Cadiz:A really pleasant surprise. I expected a mediocre last place to visit on cruise, turned out to be a great place, wonderful beach, and beautiful old world centre with tiny alleyways filled with shops and markets, cathedral, town squares to sit and people watch,

In this place i saw of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen in my life. Great beach, stunning panorama. Clean, perfect place to chill with your friends.

Amazing beach. The most famous one in cadiz.

The beach is nicer than I expected for a town location. It's pretty clean, atmosphere is generally good and water is great for a swim. Showers weren't working when I was there. Outside of the weekend it's pretty quiet, evenings can be popular for the sunset views.

Small, but lovely beach. The scene of Halle Berry in a James bond movie was filmed there.

Decent little sandy beach right by the restaurants/bars. Nice views over to the castle on the right and left hand sides. Only complaint is that there are no beach bars or anywhere to get a drink.

It is a town beach… the beach is nice for a rest from all the tourist walk…

Really close to the city, so perfect for a quick dip, but the water's not as clear as other beaches along the coast.

Very nice and authentic beach bar. We had mojito's here, which were great.

Close enough to the city centre, lovely little free beach with enough space and cold refreshing ocean water. Keep an eye out on those Seagull scavengers. Had one trying to fly off with a bag of chips!

It wasn't very inviting in April - the sand looked more like mud, so we chose the other beach Playa de Santa Maria.

In winter the beach is almost empty and you can really enjoy the place. Yet the little restaurant where people sit on boats is packed. That was one of the places where I felt a local vibe a lot. And there we made really fantastic photos.

A gem of a small beach adjacent to the old town with a long promenade. Plentiful benches overlooking the beach and a couple of cafes to enjoy. Kid friendly and a popular spot for all ages.

Lovely little beach in Cadiz. Great for sunbathing or swimming. Sea temperature was around 23°c in mid October. Beach was pretty clean, but watch out for thieving gulls. I had to shoo one away that was pecking at someone's bag while they were swimming.

Nice quiet place. Today was so windy

If I could see the beach it might have been nice If they could turn down the fog next time that would be great👌

Nice beach but bring your own food and drink to save having to bring your stuff with you as cafes not right on the beach itself. Everyone gathers for the sunset then get to 'Palm Street for some food 🌴😍👌

Small, cozy beach with a nice vibe into it! The water is nice, the seabed is comfortable and the weather amazing (as usual in July I guess).

If you come to Old Town Cadiz you have to come and pay a visit to the James Bond Beach Playa de la caleta. We came early morning had a beach day and watched the sunset. We had a relaxing day watching the local fishermen come and go in their boats oh and the odd yacht would drop by.

Great atmosphere and stunning views (especially around sunset). A bit crowded but that can be considered to be a good thing!

Beautiful beach. Best to visit at low tide for amazing views and perhaps to find a small piece of history
