Typical Melbournian and we need great coffee not just a want A NEED. We found this little coffee bar heaven and we weren’t disappointed. Sit outside or grab a takeaway. Their blend is first class, smooth and full of flavour. A must go to for the best coffee in Byron.

This place does great coffee, certainly worth a visit for takeaway or a sit down although there is limited seating. We stopped in a few months ago on our last day in Byron and wished we'd popped in on day one. The coffee was much appreciated and they had some limited snacks available too, probably one of the best coffee spots in Byron, they let me try a new blend they had in stock for free while I waited, great service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Had a cup of coffee this morning. The coffee was absolutely amazing, but the girl who served me was not friendly at all, and the communication felt discriminatory towards ourselves as an Asian. It was the worst and first experience ever. Would never come back again because of this experience, which is extremely disappointing…

I love this coffee shop!!!! Ever since having my first sip of their terrific coffee four months ago I have become a regular. Best coffee in Byron bay I always recommend to family or friends who are visiting. The whole team is always so welcoming and friendly and to top it off there is usually two doggos to pat while you shortly wait for your yummy coffee. Such a beautiful vibe this little hole in the wall has! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Fantastic coffee team and atmosphere I would give a 10 stars if I could.

Exceptional espresso. Ordered a double cap. Full-bodied and spot-on, not overpowered by milk. Frothed to perfection. Hot enough to be enjoyable without third degree burns. Chill vibes and unpretentious.

The coffee it is one of the best you will find in Byron and it’s very local (something I really like). The owner and people who works there are really lovely too. So please don’t miss stopping by there if you are around

A small cafe offering amazing tea and bagel. My first time in Oz to meet someone in a cafe knowing green tea only need about 90•c to brew. The savory bagel was fantastic and with beef and sauerkraut. Definitely will revisit here if coming to Byron Bay again.

I expected the cold brew coffee to be better based on all the good reviews but it was pretty hard to drink. Not the worst I’ve ever had but just not really smooth, quite bitter. The food wasn’t bad either but not a place I’d revisit. Sorry :(

Barefoot Brew Room has been one of my favourites since it opened in 2012! Rodney is always bringing smiles to the faces of those stumbling through the bifold doors, from sunup til close. The house blend is delicious, full-bodied and satiating to the palate. Roasted Italian style (drawing form Rod’s own heritage) it tastes (in my humble opinion) the way coffee should taste. There is always a delicious single origin on tap, and a secondary lighter roast that suits milky coffees better (higher acidity, cuts through the milk fat). This humble hole-in-the-wall is one of the last vestiges of the Byron community. I will and always shall be returning for one more coffee.

One of the best coffee place in the hood. We grabbed a cuppa en-route to Cape Lighthouse. Owner is friendly and the coffee is perfectly roasted.

The Barefoot crew know how to make a good coffee. While passing through Byron I found these guys on Google Maps and tried to come each morning. It's a nice place to sit and read as well.

Very friendly staff. I asked how I should have my coffee and they recommended a short black or a long black. I usually drink cappuccinos but I took the plunge on large long black and some banana bread. It was delicious. Good acidity without being overbearing. Real chill vibe as well. Lovely

Small with outdoor seating, but shaded from the mid-day sun. I would have photographed the Reuben Bagel, but I was too busy eating it! Great spot and happy to recommend. Glad I stumbled upon it!

The coffee was very well made and tasted great, and there were a few different choices for it as well. The barista was very friendly and offered me a taster of another one of their coffees!

It was a pleasant surprise that after a couple of years since my last visit Barefoot is still delivering a delicious cup of coffee. A great little hole in the wall frequented by locals and visitors alike. Must also compliment the use of beautiful ceramic cups made by a local artist.

Amazing coffee - we were visiting Byron and bought a bag to take home! Plus the bagels were delicious and a nice snack to have with the coffee.
