Nice public park in the form of a large plaza, with a equestrian statue of San Martin (a military national hero from the Argentinian independence wars) in the center. I specially recommend visiting the church, and passing by the Tourist Information Center which is located at the building to the right of the Church; they have lots of information and maps there and were very helpful in getting us oriented for the rest of our visit.

Really beautiful place...it changes its scenery at daylight and at night. It's surrounded by life and businesses all around. And just in front of it you can find the cathedral, which is a really amazing sight. Faithful or not, it is always nice to enter and see the beautiful architecture details. Recommended place to visit
