The check-in process took an hour despite the few number of guests in the lobby. (1:00pm) Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed this resort. The staff is fantastic, the breakfast buffet is incredible, the surroundings are clean, manicured, and beautiful. The ocean is stunningly blue, but the surf can be rough and dangerous for swimming. Also, the sand is very abrasive, so bring water shoes! This is a great location for families with younger children, as the pools are easy to navigate, and big enough for many at the same time. It was fun to see so many people having quality time with each other! I have to mention the staff again, they were GREAT!

Great resort and kind, helpful staff! We had a king-sized bed that was super comfortable! Rooms were very clean and well cared for. Best room service menu I’ve seen at an all-inclusive! Food all around was amazing - The sushi spot was my favorite, large portions and fresh! I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to visit Cabo! :)

We had our daughter’s BIG, FAT, INDIAN WEDDING spanning several days and several events in January 2023 at the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa. I give them a STRAIGHT 5 *****!!!! The resort was everything you could want. We were greeted with drinks upon arrival. There were plenty of pools for the little ones and a swim up bar for the adults. There are a lot of activities each day including yoga, exercises, water aerobics and dancing classes. Each restaurant had EXCELLENT food with lots of menu options. The drinks are plenty and the food is endless. On top of that, room service was 24/7 and housekeeping came every day. Everyone has a balcony and we saw TONS of whales breaching. The golf cart staff was ever ready to drop you anywhere at the resort. There were shuttle rides to the town for sight-seeing. EVERY SINGLE PERSON who worked here was polite, respectful, attentive, helpful, and always ready to help. We never saw anyone with a frown. Each guest felt seen and valued and you don’t see this anymore. A resort we will never forget. I will be back!

This was truly one of the best trips I have ever taken! I got married at this resort and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it! it is so stunningly gorgeous, the staff are completely amazing, the pools are perfect and you can get served anywhere on the resort, they have options for everything and the rooms were very well kept and cleaned! We had the most amazing wedding, the most amazing time and we (and our 94 guests) would have nothing but good things to say and would HIGHLY recommend!

Good place to visit, enjoy the sights of whales breaching just off the shores in January, enjoy the swimming pools, and entertainment. The staff will try hard to help you enjoy your stay. The bellman at the entry are bilingual, and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the maids diligent and honest. The reason for the 4 star rating was due to some of the issues experience in the rooms - e.g. Luke warm hot water, sugar ants, AC units whose temperature could not be adjusted, etc. There is a good chance you will be moved to a new room if you bring it to the manager's attention and be happy. Overall, you will likely have a good stay, and the golf course is worth playing (pricey green fees). I hope you have a great stay.

Pros: friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, nice resort Cons: 1-if your room is far, there is a lot of walking from your room to get to the main area where restaurants and the pool is. 2- rooms are outdated, single tub and they are saving money on house keeping and even shampoo and stuff 3- the transportation between different places is by golf carts and those are hard to come by. Especially for return 4- buffet break fast is good quality food but limited options. They don’t even give you a latte. 5- the whirlpool outside was broke and was not fixed throughout our 3 days stay. 6- no ocean swimming! It’s super rocky! Forget about it 7- the beach sand is also very rocky, forget about walking on the beach 8- entertainments are non existent! Even the ones that were there were sponsored by diamond international and you had to listen to their sails pitch. We did a wine tasting and it was two type of wines and hell of a lot of diamond talk.

My wife and I came for a four night stay and and have one more full day to go. Being my first all-inclusive I wasn’t sure what to expect (other than unlimited food and drinks 😉). The hospitality has been nothing short of amazing. Javier at breakfast is fantastic. Any request, no matter how weird I thought it was. They were there and willing to accommodate. I don’t understand the negative reviews about slow service, week drinks, etc. I have not experienced this in anyway. Everything and everyone has been top notch. During the day we spent time at the beach swimming with the finish, and soaking in the beautiful oceans views. Service on the beach was also quick and attentive. They have a restaurant right off the beach that will deliver any food you want and private cabanas if you want some privacy. If we weren’t on the beach, we were lounging by one of many pools. They have a few fun activities near the pools such as water aerobics (more fun than you think) question of the day, yoga on paddle boards, dancing lessons, etc. Yes, all in the pool. The evenings were spent checking out different restaurants (sushi, Mexican, Americana, seafood, etc. you name it, they have it) mixed with great entertainment. If you don’t want to wait at a restaurant, they offer buffet style near the beach as well. Tuesday night we caught the Michael Jackson show and it was a lot of fun. Wednesday night we saw the magic show which EVERYONE loved and is kid friendly. After magic we finished off with the Red Burlesque show (adults only). Although we didn’t bring our kids….this time. It’s a very kid friendly resort. They have kid only areas with games and activities throughout the day. We will absolutely be back with the entire family. All and all, this place is paradise. Thank you Grand Fiesta

