    Overall the cleanliness, food, drinks, and activities were great! We stayed NYE weekend and enjoyed the dance party. However, I am removing one star from the review because of the aggressive in-person marketing. When you check-in, they immediately take you off to the side and force you to sit through a proposal to join their loyalty program with the offer to give you 1500 credits to your room if you join them for breakfast the following day. We agreed then the following morning they called our room to confirm our attendance to which we responded we were no longer interested. The representative on the phone then asked why not, if we would consider changing the time of the breakfast, what we were doing that did not allow us to join him, and when we told him if we changed our mind later we would contact them, he rudely asked "well who are you going to contact?" This was very rude and aggressive and when we hung up the man called again so we ended up disconnecting the phone from the wall just to get some peace. Then at the check-out, they force you to listen to another person's attempt to convince you to purchase a Cancun Hard Rock Hotel vacation to be redeemed in the next year or so by putting a $500 deposit. We were not interested and when we said that, the gentleman's personality went from bubbly and friendly to statements like "well you need to convince yourself not me that you don't need these savings." I understand trying trying to get folks to return but it was too much. Folks on vacation don't want to sit through the in-person marketing. We arrived tired and needing to use the restroom - not trying to sit through these advertisements, and when we left, we needed to leave quickly to the airport - again not trying to sit through more advertisements.

    The whole resort was very clean. Covid protocol was followed very seriously at the resort. We were really impressed with the managements efforts in this matter. The food was good however getting a table in the restaurants was a big challenge. Although there were a few A la carte restaurants in the resorts but most of the time we had to eat at common buffet. For a few meals during our stay at the resort we did get reservations in the restaurants but the service in the restaurants was terrible. The servers were rude and were not able to understand what our issues was. Couple of nights we have to call the manger of the restaurants to explain our issue. However once the managers stepped in, things were much smoother. Overall if we take out our experience relating to food, things were good and we enjoyed our stay. But if you are paying for all inclusive, food plays a big role. It is imperative that the management should look into this matter and make necessary changes so that guests can easily get a table in their restaurants and the servers should be trained to interact better and in curtious manner with the guests so their stay at the resort can be more enjoyable

    I can say my overall experience was great. Was there for a wedding and enjoyed everyday of my stay. Room service is amazing and the concierge is more than helpful accommodating people with whatever we needed. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was that my room key was not working half the time and my room was kind of far from the lobby and the walk there after a night at Moonlight was not the best. Other than that they always called after i had any food delivered to my room to make sure all is good which I really appreciated. Great food options and great bars. So overall I loved the Hard Rock.

    Loved the resort, friendly staff, great facilities and food. All the in resort restaurants we great but loved the Indian place the most. We really didn't expect such authentic taste from resort hotel, Chef Haridev did an amazing job, this was truly the highlight of our trip. The shows and live music were fantastic. Thank you Hard Rock for a great experience!!

    The Hard Rock goes above and beyond with their quality service and entertainment. Every last worker here is fantastic. The activity workers at the pool make every day fun and exciting, and even remembered our family’s name while we were here. Alex, Regina, Andrea, and “Super” Johnny were excellent at providing fun-filled days by the pool. The pool attendants, Kev and Manny, were very helpful and provided excellent service for reserving chairs for our large party. The servers, Many and Miguel, provide excellent service with drinks and food by the pool. We had a great trip with our family of 13 and absolutely love the Hard Rock Hotel! Highly recommend for a family vacation, even with a big party!

    The food was really good as well as the service and of course the room service. They also did a great job keeping everything cleaned. They even have gluten free options. The massages are amazing! It's a beautiful hotel and place to visit. Keep in mind they don't allow you to swim in the ocean at the hotel due to rough seas and make you sign a waiver upon arrival. I would recommend this hotel although I have had a stomach ache since day 2 of the trip as well as after. I only drank bottled water but I think they wash all the food with tap water. Great food, great service, multiple pools to chose from.

