Best house I’ve ever stayed in! We had a wonderful experience in Villa Bellissima. The views are to die for, where else can you whale watch all day? The house is massive and has everything you could want including two pools and a jacuzzi. The staff are genuinely lovely and cater to your every need. This is real luxury and I am now dreaming of my return, can’t recommend it enough!

Incredible views from every room and bedroom, very comfortable beds, fun entertainment (ping pong, pool table, movie theater), hot tub & two infinity pools (one heated, one cool), very attentive staff. Filtered water throughout the entire house, excellent wifi. Could not have asked for better accommodations. Incredible home and unforgettable vacation!

Villa Bellissima is amazing! With all the amenities you can think of, ranging from a pool table and ping pong table, a gym looking out to the Pacific, a movie theatre, two pools (cold and warm) and a hot tub, there really is no reason to leave the villa during your stay. With its position in the pedregal, the pools get great sunlight all day long. The service was also above what I expected during my stay with very accommodating chefs and an excellent bartender. There are also great entertaining areas that can fit large groups of people comfortably. Overall, my stay was a wonderful experience and cannot wait to go back!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Hand down, a top 2 trip for me. Right from getting off the plane until we left the house. The House Host Jorge had 2 Suburbans waiting for us as soon as we got off the plane. When we arrived, at the most beautiful house I’ve seen in my life, we were greeted by the Staff with open arms!! We received a full tour of the mini Resort!! We had a Private Chef set up for us everyday! The views, ambiance and amenities in this house are priceless!! There is a bathroom in EVERY room of the house!! There is a game room, a gym, 2 swimming with 2 different temperatures to the Guests likings, a jacuzzi, a theater, a sounds system through the house, a fireplace and plenty of patios fir differ views of the neighboring houses and ocean views! I apologize, because I know I missed something. You just need to see it for yourself!!! Thank you once again to EVERYONE that played a part in this amazing trip!!!

Truly is the most beautiful Villa in all of Cabo!! Every room has a breathtaking view of the ocean. It has an open playground design, where everything you need is on one main level (both pools, kitchen, bar, game room, etc). All the furniture is immaculate and in pristine condition. My friends and I felt we were at our own luxury private resort!! Not only was the entire staff so gracious by providing us with anything & everything we needed, but they truly went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible! "Shout out" to the Chef! -every feast they prepared for us was "Out Of This World" delicious!! - Gracias Villa Belissima!!

I recently got the privilege to stay at Villa Bellissima with my husband and friends. This experience is one that will be very hard to outdo for years to come. The views are breathtaking; the pictures I’ve taken do not capture the true beauty of this place. The rooms were very comfortable and cool. All the staff were so kind and incredibly helpful. I would go back in a heart beat!!!

What an amazing once in a lifetime vacation. From start to finish the stay was luxurious and we didn't stop being amazed at the views and service in our 8 days there. You're in a large safe development but perched on a cliff where you have total privacy. Everything you could need is there and is perfectly set up for multiple families and entertaining. It may not be the best house for small children but we were able to make it safe for our group. Our kids swam all day in both of the pools while the adults lounged in the incredibly comfortable lounge chairs. The gym was amazing and we worked out while watching humpback whales jump right in front of us. Easy drive to all the sights and an adventurous walk to the beach if you're not afraid of some hills. Hands down would recommend to everyone.

Just amazing. I frequent the Cabo San Lucas area often and villa Bellissima is by far the best place that I have stayed at. I had the opportunity to take a boat ride to the shore below, and was blown away when I realized that our Villa looked nicer then the resorts that sit below. With enough space to comfortably accommodate large groups of people, this mansion is definitely a must stay. Privacy, views, relaxation, and party….I’m not sure if there is anything more I could ask for.

We recently stayed at Villa Bellissima for a family reunion. Wow it was more spacious and beautiful than the pictures could convey. For us this was our destination. With so many amenities two pools one heated and one cool and a hot tub that all look out to the Pacific Ocean dotted with boats and whales. Views of the sea of Cortez and of the Pacific Ocean Billiard room, ping pong, great stereo system games and movie theater. We only left to shop and explore this beautiful and safe Mexican resort town. We had a blast. Everything was spotless and the beds were so comfortable and pillows dreamy. We have reserved a week again next year. Our vacation/ reunion was amazing with good company and a beautiful villa that did not disappoint. I am super excited to have our dates booked for next year. Highly, highly recommend!

