The mall is modern and standard, just like other malls. They have myriad kinds of products: jewelry, clothes, shoes, toys for children, etc. On average, everything you buy here are more expensive than smaller shops so you should think carefully before buying anything. There are also many food and drinks brands: pizza hut, McDonald, Lotteria, KFC, Phuc Long tea, etc. I ate at a Japanese restaurant which offered rotary hot pot. The food was good. For movie gurus, this place is pretty standard just like others, except for the fact that the rooms at Lotte Cinema are narrow. If someone goes to their seats, they will block the cinema projector, which can bother you.

Poor service, very few of shop and restaurant, no baby and disable toilet room, the elevator don't stop at the 2nd floor, which means baby trolley and wheelchair are not welcome here. Ugly space and poor service. This is one of worst plaza to go in Saigon. Not worth to waste time here.

It's a good mall. Smaller than the ones I'm used to seeing but has it's own unique charm. They have a food court and a Cineplex which fewer seats but good screens and sound.

Not a bad shopping centre that has more retail outlets than just clothing. Top floor is the cinema complex which I had to walk up the steps to reach so not sure if there are lifts to help those who are unable to walk. Second top floor is a mini food court with a decent selection to choose from. The third floor I believe had a mix of arcade games and kids clothing/toys. 2nd floor was primarily clothing with kitchenware in the corner of one side of the building. Bottom floor had jewellery, luggages, a few cafes and the rear internal connecting doors between the Nikko Hotel and the mall itself. The main reason why I went to check out NOWZONE Fashion Mall is because I was staying at the Nikko otherwise there are better shopping centres you could visit in Saigon.

Highly recommended that people should go in the weekend. It is the place that is very big and dynamic. It almost sells everything such as clothes, luxury clothes, accessories, food, it also have games in it.

This is a relatively old shopping mall and this is supposed to be here for more than 10yrs. The size is also smaller than most of the shopping malls in Ho Chi Minh City. This place is located by a large roundabout and the streets around here get really busy during the rush hour.

This is a small mall as compared to others and though it's known for fashion, I think it is more relevant to be a food and amusement center. On the day of our visit, being a weekend, surprisingly it was very quiet. Other than 2 cafes on the ground floor, the spaces were occupied by fashion boutiques and the same on the 1st storey, though there's a toy section there and a big amusement center. Prices were not cheap unless those promotional items. The second storey was mainly for food, several Japanese, Korean buffet restaurants, food and drink koisks, minimart and the top storey was the cinemas. And that's about all. It's quite boring here and within 30mins, you can finish (if you are window shopping, unless you are dinning here that will take longer time) walking around here as there's really nothing much to see or do here. Quite disappointed coming by here though!

Amazingly clean and friendly location. A great place to get out of the heat and have a cool drink and do a little shopping. This is not the local tourist shopping.. Think more western mall!

Not many stores and those are there are overpriced. A big mall almost for nothing. Waste of space.

They have a cinema and a play room and a lot of stores. Also, there are some places you can eat and shop. Keep in mind though that the play room is ridiculously expensive and the karaoke in there mediocre. The cinema is expensive but not too much. The food is twice as expensive as on the streets.

Alright shopping centre with a great selection of stores. I’m not sure if the things they sell in here are authentic though.

Very convenient when staying at Hotel Nikki or other hotels nearby. There are lots of activities for kids. Shopping is a bit average with some items overpriced sort of!

The mall itself is very nice. Plenty of stores to shop. Very clean inside and out. The game room was a disaster. Most games broken or out of order. You should not waste your money there. There is a nice coffee shop on both ends of the mall. Spend your money there instead.

An energetic place to hang out with friends (although right now the place is pretty desolate because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but that will change in the near future ). Nowzone has modern facilities as well as numerous places to chatter with friends. It, of course, also have a very nice location right in the middle of the city. A multi-functional mall which has some big-branding coffee shops, multiple beauty and fashion shops (you can stroll around to see what product is best fit to you)

Food courts of this mall is too poor . Taste of the food is disgusting .

We saw more affordable goods with many styles not seen in bidder malls.

A boring shopping mall, not much to see here. There's a kid's play area and cinemas but in terms of clothing and accessories; there's not much choice and prices aren't exactly cheap. At least there's free air-con.

There are some tables on the sidewalk for enjoy Phuc Long. Lovely place but you should park your bike in the basement of Nowzone if you don't want the police fine you an parking ticket.

TTTM làm việc vô lý, thẻ thành viên tích điểm tự ý khoá mà không hề có 1 tin nhắn thông báo nào. Hỏi lí do thì phải đúng chính chủ, trong khi đó dùng thẻ bạn trai tích điểm, bạn trai đang đi công tác thì lấy đâu ra đi tới Nowzone để nghe giải thích tại sao thẻ bị khoá, mặc dù đã ra cash thanh toán hết tiền để trừ điểm thẻ.

The meal is so good and the service is excellent. Love all the foods here.

Gửi xe tại Nowzone để xem phim và bị ăn cắp áo mưa. Chán thật chứ!!!!!

Phục vụ kém. Mình vào sáng sớm 7h30 đậu xe để lên highlands coffee, nhân viên bảo vệ chỉ mặt nói Ở đây giữ xe theo giờ đó nghe. Chưa thấy trung tâm TM nào mà thái độ tệ như vậy.

Đã đi nhiều TTTM, nhưng chưa thấy TTTM nào làm ăn sống nhăn như Nowzone. Tạo ra chương trình tích điểm, đưa thẻ cho bạn gái dùng. Đến khi bạn gái đi mua sắm, tích điểm và trừ điểm thì mới biết thẻ bị khoá. Qua quầy DVKH thì phải đúng chính chủ mới báo lí do tại sao khoá thẻ. Đáng lẽ khi nghi ngờ vấn đề gì về thẻ thì bên TTTM nên gọi điện hoặc có 1 tin nhắn thông báo, đằng này vô lý đến mức muốn khoá là khoá. Quá coi thường khách hàng