    We’ve been to the Hard Rock 7 times. This time we brought our family. We stayed in the Rock Star suite where we could all hang out together. Views are fantastic and service and staff are wonderful. Pepe and Oscar our butlers were right on with all of our requests and needs for our family. Sergio Garza from the Sunlight Terrace was very attentive and kept us entertained. Andrea from the entertainment staff who we remembered from our December trip was my dance partner again. Arturo in the Ciao restaurant provided excellent service as did Juan Carlos in the Zen restaurant at the Hibachi grill. He remembered us from before! Pepe the bellman was very polite and professional. Manny our pool concierge in the members pool was very friendly and helpful. Plus all the staff are there to provide the best service.

    FANTASTIC STAY AND STAFF One of the highlights was the staff running the pool volleyball. They were hype and fun as hell. Seriously one of my highlights is hanging out with them. The staff also working anywhere are so friendly and kind. This wouldn’t be the same experience with out their hospitality. The beach is absolutely stunning and the pools are a blast. I highly recommend walking down the beach to the left to the rocks at the end. So unique and beautiful. My one critique would be the lack of vegan and dairy free food items. Vegan as in no dairy, eggs, meat, or any animal product.

    I really loved the hotel. It's all inclusive so wherever you go, you eat or drink without any surprises. You feel very free and treated good. I did have an amazing experience. It's got different shows every day/night i believe. Has bars & nightclub You can drive to the town to explore and also see the famous Arc. The weather is very nice. The place is beautiful all around and next to the beach. And you get to see Beautiful Sunsets. I do recommend it. (Visit my profile if you like to see more pictures of this place.)

    Lisandro aka bad bunny at the holding bar was an incredible part of our trip! He made me my absolute favorite drink. I kept coming back every night for him to make it! He is an excellent bartender, he remembers his clients and is so fun to talk to. He also puts on a great show when making drinks, like smoke and bubbles. The service all around was incredible. I really enjoyed Aaron, Ramon, and Castillo at the lyric pool, and Ruben at the rhythm pool. Everyone takes really great care of you! The food was great everywhere we went.

    We were arrived on Thursday (group of 12). We all arrived at different times, some got a welcome drink and some of us didn’t. Got in the room and it was stuffy. By 3am, woke up out my sleep burning up. Come to find out during breakfast that the ac was broken. We found out because we asked around and was told it would be fixed by noon. Noon has came and gone and still no ac. The only accommodation at that time was that they were going to keep the pool bar and food service open a couple more hours. The hotel did a horrible job communicating to the guest about the situation. A manager had even took our number and said he would call us to keep us posted (he never called). We had a junior suite, in the bathroom the light fixture over the sink was leaking and the ceiling looked like there was mold. Maintenance came and fixed the leak and when we returned they had also painted over the black spots to cover it up. There was trash on the bathroom floor when we checked in by day 3 it was still there. We ended up throwing it away because we were tired of looking at it. Housekeeping never picked it up or replaced the wash clothes and hand towels. Our sheets were moist due to it being hot and no air circulation. Called room service about day 3 for some ice because it was hot, they stated they didn’t have anymore ice. On night 5, we had another leak the toilet seat was all wet when we returned back to the room. Called maintenance about 10pm around close to 1am they come banging on our door to fix the leak. No consideration what so ever, what if we had kids sleeping? They unscrewed the light fixture that was leaking and so much water like a bucket worth came from the fixture. Stating that they would be back later to repair and the repair would take about 4-5 hrs. We were told that we would get reimbursed for our nights. Our travel agent has been trying to get in contact with Hard Rock and no one is answering her emails or calls about our reimbursement.

    I just spent 4 nights at this resort and I had an amazing time. The service and amenities are unmatched! There were a lot of people there during my stay, however, it didn’t appear crowded. My only areas of improvement would be a better night life experience for ALL, maybe a few interactive kiosks throughout the resort that would give directions, show times and restaurant closures. Something else that would be beneficial is allowing you to book your reservations for the restaurants (dinner) when you book your stay… similar to a cruise. All in all, I had an amazing time!

