This is a very cool cafe in Byron. Had the vegan poke bowl, which was really tasty with plenty of pickled ginger to spice it up. The staff here could not be friendlier and the fit-out is uber cool. Plus the coffee is really great. It's a great cafe to track down when on the northern New South Wales coast.

Soba Salad was amazing! Absolutely delish! Açai bowl 10/10 with protein powder! Best one I’ve ever had. ABC & B&E Roll scrumptious. Devoured!!!

Really loved our breakfast here. This is an exceptional vegetarian/ vegan cafe. I want bacon...but even I enjoyed it. Great coffee, lovely setting. Good service. That means they get 5 stars..... Oh and they are pet friendly...

My friend and I have been visiting here since 2020 and it never disappoints. The ingredients in their meals are so fresh, and the meals are delicious. The cold pressed juices are also really good.

Another great Cafe in Byron. Lots of vegan and gluten free options. The dishes look simple but are full of flavour!

As GF and vegan, this place is hands down the best breakfasts in Byron. Excellent food you gotta give this a go!

Fabulous to see a thriving vegetarian/vegan cafe, delicious dishes! The pumpkin bean dish is really something special! Coffee was a little acidic, but that's just a matter of taste. Thank you 🙏

Stayed nearby so popped in for brekkie. Didn’t realise this place was vegan but turned out great. Food was full of flavour and very filling. Coffee was good. The place has a good vibe and a great Byron feel

We stayed next door at the Bower and went to the General Store every day for breakfast for 5 days. I had a different dish each time and they were all outstanding. The food is mainly vegan with some vegetarian additions like eggs and halloumi. The coffee is top notch and the staff are super friendly.

Lovely avo on toast - chilled atmosphere. Great vegan sweet options too

This place has the best menu I’ve ever seen for vegans. It’s great to see almost all their dishes are vegan as standard and the few that aren’t, labeled NV. This makes a refreshing change from most places where it’s the opposite. Incredibly delicious food as well. The tofu scramble is unlike any I’ve tasted before. Original and delicious!

We visited The General Store for brunch during the ANZAC weekend, as a group of 5. Delightful is the word which comes to my mind to describe the place. All the items are vegan / vegetarian. The focus is surely on simple healthy food, served in a very relaxing atmosphere. They have both outdoor and indoor seating, which was all full when we visited. It is easy to see why the place is popular. The presentation and taste of all the dishes was excellent. The service was prompt and friendly. We will be happy to visit again.

A very chill vibed cafe with an exceptional menu that offers a good variety delish plant based brekkie and brunch style dishes. Food was well made and presented, and flavour and freshness delivered to expectation. Staff are friendly.

I came here for breakfast every morning I was in Byron. No shame! It was that good. If you’re craving a smoothie/acai bowl, come here! A bit off the beaten path so feels pretty local. The place has a great vibe and kind staff. The lattes were amazing too! So yum!!!

Friendly staff in a nice little spot. But the food was disappointing… not much flavour, wish they tasted like their looks…

These waffles are no joke. They were amazing ! The flavour & taste was mind blowing. However the maple syrup was not on the side and it became a bit too sweet for me. But everything else was just PERFECT!

Disappointing- love the all vegan concept and service was lovely but the Kofta dish was not seasoned well at all. Drinks were lukewarm, watered down and flavourless. Would not return.

Lovely cafe right next to The Bower hotel. Great service and good menu to select from. Our smoothie bowls were great and so was the vegan muffin. I’d suggest to water down the smoothies themselves a bit as they were hard to sip with a straw! A little too thick but still delish
