Incredible. I ALWAYS wanted my eyebrows to be more natural and it was difficult to find qualified professionals to do what I wanted. Following the real design of my eyebrows even with so many flaws. And Dandara did exactly what I wanted. The environment is beautiful, totally Instagrammable (it's a shame I was embarrassed to take several photos lol) but I'll do it next time... Gaby is beautiful, very well educated. I was very happy to know and recommend this salon to all my black girls 💓 Success!!!!

Service for scheduling and reception were good, nice structure, but the eyebrow design service left a lot to be desired. At the beginning of the service I was not asked how I would like the design (thicker, thinner or arched), there was no hand mirror to see how it was turning out, no marking was done with thread. What should have been a design was actually a half-baked cleaning done in less than 10 minutes that even I could have done at home. I don't know about other services, but I don't recommend it for eyebrow design.

I applied eyelashes thread by thread. It wasn't what I expected, but anyway, it was the closest to my house. What I think really disappointed me was the service, because when I went to schedule maintenance they took three hours to respond, not even a “good morning” “I’m checking availability” nothing, they left me in a vacuum, and when I thought any response would come in the middle of this they deleted the message, like???? I even wondered if it was something personal. But I don't think there's any way since I only went once, and on the day the service was so-so. I looked for the space based on reviews, proximity, and also Instagram marketing. But that's it, that was my experience.

Not only will you receive quality treatments from more than prepared professionals, you will also be treated with warmth and comfort. I loved it and I would have a fixed schedule if I lived in the same city!

I recently had an eyelash extension service at GabsBeauty, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience that didn't meet industry expectations. I contacted them, expressing my dissatisfaction, but the response I received was an insistence to pay for another full service, along with an additional charge for removing a set I didn't like. It seemed like they were only focused on financial transactions and didn't prioritize my satisfaction. I wish there was more consideration for customer satisfaction and a willingness to discuss possible solutions. Although I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements, I would not recommend this place.
