A small, quiet family beach from which you can admire the outline of the old town, including the cathedral.

Can you ask for more than a superb sandy beach in the centre of the city?

Excellent experience. Decent facilities and a walk away. Visited during our cruise holidays and swimming on one of the hottest days was relief. Walked from port to beach and had lunch on our way back in city center.

Perfect beach . Availability of changing rooms and showers only for 1 Eu is amazing. They also have a medical unit in case someone gets injured. All so clean

Great and accessible beach, loved it there. Probably the finest sand I've ever seen. Wouldn't hurt if there were some toilets.

Stayed in Sevilla. I really wanted to be near a beach and Malaga was a bit too far for us so I took the train for an hour to get here and it did not disappoint. It was the softest sand I’ve ever felt in my entire life. And the best part? Most of the beach was empty. I’m used to beaches being so crowded. But people didn’t show up until after work so I was glad to have the entire beach to ourselves for a couple of hours!

Well the beach itself and the place are OK, unless you are trying to get public transport out of there after 19:30, zero, no bus, no train, no Uber, nothing! Rent a car one day cost over 200 euros. If you go with own transport I recommend, otherwise make sure you can get out of there.

Lovely clean beach where we rented sun loungers for €19 for two with a parasol. Water was warm and clean.

Great beach.Spotlessly clean.Clise to the old city or there's a bus if you prefer. I liked the big waves as opposed La Caleta where the sea is flat.Spent most of my week in Cadiz here. Good amenities, can't wait to get back.

Lovely beach. Lost points due to lack of showers or toilets. Not terribly family friendly. Three faculties nearby, all closed.

This is a great Beach and it has it’s own elevated “Chiringuito” which has no Google Search. This is a great Bar-Restaurant to chill and relax.

Great beach witg very fine sand. We went early in the morning so it wasn't busy at all. Great for sunbathing and going for a dip in the sea.

Very clean beach where you can swim or hang out. The sand is smooth for the most part and made of shells and coral. It was EXTREMELY crowded when I went at 5pm on a Wednesday afternoon in July. Plenty of families and adults all relaxing and having a good time. There was a mix of topless women tanning among all the people but that’s pretty common and not a big deal culturally here, just thought I would mention. I was surprised by how clean the beach was considering the number of people and that Cadiz is a port city. They have showers to clean off your feet and a wooden walkway that takes you almost to the water. If it had been less crowded, I would have given it a 5/5 stars.

Beautiful promenade, but not many places to stop for coffee or a meal
