    Pretentious hotel with very bad service at the restaurant, Uriel a manager of Marea restaurant was very rude and didn’t help at all to manage our reservation. Asked for the capitan and they just said he was busy and will not come to solve, we preferred to go and eat outside. I def don’t recommend, too pricey for what you get. Better spend your money some where else.

    Currently under construction. Five star place, but when you are greeted with Jack hammers, just not good for the next few months. We received a letter at check in regarding the construction, would of been nice to get a email ahead of time. 250 dollar food credit doesn't cut it. I am told Jackhammer's will stop in September sometime.

    I can’t get enough of this place. Amongst many of the 5 star hotels we have stayed at, Montage Los Cabos has been the most amazing and detail oriented place we’ve ever been to. We traveled with our two year old son & we were worried to travel with him however, they have the best family pool, the greatest baby sitters & “The Paint Box” is where the kids spend their days playing or where they can babysit your children. The food is incredible, especially the breakfast at Mezcal! The spa is beautiful & a 60 minute massage with Esperanza was the best I’ve had. I would like to specifically thank Christiam, Lewis, & Hugo for making this experience so amazing! Thank you Clarissa & Diana with baby sitting! And just a big thank you to all the amazing staff at Montage Los Cabos! We will return!

    They are discriminatory and delete negative reviews. An aggressive worker here was very rude to me and told be to, get lost, out of nowhere.( Pictures of him below.) Do not stay here if you are not white. Also like others have stated they think they own this beach... It is true.. Plus the pollution from the area killed all the corals.. Id stay elsewhere.

    Terrible. As an owner we have had a terrible experience thus far. Save your money and stay somewhere else. A day before visiting which we only do a few times a year they say the AC is broken and offer no compensation? Having had the owners experience in montage Deer Valley you can not compare the two even tho they cost the same and HOA fees are insane. Do not stay here either as a guest and definitely do not invest your money into such a poor property management system! Extremely mad and disappointed!

    I can't even begin to start to explain how amazing this place was and memorable. I have to admit I have never been at a place like this or many luxury hotels but I am an Exec Asst for over 25 years now and I have booked as many trips and hotels as a travel agent. Also, my father was a GM of Marriott hotels back in the day and I learned a lot about running a top notch hotel. THIS place goes above and beyond. Everyone was so very nice, detail orientated, attentive and truly seemed to enjoy working at this beautiful establishment. Everyone seemed to be so very happy there and that to me is more important than anything. We loved our Tosoani's, Moises and Ignacio. The best service EVER! Also, Miguel at the Marea did a wonderful job as we were able to have him several days in a row as our server. I LOVED the sunrise kayak ride! AND the whales.. so many whales active every morning! We are planning our next trip to this location regardless of the cost as we do not fit the tax bracket of most that attend here but doesn't matter, I will save for a year to make this trip again!

    I believe this one fact/statement can very well sum up Montage, Los Cabos: 122 Suites, 1250 extraordinary staff…boom, done deal, right?? Now, factor in that the extraordinary staff is encouraged, nay empowered to exceed one’s wildest expectations, while amidst groomed-to-perfection topiaries, a pristine white sand beach -with very noteworthy snorkeling whichever direction one’s flippers direct them, y más! Gracias a todo para una experiencia spectacular, ¡el gusto fue mío! ¡Nos vemos muy Pronto!

    Let me preface this review by saying, I've stayed at many fine hotels and resorts before, but nothing comes close to this property. If I could give the Montage Los Cabos 10-stars I would! What an absolutely incredible place. My fiancé and I only had one day/night available to stay here, but that one day/night was perfection! We came here from another resort and showed up 4 hours before the usual check-in time. The Montage already had our room ready which was a nice surprise. They also let us have late check-out until 2:30pm! From the moment we arrived on property, we felt extremely safe and were greeted by everyone we came across. We booked a king suite with a plunge pool and it was such a gorgeous room... it included an indoor/outdoor shower as well. Our host, Javier, truly made sure our experience was one of a kind. We had just gotten engaged a few days prior and told Javier that in passing, not expecting anything from it. Little did we know, he had a special dessert prepared for us at Marea where we had dinner that night . He also set up a romantic, candle-lit bath with rose petals all over our room and a bottle of wine! We were astonished that he did all of that, it made us feel so special and was such a lovely surprise. The entire property is just stunning, and the staff truly want you to have the best experience possible, waiting on you hand and foot. We cannot wait to come back here. If you stay anywhere in Cabo, it has to be here! The price is 1,000x worth it!

    An absolutely amazing experience from arrival to departure. Perfection. The food is phenomenal, everyone is so attentive and friendly, everything feels like home but better. And the beds are extremely comfortable. I can’t wait to be back!

    I had another amazing stay at the Montage this Week everything was Amazing. I would like to let the Management know that Habib has to be the best customer service agent we have ever seen. This guy give old school service that you just don’t find anymore. He will be a big part to why we return to the Montage in the future.

    The whole complex is top top level. For Europeans though the “colonial” behaviour of staff towards guest was/might be disturbing. We like happy employees not submissive “slaves”. Otherwise it’s a high end resort!

    Second visit to montage cabo and planning to return. The service is outstanding everyone is so nice. We had a wonderful experience . Family cooking class at mezcal was great. Snorkeling right on the beach so fun! Unforgettable experience!

    My family and I were here as part of the Cabo Adventures Luxury Sail excursion. We were taken here to snorkel in this area. It was beautiful and plenty of fish were present. Water temps were in the 80's; however, clarity was the greatest. That didn't even matter. Great place to snorkel.

    This place is absolutely beautiful and intimate. The staff is 2nd to none. I've never traveled anywhere and felt so appreciated and welcomed. Food is delicious and the view is stunning.

    Loved our stay at montage - great service from Raul, Erik, Ivan, Miguel, carlos, and the marea restaurant manager I didn’t get his name but he was so kind and gracious and had amazing service. There was construction but they alerted us way in advance and were very kind to give us a $250 food voucher which I think was fair. Highly recommend - will be coming back!
