Came down for vacation with family and friends. Overall the experience was great, staff was friendly from check in to the staff at the pool bar and restaurants. Our 3 bedroom suite had a small kitchen, dining, and living room making it feel like home. We did some small grocery shopping as Janets Super Market that was at a walking distances. Location was great, walking distances from shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach was right at your back yard. A few things that I was not aware of, room cleaning and change of towels came at a price. Was not aware that trying to exchange pool towels, there would be a charge for that. Did not really bother us, just kind of took us by surprise. We were approached with the free breakfast but after we declined they left us alone. They did not try to push it on us. Overall the experience was great. Will be staying here again for our next family trip to the DR. Thanks to the lovely staff that made our stay wonderful.

Noise, crazy busy street between Imperial Suites and Presidential Suites. Amenities were dirty and/or closed. Aggressive time share salesmen interrupted meals and stopped us in the street. Nice ocean view from pool at Imperial Suites. Dirty pools and closed pool bar at Presidential Suites.

Love this hotel. Its our 3rd time here. Only downside is that it is no longer all inclusive. We refused to pay $20 per person for continental breakfast when you can go down the block and eat a hearty breakfast for $16 (for both)

We stayed here for an entire week. The staff was very welcoming. They did tell us the prices for the room being clean, new towels, etc. if you get the room clean for 15 dollars then you automatically get new beach towels and bath towels. The staff helped us with luggage and was very welcoming! The pools were nice. They cleaned them every morning. When we went they were always empty. They did offer us a visit to their other property in Puerto Plata. We decided against it and they didn’t push. Overall had a great time! The bed was hard but we did stay at two other places in DR and it was the same kind of bed 😞 We did not try the restaurants since we were walking distance to so many other restaurants. Love the location!

We had a really good time here. We stayed in a one bedroom which is a nice size. They provide a beach/swim towel, along with pots, pans, utensils, a toaster and coffee pot, and a full-sized refrigerator. The bed was hard but we got used to it. The downside was that if you needed clean clothes or towels, you have to pay for them. The staff was extremely welcoming and ready to assist. They have a restaurant with a beautiful view. The beach is close and the pools were nice but the large one on the main side could use a little TLC. There are plenty of places to sit and relax.

It is okay..Front desk service is not the best (couldnt change the room due to the noise from the street because hotel was “fully booked”, but i can say it was empty and when i asked to check availability i was given the answer “manager is the only person who has an access to availability”). Overall not bad at all. Nice restaurant for breakfast, an access to the beach. Btw no shampoos provided (i always bring my own, but some people dont) and full inventory for everything in the room (like i need their towels). Was fine but wont be back

Even though we had already payed the hotel they couldn’t offer us a room as they apparently overbooked. The story they told us changed every time (wrong hotel / wrong reservation and so on)

DO NOT BOOK! Extremely loud room due to the noise from the street. You cannot relax next to the pool cause it is extremely noisy as well. Pool open ONLY between 10am and 7pm. Also, no cleaning, sheets change or even shampoo are included. Absolutely ridiculous for a hotel to not cover basic necessities.
