can’t actually use the gear you hope to use. Sometimes even the gear that’s usually out magically disappears into that room so you e no idea if you’ll be able to do your planned workout on any given day. You can’t drop weights, there’s really only one rack so if you’re into barbell stuff, only the basic power lifts are really an option when the rack is free. They haven’t bothered to add weight labels to the machines so you’ve no idea what you’re lifting. There’s no lacrosse balls or anything really useful for mobilization and warm up. Genuinely just the worst gym: seriously regret joining for the month. Find a better option.

I want to describe what I saw and my experience going for 2 weeks The price is not rationable if you compare it with the others in Bayron. It costs 150 Aud per month, or you can have a saving if you pay in advance 6 months together. You can also pay per week 25 dollars and a join membership of 180 (14 days ago it was 22 and 160). And they told me I couldn't take a picture of prices because they may change. The place was not comfortable even convenient for me: they have 4 spaces, on different floors with different equipment and they are not even organized per musle group. Also, one of the rooms with lot of equipment is closed during classes so if you have to use something from in there, good luck and wait for 1 hour. Machines have oxidation, all was so dirty, no air conditioning, and you have to turn on and turn off the fun every time you get into a room. Electric connections look not safe at all. Also they are selling weights, for example there are bars till 25 kg, but the next ones 30 and up are near the door for selling. It is open from 6 am to 5 pm or 7 am to 12 pm if it's the weekend The membership is a paper card that you have to show them every time you go, and the towe alsol. You can't enter if you forget them. Bathrooms and location are good, but I would love that somebody put money and good ideas there. It could be awesome to have a good gym in the town. I didn't have a good experience and I don't recommend it at all. Just my opinion. The pictures are the lists of prices they gave me on March the 1st and then on March the 14th 2023.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for the gym quality. Very average faculties that are outdated, messy front of desk with old equipment scattered out the front. This place desperately needs a clean up and redesign!!!

Great gym, really impressed by the layout of the place and also the quality of equipment. Knowledgable staff always ready to help with any thing when needed! Classes are great too and timetable suits a lot of different lifestyles.

Was in Byron for a week, the week pass is probably the most expensive (65 bucks) as it gets cheaper the longer you train for.. 1 month is best value for money. Weight room has an old feel to it, old looking equipment but everything still safe and working. The studio next to it has a heavy boxing bag, yoga mats, foam rollers and if there is no class, it's a great space to stretch after workout. Changing rooms good, lock supplied for lockers, staff friendly, protein drinks available, all round good gym

Great gym with high ceilings, lots of light and good equipment. It does have olympic barbells with plenty of big weight plates, in case anyone is wondering as some gyms out there only care about machines. This gym though is great for lifting.

On holiday in Byron Bay. We’ve travelled a lot all around the world, and this was one of the worst gyms we have been in. The equipment is old and way too crowded into a small space; It can’t possible meet h&s requirements. AUS$ 18 for a session is really bad value. There must be better around, do yourself a favour and go do your workout somewhere else.

Perfect old school gym. Everything you need to get the job done. The bonus , no influencers 🙂. Everyone has been really friendly , and it has a room at the top that was a circuit room. It has all the machines ( a little dated , but perfect ) and cardio options . I feel comfortable walking in , and working out . It’s actually the highlight to start my day , and get out of bed. If you want to go to a gym and feel comfortable , no one is looking how you’re dressed. Everyone is just doing their workouts, not people watching Last bit of information in the real world. You pay heaps for a 1 visit , same as any gym anywhere Yes the equipment is old, but there’s no male or females dressed in 2XU filming their workout, and getting annoyed because someone walked into frame It’s a gym where you work out, not sit on a machine looking at your phone .

Gym itself is fantastic & has everything you need! $28 is very pricey for a day pass.

Unfortunately I can't score this heaps high. An older style gym (think 90s). The equipment definitely needs some TLC, for example hip extension equipment was very hard to adjust with rust etc, same with leg extension machine. Uneven ground directly below squat bar was a lil interesting. $22 is a few bucks cheaper than the general price for gym's in Byron which imo is pretty high... I'd say casual visit was valued at closer $10

Alright equipment very old and rusty though. New owners lied about 3 day pass cost then said it was for locals only and tried to charge $60. Expensive and not worth it at all. Other gyms in Byron that are better value. Service needs improving.

Never seen anyone bench a higher 1 x arm Bench press then me in this gym. I’d love to see someone try. Great gym.

Just did a Strength and Stretch with Elana ,after not being at a gym class for a few years this was a brilliant introduction back. Perfect blend of difficulty, enough to give goals to work towards not to hard to be overwhelmed. Thanks Elana .

It’s a bit overpriced for what you get. The gym has everything you need for a good workout however there is no AC, equipment is a bit rusted, and the weight room is a bit cramped. Not bad for a few days while visiting Byron.

Great facility. Well organised where safety is first. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Great little local gym. Plenty of decent equipment. $18 for a casual day pass which is a little steep if your backpacking and looking for somewhere to train, but worth the money if its leg day. I mean bodyweight squats don't quite cut it do they? Girl on reception was really friendly.

The team here are amazing! Approchable, down to earth and friendly. Great Variety of machines and new equipment. Love that the gym is split over several levels, so you can focus on your own training without distraction. Staff are always there to offer support and advice if I need it. Highly recommend this gym!

The ownership changed rencently. members where told to switch the direct debit to a new system. I was informed that my membership would stay at the same price. Weeks later I realised that they had been charging me double my original membership. Plus late charges for the missed payments. After talking to them they assured me this was a mistake and they would sort it out and contact me with a resolution. They never contacted me and today 90 dollars was taken out of my account without explanation.

Joke gym. Equipment super old, opening time very short, weekend only mornings even if staff keep saying they open all day…. Time table not written outside. More expensive than social remedy in Byron. Also my key didn’t work for 3 days after payment… I could not use the gym because no one at the front desk.. not fair, and come on guys minimum standard needs improving. People laugh about you guys…..

This is unfortunately the worst gym I've ever been to & I've been to a lot. The ground was significantly uneven at the squat rack (which is extremely dangerous) & a lot of the machines and equipment are extremely hard to adjust because of rust. If a gym inspector came into this gym I'm sure it would be deemed unsafe and shut down in 5 minutes. Plus it's way to crammed. I would not recommend paying $10 for a casual visit let alone the $22 that they charge. Ridiculously overpriced for a gym that feels like it is 20-30 years past it's due date.

Day passes are definitely a ripp-off but if you buy a week pass at least pricing is alright. Great staff and great atmosphere! You like to sweat?! Good & solid machines for heavy duty training! Def. Worth a visit

👍👍 Just discovered this gem of a gym. Good facilities, can't wait to try out the ice baths and sauna. I'll also have a crack at some classes and report back, but so far I am loving it.

😠 After I canceled my membership they charged me for an additional week even after confirming the last payment date. Also, I had to pay 59$ joining fee and 49$ for the security tag which I was told to get back once I return the tag. They won't give it to you. So it's 108$ joining fee. Keep that in mi...