The pros. Rooms were spotless. The maids were amazing!!! The club level lounge had fantastic drinks. The Italian restaurant is great. The grounds and pools were kept beautifully. It is dead center between 2 cities. Covid test is on site and fast results. Our water broke and it was fixed immediately. You can see the whales from your balcony. You can order ubers here. Room service was probably the best food. The cons. If you have trouble walking hills or stairs, this is not the place for you. There were so many stairs to get to rooms. The food was sub par, even the Mexican restaurant. Drinks were watered down. There is no night life or entertainment here. Like nothing. There is a night club on site but there was very little activity. Kids club was boring with no activities. If you choose to stay here, I recommend a room in the main lobby. Best views and access to elevators.

Alejandro is the best contact you can have at this resort!! He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as can be. We had a destination wedding here in December and he made sure that our guests were well taken care of. For any excursions or off-site activities, he can get them booked for you. This is our third time staying at the resort and all the employees are fantastic. The food is delicious and the overall environment at Grand Fiesta American is first-class. We can't wait to go back for our 1-year anniversary.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure! The hospitality and attentiveness given to us and our group was outstanding. The rooms were clean and inviting. The food was amazing. Mimosas at breakfast couldn’t be beat. For my first experience at a all inclusive you’ve set the bar extremely high! Look forward to coming back again one day!

Had the best time at this beautiful hotel! Our family (group of 21) was celebrating my mother's birthday. The service at this hotel is 2nd to none, everyone was so attentive and when they knew were celebrating a birthday, they went over and beyond to make it special. David, Roberto and Jose were our servers for breakfast, they were absolutely wonderful. Daniel and Oscar were our servers by the pool, with such a large group you would think they would be overwhelmed, but there weren't. They made us feel like we were the only guests there. Lastly and definitely not least I would like to say thank you to Alejandro and Miguel, they helped me coordinate some special requests for the celebration that required a little extra work and it was AMAZING. I can't thank them enough! See you soon!

We stayed here for a week in January. Had a great time with the family. The activities manager kept our son entertained with pickle ball. (I think his name was Roberto?...but I'm not sure) the staff is SUPER friendly. Rooms are fine. The beds were too soft and hurt our backs but we had a nice view. There's some excellent food to be had as well. Lots of activities (tequila tasting, karaoke, etc) Overall we had an amazing time here. The only real complaint is that the hot tubs were not working the entire time we were there.

We had the best experience here despite it being the most stressful trip of our life!! couldn’t recommend this resort more.. The staff were so kind and accommodating, every single employee we encountered was incredible. The resort looks just like the pictures, absolutely beautiful and food and drinks were great! Two days into our stay we tested positive for covid and the staff were nothing short of remarkable helping us check into a suite in their quarantined area and move our belongings, we were brought 3 meals a day from room service and their manager/director was always available when we had any questions or concerns. the medical staff were also very communicative and helpful. Everything that could have gone wrong during our trip went wrong because of the sudden spike in covid, however the staff were excellent in accommodating our issues and never treated us differently. We really couldn’t be more grateful to them and look forward to visiting again post covid!

Decided to plan a romantic birthday trip for my girlfriend as her birthday happens to fall on Valentine's Day. After searching for a month I decided to select Grand Fiesta Americana and boy did I make the right decision. Prior to the trip I corresponded with Alejandro who works as the concierge about decorating the room with rose pedals for her special day. He assured me that he will take care of it and boy did he deliver!!! When we arrived she was so impressed by you how beautiful the resort was. Alejandro pulled me to the side and showed me a picture of the room and I knew that I won Valentine's Day. The bouquet of flowers in the room was gorgeous, the rose pedals were perfect, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, it was top notch. Our suite had the most perfect ocean views where we counted hundreds of whales from the balcony. The food at the resort was incredible. Our favorite was the Italian restaurant. The staff was always available to drive you to and from your room as it is located in a mountain. There was literally no inconvenience. Staff were polite, professional, and attentive. The pools were gorgeous, the grounds were perfectly manicured, and the private beach was a must. Strongly recommend this location for a memorable vacation. Again, major thank you to Alejandro for being there every step of the way. He also secured us with transportation to our dinner reservations at El Farallon (highly recommend) where we had a personal driver take us via Suburban and stayed with us the entire night. We felt like celebrities. I am late on this review but I wanted to find time to write out a review adequate to the exceptional service we received.

