Very confusing. I went by there around noon to see if I could get a manicure. They asked me to come back at 5:00 p.m. I was asked if I wanted gel or regular. I said regular as regular manicures are always, always less expensive and my nails are super short right now. Alondra was great. Then I went to pay assuming it would be 250 pesos like it has been everywhere in Mexico for the past 5 months. I was told 400 pesos!! What? How is it that much for a plain manicure? No gel, no acrylic, no designs. I had seen multiple posts of pedicures that were 300 and gel that was 300 and acrylic is 350. So I asked her multiple times. So you're saying that a plain manicure is more expensive than every other service that you have? And she just said yes multiple times. I just kept saying I'm confused. How is a plain manicure more expensive than gel or acrylic? In 20 plus years of getting manicures, I have never heard of the simplest service being the most expensive thing. I knew better than not to ask beforehand. But the previous couple of places in the area I had asked were 250 pesos for a manicure. Unfortunately it ruined what was a nice experience. Let's start with the good...the salon was very easy to book an appointment with, the receptionist speaks English. The shop is clean and is following Covid protocols. But the most important thing...the actual manicure was awful. Its probably one of the worst manicures I have received. It isn't just that the color is way off but the glitter is supposed to trickle down the nail not be in uneven lines. Some of the tips she used are the wrong size so my nails look odd. They are thick and uneven. Update...it just keeps getting worse, less than 24 hours and the shellac has started to bubble and peel.

Denise gave me a full set French manicure yesterday. Her work is really nice. The end result is smooth and very professional in appearance. She completed in a reasonable amount of time.1 hour 45 minutes. The salon is clean, well staffed with some English spoken. Translator app is helpful. Parking is on street, but at noon on a Tuesday I was able to park easily and just across the street from this business. It’s not right on the main road in town but close and easy to find using GPS. There is AC inside. Pricing is fair. $30 including 20% tip for my full set and I believe they quoted $20 for a fill. Overall Denise is a winner. I already scheduled with Denise for 3 weeks out. She’s good!! I’ve been to a few other salons as I live here full-time and it always seems there’s some thing whether it’s they take too long, or they just don’t do good work, or the place has no air-conditioning which is just too hot for this part of the world. I’d say this is the best so far. I didn’t mention that the place is a decent size and not so crowded you can barely get in or out which can be a common problem in Cabo as well. Alondra did my nails and she was so amazing and sweet! They came out perfect and our conversation was the best! They took me even without an appointment! Highly recommend this salon and specifically Alondra!

I really wanted to like this place. Place was very clean, but as soon as I walked in, I was given the dirtiest looks by some of the nail techs as well as the lady at the front desk. I said hello and was given a late response. I was helped by a nail tech who was very rough with my fingers. I requested acrylic nails with gel polish. I hadn't realized acrylic is the only thing that they add to the nail. There is no fake nail underneath. Everything from pushing back my cuticle to filing my natural nail was rough. Don't get me wrong, the end result was beautiful, but after a day, my nail is already broken, and the gel is beginning to chip away. I was priced at 500 pesos. I asked if they tipped on card and they said no, I asked if they had change in USD and they said no very rudely, I might add. I left a pretty large tip for the girl but that's the only business they will get from me. I would not return to this place again.

We love nail express. We have been going for 5 months and have never had a problem. If you book your appointment in advance you do have to pay for a deposit but we love everyone there and will continue to come. Thank you Maggie, Paulina, Ruby, and Carla

I hate to give a bad review because the ladies here are all very nice, but to warn other customers, I have to say that this was one of the worst manicures my friend and I have ever gotten. My nails ended up not entirely even shaped and with sloppy polish details, and the gel chipped off in about a week on one nail. My friend had one of her fingernails filed down to a much shorter shape than the rest and it could not be fixed without making the rest also way too short and flat. So perhaps the ladies here need more practice and training.

If I could give this nail salon 1 million stars I certainly would! Not only is the staff, super professional, friendly, customer service oriented, they know what they are doing! I got my wedding nails done here, and my nails are everything and so much more! I got cat eye nails and they are beautiful 😍 thank you so much for your amazing service and attention to details. I feel horrible writing this review as all the women and everyone there are so sweet 😞 but unfortunately I have nail fungus after going to this salon. I haven’t been to any other salon besides this. I absolutely loved how my nails looks nor had any issues with what they looked like or anything. But unfortunately this salon is clearly not sanitizing and taking precautions. Just want to warn anyone as I have never experienced this issue before! Again I feel terrible writing this review it’s unfortunate 😞

Amazing! We’re able to fit me in last min, and the main was exceptional, it’s lasted over 3 weeks and not one single chip or sign of wear. My nail tech was able to give me the exact nail art I was after. They are perfect and I love them! And the cost was on ~$10 for gel!! I have easily paid over $60 for the same quality at home! Can’t recommend enough!

I just moved from Canada and needed an acrylic fill. Paulette did my nails and they look amazing! I have never been so happy! They are the best I’ve ever had! The salon is clean and I have zero complaints! Forget to mention prices are fair too!!!!

This place is a gem. I got a gel pedicure from Nicole and a gel manicure from Ruby and they were very attentive and pay attention to detail. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.

320 pesos or 16 dollars for gel but the art is sooOoOoOo cute! All the nail artists are true artists - I recommend this place!

I visit Cabo for extended time and needed to find a nail salon. Nails Express does a wonderful job. Denise does my nails and I always get compliments. Several techs have done my pedicure and it’s always relaxing and nice.

Super great place to get your nails done. I got a full set of acrylics for only 350 pesos. I was very impressed. And absolutely love my nails!

I picked out 5 bright colours to have rainbow fluoro nails which look cool. Three of the colours glow in the dark too. Unfortunately they have already chipped on most of the nails after only two days.

I was very happy with this place. I have real nails that cracked more than half way down and they were able to fix them with gel. Very clean and professional place and fair prices. US/ Canada quality salon.
