Shin Coffee is new in town but it's determination to source for great coffee beans from southern America and Asia makes its specialty coffee list so good. Highly recommended is its egg-battered coffee only available at Shin Coffee. Its latte with cookie is not too sweet as the usual cafe in this area. Always my top choice coffee location whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh city. Their staff is well mannered and very helpful. Cozy ambiance is great for chatting with friends or business acquaintance.

This is not the location I visited, but I wanted to review as their egg coffee was amazing. The service was also really good. I like the touch of dehydrated ginger after your egg coffee, it’s a nice little bonus. The location I️ visited by the large market, it was a small little window where you could order coffee, sit and watch the craziness of HCM City traffic

Beverage 4/5 Good choices of coffee. No chocolate though. Expensive price, but the quality makes up for it. Place 3/5 Small place. Good for a quick visit, chatting with friends. OK place for working as I am easily distracted by people passing by Nice music Not much parking lot. So if you go by bike, you'll wait for 10 minutes to get your bike park somewhere and 10 minutes to bring it back Attitude 5/5 Friendly staffs. One staff gets me a glass of water while waiting for the bike.

This is a lovely little cafe tucked away off a bustling area in Ho Chi Minh City. The egg coffee was delicious and meticulously prepared and served. The cafe has plenty of seats and good wifi, so it was a pleasure to relax and work on a crossword while drinking. The menu has a large variety of Vietnamese coffees available in addition to espresso drinks.

Beautiful cozy place that can make you a cup in a variety of different techniques. The coffee itself was good, but tasted very similar to the coffee served in third wave coffee shops back in the West and unlike the special Vietnamese beans.

Best coffee in town, I can say so. They offer variaty of coffee beans, most are imported from famous coffee planting area in Africa and South America. They also have excellent COLD BREW, even better than Starbucks’s one. The staffs are skilled, friendly, and can explain a lot about their beans. Many foreigners come here to work too.

They make a great pour over using Vietnamese coffee blends that are separated by tastes. As a result I got the firm dark blends while my friend got the sweet beans. The timing and technique showed in a great cup of coffee, worth the 90k dong. The croissants were also delicious at 30k dong. The place itself is the kind of coffee shop that I could go to every week. It's energetic without being loud, diverse and focusing.

Cozy atmosphere, the staff seem to be pretty knowledgeable about the different beans and brewing method. They don't really have anything to munch though, only croissant. I had the Shin Blend pour over, very balanced and easy to drink. Overall, great place to have your coffee fix, will definitely come back to try the egg coffee.

This place had an amazing House Blend Coffee. I love that it gives you a strong kick of dark caramel flavor at the beginning and slowly change to fruity flavour at the end. They have nice place just infront of Grand Saigon Hotel and open early in the morning. Definitely a worth to visit your time. The price bit pricey but it worth.

Great coffee. Good tasting Americanos. Nice environment with two floors. One facing towards coffee area while a few seats open to face the street view. Good wifi connection and quite large seats for the majority. Price of coffee is higher than most around, but you pay for variety and quality.

This cafe shares building space with a spa (on the upper floor) and occupies the lower floor. They offer a variety of Italian and specialty coffee, tea, and few sweet treats. We only tried the egg coffee and quite enjoyed the creamy beverage! We received instructions from the staff on how to best enjoy it as well.

Local gourmet coffee that cost more than Starbucks. Good ambience and cold brew is served in a wine glass. Go figure !

Excellent coffee. They make egg coffee properly from scratch and they have some decaf coffee options. They take coffee making seriously. The pain au chocolate is light and airy and served warm. Incredible!

😐 You pay for the view, the photo ops. We went at 6:30pm on a Sunday, and they closed at 10pm. Somehow they were out of 95% of their food. So that kinda sucks. Drinks were decent. But my local Vietnamese friends and family like this place. The view, the atmosphere is nice, and you know my peeps like t...
