Service is good in my opinion but in rooms was very freezy. Rooms were clean, water in bathroom was hot so temperature was actually the only but also big problem. I booked of the hotel with fever and cold. Breakfast very good, however they could've use a bit less of shrooms, I've been there for 3 weeks and 95% of dinners had shrooms in it.

The style of the hotel is modern and there are good parking lots, but that's all positive I can say about the hotel. We had to switch rooms as firstly the wrong one was allocated to us. The internet does not work at all. Everything - even the hair dryer - needs to be asked at the reception. The bathroom is not clean at all. The breakfast is not a good choice and not enjoyable. I had a cappuccino with sour milk.

Very nice little Hotel. The receptionist was very friendly, room was clean and quiet. Only the shower was not that clean, but OK. What really blow my mind was the breakfast, I didn't expected this kind of huge veriety to eat for this low price (20 PLN ~ 5€).

I liked the room, bathroom, everything was clean, nice design, place to sit outside. Good breakfast for those who come early :) One minus no conditioner in the room. Overall recomend.

I chose this hotel just because Rezydencja Piekary Slaske was fully booked and I will not come anymore - not enough parking lots, disturbing noise coming from train rails and main road just next to the hotel, staff on reception unpleasant, totally poor wifi! Plus: big, clean, modern room.

Fairly new hotel with all the facilities you'd need for a stopover on your overland trip. 24h reception, quiet and comfy.
