I would like to express my total satisfaction with the service at the Clinic, especially in relation to Dr. Bruno Mendes. My first ultrasounds, the nuchal and morphological translucency, were performed by him. Dr. Bruno Mendes is very friendly, explains the information clearly and demonstrates a high level of empathy. In a moment of distress, he was relaxed, made us laugh and made us feel relieved. Thank you for the positive experience and the professionalism demonstrated throughout the process.

I managed to be seen on the date I needed (since it was very urgent) and I received excellent care with professionalism from Dr. Ana Paula. Attentive reception girls.

Very good service from the reception department, very polite and helpful staff. But what the clinic lacks is nursing screening before consulting with a specialist. The consultation time is so quick that the doctor does not measure vital signs. I made the appointment due to a pressure spike I had a week before. On the day of the appointment I asked the Dr to check it and it was high. He didn't prescribe me any medication, he just asked for some blood tests. When I returned, he only looked at the test results, he didn't check my blood pressure to see how I was doing. Even to make a referral, a letter to the cardiologist. But I've already managed to have a consultation with a General Practitioner at UBS and I'm going to take the tests that were requested. That was my experience.

As always I am very well attended to!! The receptionists are polite and attentive. The nursing team is excellent. I was satisfied with the consultations carried out by Dr. Letícia and also by Dr. Ana Paula. The environment is pleasant and the clinic is very clean!
