El poeme is a very welcoming, family run cafe. With excellent fast and helpful staff. They serve delicious delicacies alongside piping hot coffee. Just across the road there is a churros stand offering bags full of freshly made churros. Bring them into this cafe and you can get delicious dips for your churros. The coffee shop is located near the the famous makers were you can wonder around and see the best see food around town . Atmosphere very lively in the Poeme price is very reasonable and freshly prepared as you order .if you like a strong coffee ask for the (Duble café com leite ) very tasty and strong . Overall I recommend Poemo for nice brunch time .

Lovely place, nice service and the best coffee and fruit tarts. Does get busy and noisy at peek hours.

Bad attitudes, went there twice and both times didn’t seem like the staff were friendly at all. We went and got churros and then the guy gave us shot for bringing in the chocolate that is provided with the churros. Went for morning bread for breakfast and the staff saw us coming and provided us with barely enough jam to cover the read. Poor attitudes and wouldn’t go back again

Cozy café that serves breakfast/sandwiches and pastries! I usually don't fancy the Spanish pastries since they are lot of times tasteless and lack sweetness. These are far from that, they are authentic French pastries. If you want churros you may buy them from the churreria cross the street and bring them here. Good coffee and very friendly service. I'm definitely coming back!

The experience well no good, the food is good and the coffee but, it take centuries to get attention and 100 years for get the ticket and pay . It can improve.

Been a few times now and there's not a single thing I didn't like. From the service to the pastries, cakes, teas, hot chocolate, coffee... everything! Ah! You can buy churros from the market nearby and bring it here to have it with some nice hot chocolate and dulce de leche 😋

We go to La Poeme 2 or 3 times a week, for sweet breakfast pasteries/croissant. And, sometimes in the afternoon for tea or hot chocolate. Best in Càdiz, sin duda😘

The desserts are too sweet, coffee is too bitter. But a very classic place, nice to sit outside with a cup of coffee and enjoy day.

I come here because of the paris de brest only. Do try it since it's hard to get them good. Everything else is also very nice. Waitress gave us two glasses of water for free because we didn't order anything to drink( we were full) . Also you can bring your own churros there

A very cute bakery. They had very good cakes and fresh smoothies too. And it's really cheap.

Very great atmosphere and amazing pastries. Were delicious. Didn't get any drinks and the lovely staff brought us a glass of water each for free, which is very unexpected in Spain. Would definitely recommend. The prices are very fair as well.

A quick, unplanned stop at the end of an afternoon walking around Cadiz. Quality coffee, excellent smoothie and delicious cake. And v friendly staff. The owner (I think) even gave us a free slice of cake as we were leaving! Lots more on the menu, including wide range of teas. Would definitely come back here.

Look. I was able to recharge my mobile phone from the outlet on the brick wall. Five, Five, Five, Five, Five. And, the tomato and Brie cheese salad tasted totally awesome. By the way, vive Cádiz et vive la France!

We went there for breakfast. Cheese and ham croissants were delicious. We also got churros from the nearby market and had it with a spanish hot chocolate, which was really good 😁👌

🫤 It’s a little disappointing for us, the quality of food certainly didn’t meet our expectations fir the price we paid. We paid 2x of how much we paid at lunch for the similar food but nothing spectacular at all. The decoration of food was not that great for both main dishes to deserve a picture. The...