The location is 10/10, beautiful beachfront. Food is 6/10 in my opinion. Not many options. Customer service 1/10. We went in September and there was a hurricane that brought a lot of wind and rain. Our room got flooded, i called the front desk and was told that someone would go and clean, 25 minutes passed and nothing. I called again and was told the same thing, i said i wanted to change rooms. Both beds were submerged in water, my toddler slipped and fell. I called to change rooms and was told to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and change rooms, did not happen. My phone fell in water and was rendered useless, so i had no phone for my whole stay. I finally decided to go in person and had to walk up 5 flight of stairs since the elevators stopped working because of the water. I walked up and asked the front desk why hadn't i been switched, they looked at me puzzled and stated that there was no record of me requesting a change. The woman was very helpful in getting me a room but told me i had to move to another side of the hotel. Our original room was in front of the pools with ocean view. We got moved to a room where the view was of a construction site and room service took forever to bring our food since it was further. It was me and my family's first vacation and first time in Cabo and I am not satisfied with the service i received. My toddler fell inside the room due to the large amount of water, thank god nothing serious happened, and my phone got ruined inside the room. Memorable experience but not a favorable one. In the future, i would not book this hotel.

Pros- Absolutely incredible experience. Attentive, friendly staff. Beautiful rooms right on the ocean. Great restaurants with delicious food. Cons- there was a traditional Indian wedding happening for five consecutive nights. The wedding party reserved restaurants where the entire venue was off-limits to other guests (us). We weren't able to enjoy the incredible pool area in the evenings because of the multi-step wedding ceremonies. We paid full price, but had limited access to the entire resort.

I can not quite give this 5 stars but it was close. We are members on the Fiesta Americana Vacation Club and this was our first trip to Cabo. The views were breathtaking, the pools were a plenty, and the restaurants were quite good. It is a bit of a walk if you are on the far side of the resort to the other but they have golf carts constantly running people to and from whenever you need them to. The rooms were ok, the pillows were not as soft as I prefer and I probably should have asked for new ones but didn't. Our daily pool attendant Jorge was a delight and very knowledgeable and extremely attentive at all times. Our morning server Alfredo recognized us from day 2 and knew exactly what to bring us every morning without question. Both of these gentlemen were the two nicest and genuine members of any crew I can recall at any resort since Covid. Some of the bartenders were not as attentive as I have become to expect with FA resorts especially when not busy. The spa services were top notch other than there was music issues during both of our sessions, but the therapist were better than any in the States. All in all good value, just not quite 5 stars.

The resort is BEAUTIFUL! The food was DELICIOUS! The rooms were clean but could definitely have more storage for drawer space. The closet had a good amount of hanging space and some shelves. The staff was very friendly, but service from thr bar and at sit-down restaurants was slow. Room service was good but very slow when wanting ASAP delivery. We scheduled delivery for our last morning and that was the way to go. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful all-inclusive hotel with outstanding food, drinks and customer service. We’ve stayed at several all-inclusive hotels and the food was never good. This isn’t the case at the Grand Fiesta Americana. We dined on authentic Mexican “pulpo,” or octopus, prepared with an amazing sauce and wonderful side dishes. Loved it so much that we returned a second night. The chef is very attentive and makes sure each dish not only tastes good but looks like a Michelin 5 star dish! The rooms are large, modern and the beds are comfortable. We can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel, food and drinks have been amazing. We would gladly come back. We just loved the resort! One word of caution, the sales pitch for the Vacation Club is not worth the time. 90 minutes was really 3 hours, the price for the Vacation Club was comparable to what we paid for a our 1 week stay time 40 years. If it sounds to good to be true it is. This is high pressure sales pitch.

Stayed one week, fantastic resort all inclusive. Rooms are very clean, service is fantastic , front desk people are very polite and quick service. The golf cart provided rides to the suites with very nice views. The 24 hours room service was amazing. Rooms cleaned twice a day. I definitely recommend this resort as I am going to give more than five star because of excellent service, very good food , excellent staff and especially housekeeper Elizabeth who was a great, hard worker. Thank you all staff members for making our vacation special. Definitely go back again.