    Five star service our entire stay! Everyone is so friendly and always asking how they can assist you. Our kids loved all the pools and the food options. Iker was so helpful whenever we were at the pool. The staff even sent a teddy bear to our room after our daughter fell and scraped her knee. AND…since we were at the resort during Father’s Day, I was explaining to Gonzalo at the concierge how our kids left their Father’s Day gifts at home…he said he wanted to help and he set up a Father’s Day decoration in our room while we were out. My husband was so surprised and he loved it. Thank you!! Highly recommend!

    Staff, amenities, and food were all amazing! Staff are so welcoming and sweet everywhere you go, whether it’s the pool, restaurants, lobby, and even room service! Enrique with the room service staff is amazing. He is very personable and helpful. Thank you to all staff members for making our stay absolutely fantastic! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, but the staff made this vacation truly memorable!

    The good: Nice pool areas. Sushi restaurant is phenomenal. Our butler has been great and I’d highly recommend if you’re staying here to upgrade to having one as the rest of the service isn’t as great as a lot of other places (including sister hotels) we’ve been. The bad; Rooms are ok but built terribly when it comes to sound. For a newer hotel this is something you’d expect to be better. Super loud music outside at night sounds like our patio doors are wide open when they are not. Can even hear the family on the balcony below us playing board games every night like they were talking right beside us. Which makes it awfully hard to bring young kids here who are trying to sleep before 11pm. The shower drain is dingy and gross and hasn’t been cleaned as water won’t drain at all. Cleaning team actually TOLD my husband to leave a tip. Also not a lot to do for kids under 5. I would not recommend it to those travelling with kids you want to sleep or a place to relax. The noise levels at night are unacceptable and the design of the hotel to curb noise so that people can be out and enjoy things while others sleep, is so poorly designed. Disappointed for the amount of money we spent to have a difficult time enjoying our trip due to such a severe lack of sleep.

    We read in advance of our trip about the Super Cabanas. We ordered one for six days of our seven day stay. As we traveling with an infant and a six year old we thought this was the way to go. Excellent choice. The pool staff was great every day of the trip. Alex and all the activities crew were great. The poolside service attendants Pablo, Ivan, Edwing, Brandon ( food and beverage) Andre (towels and chairs) Quite a memorable vacation.

    We had a great experience overall. Most servers and bar tenders were excellent. Juan, who took care of us with drinks a the wedding events was top notch! Now, that's what we call an excellent service. The manager at Los Gallos was really good as well. He recommended some excellent choices in food. At Ciao, Victoria was attentive and courteous. Laura at the Eden pool had a few language barriers and was really slow in service, but we loved her too! Everything exceeded expectations and we will definitely be back.

    We are still here in Hard Rock resort and will be leaving Sunday. This is our 3rd visit and we will come back again. We had the greatest customer service. The staff is very nice and helpful . We would like to say special thanks to Javier Laura. He made all his efforts to please our groups' stay amazing and stressless.. There were 37 people in our group and it was even difficult for us to arrange the restaurants. But he does his best to arrange the reservations and assuring that we have no problem showing up with so many people and getting all meals serves on time. Special thanks to Juan from Zen restaurant. He could remember all our names from the last stay..

    I felt I just had to write a review because I was so impressed with warm reception my husband and I received from Ismael the manager of the Eden Pool complex. It was truly service with a smile! He made sure we were comfortable and picked just the right spot to set our chairs. Sun for me and he brought an umbrella for my husband who wanted shade. He made our experience at Eden pool as pleasurable as it gets. Thank you Ismael.

    What an amazing and beautiful place. First time visit to Hard Rock Los Cabos and it blew away all my expectations. Thank you so much to our butlers Pepe and Daniela! This trip wouldn't have been nearly as much fun without you both. Your top notch service was stand-out phenomenal. Thank you both for all your help with scheduling and making sure we were taken care of. I very much appreciated that you both took the time to introduce yourselves in person and that you'd stop by to say hello. Beautiful place, all staff were so friendly, delicious food and drinks, and tons to do. Lots to love! Highly recommend to everybody.

