I would never do business with them again! Jorge tried to rip us off by charging over $2800.00 USD (52,750 pesos) over retail for a silver statue. They were going to hold my money for several weeks before even ordering the piece. The manufacturer's own website quoted a timeline of 3-6 weeks to receive the statue, and we were told it would take 8 weeks. I'm not even sure they were going to order the statue for us. If I could rate B&B Collection zero stars I would do it.
