The
location
is
10/10,
beautiful
beachfront.
Food
is
6/10
in
my
opinion.
Not
many
options.
Customer
service
1/10.
We
went
in
September
and
there
was
a
hurricane
that
brought
a
lot
of
wind
and
rain.
Our
room
got
flooded,
i
called
the
front
desk
and
was
told
that
someone
would
go
and
clean,
25
minutes
passed
and
nothing.
I
called
again
and
was
told
the
same
thing,
i
said
i
wanted
to
change
rooms.
Both
beds
were
submerged
in
water,
my
toddler
slipped
and
fell.
I
called
to
change
rooms
and
was
told
to
wait
30
minutes
for
someone
to
come
and
change
rooms,
did
not
happen.
My
phone
fell
in
water
and
was
rendered
useless,
so
i
had
no
phone
for
my
whole
stay.
I
finally
decided
to
go
in
person
and
had
to
walk
up
5
flight
of
stairs
since
the
elevators
stopped
working
because
of
the
water.
I
walked
up
and
asked
the
front
desk
why
hadn't
i
been
switched,
they
looked
at
me
puzzled
and
stated
that
there
was
no
record
of
me
requesting
a
change.
The
woman
was
very
helpful
in
getting
me
a
room
but
told
me
i
had
to
move
to
another
side
of
the
hotel.
Our
original
room
was
in
front
of
the
pools
with
ocean
view.
We
got
moved
to
a
room
where
the
view
was
of
a
construction
site
and
room
service
took
forever
to
bring
our
food
since
it
was
further.
It
was
me
and
my
family's
first
vacation
and
first
time
in
Cabo
and
I
am
not
satisfied
with
the
service
i
received.
My
toddler
fell
inside
the
room
due
to
the
large
amount
of
water,
thank
god
nothing
serious
happened,
and
my
phone
got
ruined
inside
the
room.
Memorable
experience
but
not
a
favorable
one.
In
the
future,
i
would
not
book
this
hotel.
