My friends and I rented two electric scooters for three hours from Dyad to explore Montreal and we absolutely enjoyed our experience. The price was fair and affordable. Also, the staff was very friendly, helpful and gave us clear instructions during the scooter training. They were also very flexible and understanding when we asked last minute for an additional hour. If you are looking for a fun activity to do in Montreal, we highly recommend Dyad for their scooter rental service, you will not be disappointed!

While on holidays, we rented scooters to cruise around Montreal for a little sight seeing. We had such a wonderful experience. The customer service was amazing. Oussama went above and beyond to sure we were absolutely comfortable with our ride. He took extra time to explain how the machines worked and gave us a lesson on how to drive the machine to ensure that myself and my friend were 100% comfortable. He also suggested doubling as another option. In the end, we felt we would have more fun on the back of the scooter! Oussama made the rental process super easy, and overall just very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend renting here for any of your scooting needs. They're prices are reasonable and all the staff were professional and friendly. Happy and safe riding everyone!

This is the BEST scooter rental service in downtown Montreal! The guy at the counter was extremely nice to us. We took the scooter for a bit over an hour and they'd told us they'd charge for two hours but he ended up charging us for an hour even though we reminded them about the initial conversation. Two electric scooters for total $40 (including tax) is a STEAL! I called another rental service prior to visiting this one and they told me it'd be $70/hour for one scooter and helmet would be additional $5! Dyad is HIGHLY recommended!!

Absolutely loved renting an e scooter from Dyad to explore the city. The scooter itself was a blast to drive, we fell in love with it and now I'm going to purchase one at home. Getting around the city is so much easier on 2 wheels, you can skip through traffic with ease. Not to mention saving on the outrageous price of gas, or spending money and being limited to the subway system. We were able to go up Mont Royal, explore the city, and just cruise around without even getting close to draining the battery. Service was excellent and was an extremely easy process to rent. We didn't do the tour guide but I can see that being an even better way to get some local knowledge of the city. Highly recommend renting a scooter here.

Great deals and offers, bought a used (was used to rentals there) electric moped here for a nice price of 2300$ minus the taxes and accessories. They have a very friendly service, they guide you through the process and even negotiates prices in the events that the one your buying has damages. Highly recommend as it brings you just about anywhere as fast as a car would considering you dont have to deal with traffic.

We rented a few scooters for the second time at this place as a fun family outing and be a tourist in the city for the day. Both times, we had a blast and the staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. I have rented scooters here for the past couple of weeks. The employees and management at dyad are absolutely amazing. They even accommodated me on Friday afternoon, when there shift was over. Pricing is great for periods of 1+ days. The bikes are fully electric with pedals allowing you to ride in the bike lane. Brilliant loop hole making travel around Montréal a breeze! Can be parked anywhere a bike can park, with built in security systems making it very secure. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

We rented the single seater electric bike for 2 hours. Was good fun and a great way to discover Montreal along its amazing bike track. 2 hours went by very fast..its an additional 10$ for each extra hour. Bike still had 50% battery left..would have been nice to have another hour with it. Overall we were super happy and highly recommend

We had an amazing experience with this company we rented a electric bike for four hours for a food tour and it was perfect it’s way better than just renting a bike so you don’t have to pedal however you can park it just like a bike and it’s so convenient to drive the check in and out process was so quick and we would definitely use them again!

My wife has no prior experience riding on any scooters, however Oussama is kind enough to offer a free lesson for my wife at pick up. He is patient and supportive throughout the instruction time and prepared my wife well for the riding experience.