First time in Mexico & WOW can’t say enough about this place!!!! My boyfriend and I came here for a wedding that I was in along with many other people in the wedding party, and all I can say is they did an amazing job serving every single guest. The rooms were so very nice, pool bars, ocean in view, very clean, food was amazing!!!! Would most definitely recommend to families or people of any age really! There are sooooo many things they offer to do there. Deep sea fishing, snorkeling, rent out jet skis, dinner boat rides with bars, kayaking, parasailing & so much more!!! We did the all inclusive option so when we came we didn’t pay for anything other than tipping and any extra activities we wanted. They had kids swimming lessons/activities in the pool in the mornings, along with paddle boarding yoga. They had volleyball nets in the big pool. Every single employee was 10/10 🩵

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. We generally don't stay at all inclusive hotels but we're so inspired by the friendliness of the staff and beautiful facilities. A personal shout-out to Alicia Romero, Howard Vasquez, Roberto and his team at the pool activities, kids club staff, and rodrigo at peninsula for going above and beyond to make us comfortable.

My husband and I spent a week in Cabo at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All-Inclusive Golf & Spa! We celebrated his 50th birthday every day we were there! We chose all inclusive and have no regrets. We figured out quickly what restaurants and meals were our favorites. The staff was incredible! They treated us like their friends and we treated them like family. The beach was amazing. I recommend taking water shoes. The sand and rocks completely exfoliated our feet!😁 The pools were great with plenty of cabanas. We also rented a beach cabana our last day and we were treated like royalty!👑 The nightly entertainment was a hoot! You definitely need a sense of humor for Elvis night! We will definitely be back!

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. They were cockroaches in the room, the hotel staff did not care to do anything about it. The wait staff were super rude. They were a few exceptions of some amazing staff, but generally everyone was rude and unaccommodating. We were there as part of a wedding party, and would not be seated at restaurants. no accommodations were made for allergies, nor for my 1 year old son’s meals. Whenever I asked for anything, the first answer was always no. Very disappointing will not return.

Great hotel, attentive friendly staff cares about your experience, part of a wedding party, our part was flawless, constant amenity stocking in room if desired, coffee and gift shops, many restaurants. It's all inclusive, but we tipped well, they really deserve it, hard workers. Pools nice, rooms great, and the buffet breakfast we had every day was fantastic, thanks Hiromy for the crepes every day! Will visit again!

During check in we were not provided with much information at all. A few days in to the stay we learned more from other guests who had been informed during their check in. We had no idea about any included activities like snorkeling, painting, water aerobics, burlesque, etc. Other guests told us they were provided a QR code that showed everything included and were also invited to join a tour to receive some promotional offer. We were told none of this, we basically had to pry for information. It was mentioned to us that sometimes when it’s a group of girls (no couples/men) that they don’t care to help out because we won’t buy into a timeshare. Some stand out workers who definitely made up for the poor check in service were Wendy who was amazing, full of energy and made our trip. She instructed the water aerobics and after we informed her about our check in experience, she did everything she could to provide her best service and make sure we had a better experience. She was the best! Abraham and Jose from the breakfast buffet are super friendly too! Not all of the food is the greatest. I really recommend Blu and Rosato. Everything else was kinda just okay.

Second time staying at this resort! It’s definitely a top notch, rooms are great. Pools are amazing. The food is amazing. The snorkeling is great right at the resort just before 2pm is the best time. The staff and service is top quality. I highly recommend plenty of sun block and maybe even some aloe Vera soothing cream.

We chose Fiesta Americana as the location for our wedding February 2023 and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort! The level of service from start to finish was absolutely incredible and they truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was gorgeous, the staff was kind and welcoming, the restaurant options were all phenomenal, and the rooms were also great! The resort was perfect for our family, friends, and the kids club was great for the young kids. I highly recommend staying here for any occasion!

What a fabulous place to stay! Everyone was polite and very helpful. The room with a view (2903) was breathtaking! Large showers, soaking tub and comfortable beds made our stay extra comfortable. Food was excellent. The Peninsula restaurant was our favorite place for breakfast. So many good options for dining we didn't try them all. Loved the pools and the spa. Would love to return sometime.

