In spite of an orthodontic treatment that lasted two years during my teenage years to correct crooked teeth and which cost my parents a small fortune, several years later, some of my bottom teeth had slightly moved. I consulted with an orthodontist to see if this could be fixed. To my grand surprise, he proceeded to tell me that my teeth moved because I don’t swallow correctly. Although I attempted to explain that I never had any complaints, and asked for explanations on how to properly swallow, he dismissed my requisition as though he was baffled. Needless to say, I started searching for another clinic with professionnals that would not unjustly presume of my swallowing skills all while failing to provide me with proper advice on corrective techniques. Luckily, following a recommendation from a dear friend, I found «Centre Santé Sourire». Without a fraction of a doubt, I can say that they have a team of highly competent professionals for all of your dental needs. They will efficiently deal with your insurance for you, do the proper follows up, and their office is beautiful. Appointments are pleasant & my teeth have never been so clean and polished. I even changed dentists. Highly recommend.

Want to *not* wind up seeing a hygienist or dentist? Dying to lose not one, but two half workdays in a row as completely unapologetic staff cancel your appointments literally as you walk in the door? Excited to be treated like something stuck to the bottom of a shoe by deadpan staff who don’t even pretend to care about you, the delivery of health care, or keeping your business ‘cause hey, they’re doing well… for now. Look no further! In decades of visiting dentists in this city I’ve never experienced anything close to this place’s lack of professionalism or utter disdain for patients. Ugh. Just ugh But two stars because a year ago when I first went there and actually managed to get seen, it was a pleasant, albeit totally standard, dentist visit. Conclusion: not worth the 66.7% chance of an as-you-walk-in-the-door appointment cancellation. You can do better.

My family and I have been going to this dental clinic for over a decade, and we've tried a variety of their services. Their quality of care has always been top-notch. Even though we moved a few years ago and the clinic is a bit farther away now, we decided to stick with them, and we've never regretted it. One thing we really appreciate is having all the different treatments available in one place – from pediatrics to implants, they've got it covered. Whenever we needed urgent treatment, they always managed to fit us in, which was a huge relief. Plus, they're great at explaining the options and treatment plans in a clear and honest way. Dr. Marwan Hbeika, who's been our dentist throughout, is fantastic. His work is excellent, and we trust him completely. In short, our experience with this clinic has been fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional, the treatments are high-quality, and the convenience is unbeatable. If you're looking for a reliable dental clinic, we highly recommend giving them a try.

Only praise for the wonderful Dr. Allard, she is so considerate, professional, empathetic, attentive, meticulous, strategic and friendly if only all dentists could be inspired by her ❤️ thanks to her, to the talented hygienists and all team you are great and do such a great job!

Dr Larochelle has been my autistic sons dentist for years ,we call her the autism whisperer because of how she’s made our son comfortable throughout the years with her friendliness and unbelievable character ..I recommend any parent who has a child with a disability to give her a try ..she will gain your child’s trust and build a a great relationship with them

Worst experience ever was totally misinformed staff totally unprofessional their diagnosis kept on chaging received a gum treatment wich I did not need they are only after your money especially if you have insurance coverage I strongly do not recomend this clinic .

Centre Santé Sourire is one of the most professional and customer friendly clinic I have ever attended. Been a customer for over 10 years. Staff is courteous, warm and very accommodating. Dentists, both for kids and adults, are very competent and leverage the latest technologies and processes making the experience comfortable and pleasant. For the level of service provided, their prices are the best. Highly recommended.

I called the dentist office to ask for information on dental cleaning. The answer I received is that there are no appointments available until Jan 2023 of next year, thats in 8 months! So I didn't end up getting the info I asked for and it seems like the dentist is missing ressources to operate efficiently in order meet the demand on the market.

Just tapping in, I went to that clinic maybe 6 years ago, maybe more. I was shot with the X-Ray like about 15 times, the girl was new maybe but she was left unsupervised, I remember hearing the X-Ray machine over and over. But as a patient I don’t really have a clue, another lady came and said something like « what the hell are you doing ». Well, I never came back, hopefully she didn’t increase my risk of cancer too much. But I believe it was clearly not good, I didn’t go mad or anything but I never came back. I just hope it wasn’t that bad and that no one ever get shot with X-Rays in the face over and over again in that clinic. Thinking back maybe I should have made a big thing out of it when it happened…