    During our fall break, we had the opportunity to stay at the Los Cabos Hard Rock. The hotel boasted a stunning ocean view, and the waves unfolding before us were absolutely fantastic. Although it was the newest hotel, it could benefit from some tender loving care. However, what truly made our stay remarkable was the exceptional staff. The butlers went above and beyond to cater to our needs, ensuring a truly memorable experience. Additionally, I must mention the incredible lady who worked at the legendary pool (apologies for not recalling her name); she provided excellent service. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation.

    Hard rock hotel in Cabo has been exceptional. Service has been really awesome and all employees have been so kind and attentive. Food has been delicious. Our favorite place for breakfast was Ciao. They have an egg pizza that was super delicious. Alfonso at Ciao was a great server, efficient and extremely attentive. We brought our 14 month old toddler with us on this trip. He loved spending time at the pool and the kids club. We would definitely come back here again. Thank you!!

    Our trip has been absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re walking into a luxury resort. Everything is absolutely stunning, especially the views of the ocean. We even saw whales from the pool! Aside from looks, we’re so grateful for the kind staff that has been serving us all week. Jorge & Eddy were especially amazing at the Eden Pool. We’d definitely come back again!

    The hard rock is excellent! The staff at the pool, specifically PABLO, IVAN & SELENE, were all outstanding!!! Some of the best service I have ever had, and they were all charming and fun, which made it that much more enjoyable! I would come back just to hang with Pablo again. The pool selection is excellent. I stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will be back.

    We are almost done our honeymoon here at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. Our trip has been a total of 2 weeks and it has been amazing. From the moment we arrived Paulino greeted us and gave us all the info we needed. We loved seeing him every time we would pass through the main lobby! Also at the Legendary pool JP was the best and made sure to take care of us! We were then introduced to Tony and Teresa and we became legendary members. The membership with all of the upgrades, discounts and specialties make it well worth it! Tony really took care of us this trip and we can’t thank him enough for making our honeymoon extra special! Tony set us up with Jonathan and both of them combined we couldn’t have been more thankful. Jonathan was there for everything we needed daily and took care in arranging our days for us. Tony and Jonathan are truly the best, we can’t thank them enough for this unforgettable experience. The hard rock is a great resort, the food and staff are all the kindest we’ve ever experienced at a resort, we wish we could’ve stayed even longer. We can’t wait to come back!

    Service here is always amazing! Valentin was our server at breakfast, and he was outstanding. Marcos was always speedy with specialty drinks, and Christian always made sure to concoct us creative, delicious, and exotic cocktails. We loved coming to his bar for something new and innovative every day. We had 11 people in out party, and we were not once disappointed!

    Great service and quality throughout the resort. Fantastic food options at both the restaurants and buffets. Pepe and Oscar were fantastic hosts making our trip seamless. All we had to do was ask and it was done. This is my favorite or the resorts so far! Ulises, Emanuel, Isma, and Christian took amazing care of us at the Eden pool! We were able to totally relax all week at the pool because of them.

    Staff was all friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were really really good for all inclusive. It is nice that there is an adult only section for the pool area, so my wife and I were able to just relax with peace and quietness. The location is pretty far from downtown as it already takes 10 minutes to get to the actual resort once we "enter" the entrance of the resort from the main road. But that's just a small inconvenience. Cannot go wrong with any Hard Rock resorts.

    My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Cabo. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, as well as Father’s Day. Upon arrival to our room, we had a slight incident but Enrique Morales at the Concierge department immediately resolved our issues. During our entire stay, his attention to detail and dedication made us feel at home with his wonderland acts of service. He provided us with complimentary birthday and Father’s Day gifts, and was attentive to our needs the entire stay. Everyday, made sure to update us with the activities available to us, as well as sent menus to restaurants, and booked reservations for us in advance. He ensured that our needs were met, and we felt comfortable and at home. I cannot wait to enjoy a vacation next year at the Hard Rock Hotel.     Hard Rock exceeds my expectations on all levels. The facilities are better than most 5 star hotels and the service is excellent. Andrea from entertainment does the most amazing water aerobics. Manuel from the Market Place offers the best service. He is always paying attention to detail. Evangeline from house keeping ensures our room is nice, clean, and accommodating. Our butlers Pepe and Oscar anticipate our every need. They are always 10 🚶‍♀️ steps ahead. It doesn't get better than the Hard Rock .

