The best thing about Betty is the say YES to Halal Meals. Their meat is halal, however, you have to advise them to make it so. The lovely staff accommodated us and had the much deprived burgers. Loved it.

The choco peanut butter thick milkshake is rich and smooth. It made me full even just itself. The burger is followed the standard. The asmosphere here just like in holiday, especially the outside sitting area. Only con is the apps order which is not user friendly. Always in error, just because i wanna order one special deal and a drink. But it was not allowed. I need to separate the bill to get it through.

Crispy and DELICIOUS burgers! Fries were crispy and well seasoned. Sauces were nice add ons to the fries. Would recommend 10/10

One of the best burgers we’ve had in Byron Bay! We’ve ordered a crispy chicken and Batty’s classic burger. Both of them were really tasty. Buns were soft, nicely cooked patty, soft and juicy. But definitely chose thin when ordering fries. Highly recommended.

betty's burgers is great a place to go with friends and family for a cheap and cheerful meal. The staff there are incredible, especially Marley who is extremely friendly and welcoming. Her service is impeccable and always leaves us feeling special. :)

I actually went here back in April and I’ve been meaning to write a review because oh how well deserved it would be! The guy that served us was absolutely amazing, his customer service was incredible and the food was to die for!!! I had visited Byron for the beach just before heading back towards Sydney and this place was sent by heaven - just what we needed! 10/10!!!

The team is friendly and finish the order quickly. The bugers is really delicious and amazing. The meat is juicy and tasty.

Quite simply one of the best burgers I've ever had. I went to the Byron Bay store and had great customer service. A young lady called 'Natasha' trully went above and beyond making us feel welcome and engaged in lovely conversations. I had the 'noosa surf classic' and it didn't disappoint. Perfectly presented and tasted fresh and full of flavour. It had a feel that it was home made with passion. The patty was a delicate balance between juicy on the inside and crispness on the outside. As my first vist to 'Betty's Burgers' This ranks as one of the best burgers chain stores I've ever been too. A solid 5 stars.

Ordered a head of time as they advertise to jump the queue. Chips were cold. Burgers were cold. They gave us one chips when we ordered 2. We ordered two different shakes and they had no idea which was which. So we had to try them to figure it out for ourselves. The food was salty AF! I’m hoping we don’t have heart attacks tonight. The staff were nice but it was disappointing they didn’t note what was what with our drinks. The birthday dinner our son was so looking forward to was disappointing.

Burgers were delish and the chicken was crispy and crunchy, very nice. Chips were good and caramel milkshake was very tasty 😋. If you come to Byron bay you should definitely go try it!

Had a bit of trouble deciding what I wanted because it all looked so good! Eventually I had the chicken burger which was fantastic. Overall, such a positive experience served by lovely staff - a girl named Maya served me and it’s clear to see that the people at Betty’s Burgers in Byron are making great hiring decisions!

It was my first time trying Betty’s burgers and I was hesitant at first but the service from staff member Maya was beyond brilliant. She was helpful in providing suggestions and never once stoped smiling. Betty’s burgers did an amazing job in hiring and I hope to have her as my server next time I come back.

Betty’s burgers had never disappointed me and has always had the best burgers out of any fast food chain in Australia. These burgers are delicious as the brioche buns with the meat in the middle along with a bit of fresh lettuce is a great combo so no wonder they call it the Betty’s classic. The service was fast and the cleanliness was far better than the typical fast food restaurant. Overall the place is a 5/5. I would recommend trying the classic Betty’s Burger. Crispy chicken burger. Thick shakes and the chips.

I ordered the Betty's Double burger, chicken strips side and a side of chips. Food came quickly and was hot, fresh and delicious! Prices are reasonable too. Only loses a star because burgers should come with chips, not have to pay extra for them, and $6 for a tiny cup of chips is a bit rich. Still, good experience, good food, would come here again if we're ever in the area.

My kids love the burgers here and the bare burger option is great. The team are incredibly helpful and so accommodating with requests. We ordered 5 burgers and 2 of them weren’t made as requested and they were so friendly, apologetic and helpful to get it remade for us. Really appreciative of the great service. Thank you

Burger was great. The bun was light toasted, perfection. Lettuce was fresh.the burger meat had an amazing sear with a tender inside. Avocado was seasoned to perfection. The Sauce 🐐🤌. The one thing that bothered me was the tomato. It wasn't quite ripe and was slightly hard.

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Do not go here if you have allergies. They messed up both orders, told me something didn’t have egg in it when it did (which they served to me and I promptly had an allergic reaction), took out ingredients from the burger which I didn’t say I was allergic to, said that certain items had egg in it when it did not (told me their beef patties have egg in them?), and the manager and chef had differing opinions on what was served to me. After having an allergic reaction from their thick shakes which they said had no egg in it, I went back with my order and it further showed that the chefs don’t understand the food they are serving. The chef told me they gave me a vegan patty (but the manager believed it was a beef patty…) and removed the cheese from the burger when the only thing I was allergic to was the sauce. That being said the manager was very understanding. He made sure I was okay and gave me a refund on my order. That was the only thing not terrible with my experience. DO NOT go here if you have allergies - you will have an allergic reactions and your food will be messed up.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Hot and fresh. The special sauce is fantastic. My whole group of friends was very impressed. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone that loves a good burger 🍔 the prices are great too

Don't mind my shallow review as we just grabbed a chocolate and peanut butter shake on a quiet public holiday afternoon. And it was awesome. We watched the staff member assemble the ingredients and blitz it away. Much care was taken, and it showed in the final product. Not a cheap shake (go to 7 Eleven you tightwad) - but was worth the experience. Grab one for a walk around the block, it'll last most the distance if you pace yourself!

One of the best burguers I ever had in my life! It was the great choice to have for my birthday, I was also very impressed with peanut butter milkshake 😍, we were able to bring our puppy and sit outside. Couldn’t be any happier! Staff was amazing and very friendly too!

Absolutely amazing. Fries were on point, quantity and quality mix was perfect. Decor was amazing too. There weren't any tables available when we arrived but the waitress got us one right away. Food arrived fast for a place like this. I would definitely eat here again.

Holy geezus were these burgers amazing! My partner and I couldn't stop raving about them (he was even talking about it in his sleep). They also didn't sit heavy like with other burgers you get from fast food joints. The team was also super friendly and everything was fast, yet delicious. Cant wait to go back!