Incredible stay at the Villa Bellissima - highly recommend as a luxury private villa experience. Would be great for family gathering, friend trip, business gathering, retreat, etc. Staff was excellent. High above Cabo, with spectacular views from nearly every room, and even the shower. Awesome sunrise over Lands End every morning, and overlooking the beautiful Pacific, with breaching whales just offshore. The staff was exceptionally helpful, making for a very relaxing stay. Best infinity pool experience in Cabo!! Equipped with all amenities you'll need for friends, family, or business gathering. Very spacious with room for any group to stretch out with lots of privacy. Tons of fun, spectacular, highly recommend, 6-Stars!!

Where does one even begin? This is by far the most beautiful property I have ever stayed at. Breathtaking views from every room, two infinity pools, a hot tub, a fully equipped gym, a pool table, table tennis, cinema room, BBQ.... One honestly does not need to leave the property. A dream home. Place was spotless when we arrived and the staff were always available when we called upon them. Nothing was ever too much trouble. After 8 nights this place really became home and we were so sad to leave. We have already pencilled in our dates for next year! Thanks again to the amazing crew at Villa Bellissima. A Breath taking, private, tranquil and stunning property. Such a special place to take in sunrises, afternoon swims and letting go time with family and friends. Staff is great. You won't want to go into town.

Villa Bellissima truly exceeded all expectations. The Villa was impeccably maintained and the friendly staff always went above and beyond. Taking daily walks in the neighborhood felt absolutely safe with friendly Hellos and waves from other people out for a stroll on the rolling streets. There’s a Cafe and pickleball courts just a short walk away, which was an added bonus to the Villa’s ping pong, pool table and theater. Having to work while on vacation was low stress with multiple quiet areas in the Villa. And not only did the bedroom suite offer the perfect privacy for a little down time, the sheets and pillows were the best quality (I’m super picky about my pillows and sheets!), which made for the most blissful sleeps. Villa Bellissima provided the perfect balance for socializing and relaxing. The two days seeing breaching Orcas from the pool deck made it even more magical! Unreservedly 5/5 in my books!

Villa Bellissima is absolutely amazing! The villa is perched high above the Pacific, offering 180 degree ocean views. Equipped with a phenomenal staff and fantastic indoor/outdoor living with every amenity imaginable (heated pools, pool table, movie theatre, and work out room) and not to mention the Villa's gym is totally upgraded with brand new cardio equipment. 6 Star in my book and look forward to a future stay!

What a spectacular Villa. This cliffside paradise does not disappoint. The large open-air floor plan and the countless amenities (pool table, ping pong, theater room) make you feel like you’re staying at your own private hotel. There are 2 infinity pools with panoramic views of the Pacific that overlook the Waldorf Hotel. The views are truly amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Villa Bellissima is incredible and has it all! This house has countless activities for all times of the day as it has two pools (cold and hot), a hot tub, a Ping-Pong table, a pool table, a movie theater, and a mini gym looking out to the ocean. The house has a generous amount of deck space which allows you to soak up the sun all day without being put in the shade. The house is part of a gated community, Pedregal, with lots of privacy, tennis courts, a private beach, and a few incredible lookouts. Highly recommend staying here for your next Cabo vacation!

Villa Bellissima is stunning and comes with breathtaking views! I came here for spring break, and it was the perfect house for fun and relaxation. You can stay on the property for the whole trip for a nice private vacation or take a nice walk down to the town to go to the shops, pier, and beach. The rooms are so spacious, each having a walk-in closet and bathroom. The beds are so comfortable with incredible sheets; it is like sleeping on a cloud. The house is beyond spacious, and I loved the indoor-outdoor concept. The house staff is the best as they help with all your needs, make the best guacamole, and always keep the drink fridge fully stocked! I will be coming back, and you should book a vacation here! 100% recommend.
