Service was fairly slow. Food was "okay", below average for a KFC. Lots of water (not meat juice) pouring out of the chicken fillets with each bite. Chips were greasy and stale despite having waited for my food so they have a problem with timing. Part of my order missing from bag so had to go back to the counter to get it, no apology. Biggest negative by far though was that the front of house was extremely dirty. Large puddles of bin juice on the floor left for the entire duration I was there. Bins overflowing. Black sacks of food waste tied up and left inside the restaurant on a hot day. Zero front of house staff cleaning during the 30 minutes I was there, so no tables wiped down, no floor cleaning, no bins emptied, no cleaning of the touch screen kioks (which were gross with fingerprints and grease). Would really make you worry how clean the food prep area is and this put me off my food. Will have to forget about this branch for the future, doesn't feel safe to eat in. 2/5 for food. 0/5 for hygiene and cleanliness.

It was the worst food I have ever had. The chicken looked as if it was left under a heater for hours. The chicken was as dry as paper and the coating on it was a real dark colour. When I bit into it the coating was hard and the chicken was dry. The chips were soggy and only warm. They tasted as if they were reheated. We also got the wrap of the day which was barely warm and did not taste good.

Zinger burger? Cold tasteless bit of rubber chicken. The chicken wasn't even covered in bread crumb Used the drive trough. And to find this. Straight in the bin it went.

I was in Carrickmines👍 KFC 3 times🙂🙃, In a first and secon occasions, coincidentally the manager was at the counter, I asked him for crispy chips🍟 and I was served crispy chips🍟 😋 👌Thanks 😊 At my third occasion there, I asked crispy chips🍟 to one staff, and I was served with "mushy" fluffy*chips🍟😲😱😲 ...😞😥😞😥😞 😏 👀😭and I😢and i😢 then I went outside in a peaceful evening, breezy lighting🌩rain🌧 well... supposedly... unconsciously I shared my thoughts and the fluffed*chips🍟 with 🙂🙃🙂 2 innocent prompt😮🙂friendly😊raucous crows 🐦🐦 & 3 blackbirds 🦅🦅🦅, under strict supervision of 1 gracious brick monarch🦋butterfly🙂. And my soul finally had find a divine peace✌️😌 "Happiness is not real unless is shared"

They were busy with online deliveries when i was there and only 2 working at preparing orders but both were concentrating on online orders so i had to ask after 10 mins when our food would be ready. Others that ordered after me were served here us so ordering sequence didn't factor

Well, the toilets were out of order and the stink was appalling. The main floor was greasy and slippery. The bin was overflowing. The food was thrown together and items were missing from the order. I wouldn't recommend it.

Since I read a lot of bad things about the quality of the chicken here in the reviews, I tried the plantbased chickenburger and was positively surprised, the 'meat' was really good, tasted like chicken, and had a spicy panade. More sauce would have been nice though, to make the bread less dry.

Living on the other side of dublin and have to say the difference between this location and any of our local ones are astonishing! The freshest and tastiest kfc we have had!

Busy here around 7pm. Please keep serviette holder filled and ask customers whether they're taking food away or eating there. Both of these were missing from my experience.

Food quality seems to have gone downhill recently in this branch, our most recent experience a few days ago was terrible. Our regular order is unavailable through self-service, and this time we were clearly ignored for a while waiting for someone to take our order.

Thanks to the staff here for helping me find my lost bag. It's very kind of you to do me a big favor. I will pay more attention to my belongings and will no longer just bury my head in delicious chicken wings.

I didn't enjoy the food or the outlet. Not to my taste. I won't be returning. Just a personal choice.

Normal standard KFC food. Very dirty, floors unkept, our group and others cleaning their own tables and seating. Self ordering cleans very greasy. Wrong drinks given then told we were mistaken when the receipt said our correct drink. No cutlery given. Constant loud random overhead speaker buzzing noises. What you expect from a KFC 😂

Absolutely a tip tables scattered with leftover slow service . This place needs a radical review, never going here again

Waited 45 mins for a simple order and it wasn't even that busy. The place was a absolute tip and I cleaned my own table and chairs. Rubbish was all over the floors and dropped food had just been left under tables.

They are out of any type of chicken 40 min before closing time. Don't waste your time after 9PM, horrible

Nice junk food. Chicken is juicy. Chicken popcorn is fluffy. You can get a dip and a side of your choice with a meal. Unfortunately no offer of side salads for your meal. Would love to have it.Girl at checkout a bit unexperienced but nice. Seats by the door a bit windy. No spoon given with my mashed potatoe side. A lot of sitting spaces and a lot of parking space. Staff helpful.

If I could give zero star I would ever time I order from here it actually gets worse, inside is the most disgusting place ever dirty dirty tables and food all over the place they don’t clean anything for people to sit down to eat there food, I order off Uber eats and try ring them multiple times for one of my orders they won’t answer the phone at all this is too much of a joke of a food restaurant and the drive thru you can never ever get the right food and there under staffed as always so the owners can same a few quid this place actually should be shut down and a new restraunt should be put there because this is that bad!!!

The order kiosk was broken. Like all fast food places, it's loud and has bad music. Mixing beans and mashed potato is a not so secret vice.

Food is not up to standards plus they always close 20 mins before the closing time always. Visit few times around 9.20 or 9.30 pm and it’s closed even drive thru. If ur timing are until 9.30 pm please mention, don’t want customers time. Poor service