The resort was pretty nice. They were a little pushy at check in to listen to some sales pitch. After a couple of maybe next times and no's we were off to our room. Room was great, spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice. Pool was amazing. There were not a lot of people there and the water was a perfect temperature. Drinks were great, and the servers were fantastic. Aside from a magnificent breakfast spread, the food was mediocre. It wasn't especially spectacular, but wasn't bad either. It is about what you would expect from an all-inclusive resort. The best part of the whole thing was the service. The people were all nice and out at the pool you never went without. We tipped the server pretty good, so maybe that had something to do with it.

All good so far. We have a few issues, but are working with management to resolve. You may ask what issues. Well for one, not hot water in the shower. Two, no power in the bathroom outlet. Doesn't upset me, but my wife likes to use a blow drier in the mornings to do her hair. Ok guys, you see the picture, unhappy wife, unhappy life. Finally, the room is supposed to have a fully stocked refrigerator. Well I spoke with management last night, this morning early, and again late this afternoon. Nothing has changed. I will update you on these events. Certainly has an impact on us ever staying here again. I think that is fair 🤔 Update - Every issue has been resolved. Life is good. Meanwhile, we both agree we like the geography of the Gulf side better. Beaches are better and the green surroundings are more pleasing to the eye. Visiting the Pacific side is the only way you will figure it out.

Beautiful resort with fantastic staff. Everyone here is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is amazing. Kid friendly. Lots of food options. Places to hang out by the pool or beach. Good snorkeling. Water is cold in March but not unbearable. Covid testing is available on site so you can get cleared before travelling back home.

This was the first vacation for just my wife and I in years and we selected Cabo because of its close proximity to Calgary. Selecting Grand Fiesta was actually a fluke as the one we wanted was booked up...this was the best thing ever. The resort was simply fantastic in all aspects. Clean, safe, a lot of amenities, 10 min drive to the marina, great meal choices with multiple restaurants, lounge chairs and umbrellas always available!, food and drink service even when you're at the beach...and the staff are simply the best ever!..courteous, attentive and ready to serve. A large complex but everything was easy to get to. Only one negative experience and that wasba 90 mim wait for room service and the food was cold when it finally arrived at 1am. Otherwise, everything else was great. We will definitely be back.

This is, to me, by far the best service hotel even though not the most expensive. Fourth trip to Cabo and this will be the only hotel I come to from now on. Five restaurants and several bars and the best food you can get at the all inclusive hotels here. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because after the Covid they cut back on staff, shows and foods, but it's still great, but I hope with all my heart they can bring back the self serve, full staff and shows they used to have. Then I will gladly change it to a five star because if not I will start vacationing other resorts as well

Came here for 4 nights have such a great time return 2 weeks later for another 6 mikes definitely recommend the all inclusive all the restaurants are amazing no need to leave the property since all the things you need to do are on this prime location, cabo del Sol. Golf next door at the desert course, they'll give you a free ride, one of the top courses in Cabo. The wife had the spa treatment twice! Also being a club member, 25 %off. All covid protocol in place. Well staffed crew. be ready when everything seems take longer while in Cabo as you are to be enjoying and relaxing!

Birthday present to my husband and we had the time of our lives! This place is amazing and so beautiful there are viewpoints from almost every Area of the hotel, it’s a paradise. The food is amazing there is so many different restaurants to choose from the drinks are made to perfection and the service is phenomenal. They have great entertainment options but honestly just lounging at the pool is a party! Also the beach is absolutely beautiful as well. be sure to ask for Marcos he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable definitely will be back soon

I will tell you some thing that travel agents do not want u to know about. When reserving hotels use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They've got the best deals on resorts! So much better than using expedia, tripadvisor, agoda. That's for sure!!! Wonderful place for a super sweet vacation. The staff were all friendly and helpful. This place is super clean and extremely health conscious on the current COVID 19 presence. The food was wonderful anywhere we ate. They have many food varieties to savor your taste pallet.

We just returned from a week long trip at Fiesta Americana Los Cabos and well, we wish we never left! The location is beautiful, the resort is gorgeous, and right on the beach. The staff and their friendliness is superb. They really go out of their way to make sure all of your needs are met and to make you feel like an important guest amongst all of the guests on the property. My daughter loved riding to and from our room on the "carritos" ... the golf cart taxis that drive you around on the property. I loved watching wales from the pool and feeding the hundreds of fish at the beach right in front of the pool (they are friendly and eat crackers from your hand). Thank you for a glorious week. See you soon!
