Took 30 minutes to get my order in the drive thru, only 4 cars in the line! These hot fries better be worth it! Haby and plugee are the best workers in this place! Update: just left drive thru, fries are barely warm, not worth the wait and will not return to this location, not the first time this has happened. By far the worst place in Cabot, Ar! The line is always a mile long “7 cars deep” not because of the fries being made hot to order, The fries look like the commercial cold and greasy and taste like your drinking vegetable oil, because management doesn’t know how to run this location! I got a Parmesan Caesar salad here a few days ago, all was fine until I got to the bottom of the salad and found this bug. Safe to say it really grossed me out. I’ve never had problems with this Wendy’s before but this definitely took my, very rare, appetite of it away.

Compared to other Wendy's locations, this is better than most. But it still feels like the fast food experience where speed of service is preferable to quality of service. It's very much blank stares when you dont order a combo meal. The food though is very good and the restaurant is clean. There is some need for repair in a few places.

I’m never the one to write bad reviews on a fast food restaurant, but we have been here SEVERAL times and we’ve never had a bad experience EVER! Well tonight we had a mess up on our order (which is literally no big deal) but it was the way the manager spoke to us! She was very rude and did not care about our concern at all. She even argued back with us telling us that she did make it right when she clearly didnt (which again no big deal just fix it real quick) Caden the cashier was super nice and super helpful he deserves a raise

Cold fries...old baked potato and had to ask for my sour cream even though it was the sour cream and chive baked potato on the menu! Used to love this one...it's really went downhil the last couple of times we've been here...last time we were even ignored by the cashier while she chatted with her coworkers

Cashier was nice and helped me w my order because my app wasn't working properly and wasn't giving me my discounts. Food was fresh and good

Stopped in to get it to go ordered always been a big fan of Wendy's food so I have nothing bad to say about Wendy's they have a good variety of food and they should have something for everyone

My family and I attempted to eat at this location only to wait in the drive thru line for 35 mins and still had 7 vehicles infront of us before we ultimately left to eat elsewhere. Fast food isn’t fast at Wendy’s in Cabot. If you have time to wait in the drive thru line for 35+ mins, this is the spot to go. Will not be back.