    We walked over to the Hard Rock from a neighboring resort. We were hungry, and, knowing it was an all-inclusive, we asked the hostess at one of the restaurants if there was any way we could grab a quick bite. We explained that we were not staying there, and would like to simply pay for the price of our food. She agreed, and we had a great meal. After our meal I asked for the bill. The restaurant manager came over explaining that it was an all-inclusive, etc. (things I thought we had already cleared up) We were walked to the front lobby to try and resolve the situation with someone higher up. The manager staff then told me that I needed to purchase two "night passes" for $95 each which would cover the cost of the dinner and give us access to the rest of the hotel for the night. I told them that the hostess had told me I could pay for my meal, and that nothing about a night pass was ever explained to me. At that point another manager inserted himself and started accusing us of trying to game the system. Now we are surrounded by 4 or 5 staff in the main lobby of the hotel which caused a little bit of a scene. I couldn't understand why this had to be made into a big ordeal. As I was trying to explain myself, I was then threatened to have the cops called and "see what they think about everything" which sounded like an absolute bullying tactic. I ended up paying the night pass to avoid getting cops involved and walked back to our resort while being followed by several staff. I won't fault the Hard Rock brand for this, but beware of their staff at the front desk.

    Hard Rock Cabo is new and clean with breathtaking ocean view. Staff are very friendly and hard working. There is a entertainment each night and kids club makes it easy for parents to have fun in the evenings. One person I am grateful for particularly is Javier Laura, restaurant manager. He welcomed us with such hospitality as if seeing his family. He was very helpful and accommodating to make all the reservations for very large group. He is very professional and helpful and For people like him I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

    Loved it! Great pools, food and the room was great. The elevators went out multiple times but they were fixed same day. The beach was beautiful and the sand was great. Bummer it's on the pacific ocean side and you can't get in the water. I didn't realize or know before hand so we were bummed out but it was still awesome. 1 mix up on excursions with the vacation planners and the excursion company and we waited for an hour for a pick up that didnt happen. Got refunded but still bummed out. Overall, it was a great stay though.

    This was my first experience with the Hard Rock Hotel. I was there for a wedding. From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I was treated like royalty! I felt this way all weekend as well as the day I left! Everything from the service, the food, the room, even the facility itself was impeccable! The small touches made a big difference in my stay as well! I will definitely be returning with more friends so they can enjoy the experience of a lifetime!

    The staff make this place amazing honestly. From the first day We met Isabel at the bar and she looked after us from then onwards. She was amazing. And her colleague Hillary!! Food was perfect across the resort and the staff couldn’t do enough to keep the guests happy :) The market restaurant was our favourite for breakfast not just for the lovely food but also the lovely Armando, he put a smile on our faces every morning. The staff work so hard at this resort and make the whole experience perfect 😍 We will be returning in 2024 with all 4 of our children and we can’t wait to see everyone again x

    The Hotel is located 25-30 minutes from the city of Cabo. A cab to town is $35. The facility decor is music oriented and very vibrant. I should have taken more photos. It is definitely a fun vibe. They lost a star because we had to have our balcony cleaned once we checked in our room but the staff quickly resolved the issue after a visit to the front desk. The location was very windy and difficult to enjoy the outdoor amenities. The room service staff and food staff is outstanding.

    From the time we arrived it was a very enjoyable experience! There are so many places to get a drink, get a bite or find entertainment! The pools are great! The resort is littered with workers who are there just to make sure you have everything you need to have the best time! Especially Picasso! He will jump right in the pool uniform and all just to wait on you! We will definitely think of the Hard Rock in the future!

    We didn't get to stay long but the facilities looked nice. Staff was friendly. We asked for a locals rate which they were not able to provide, and said we had to call in. Very odd. The day pass rate is 127pp. Some fun memorabilia around. Great views. It's a long drive there to be honest. I think once you are there I'd be reluctant to leave.
