The property is located at a wonderful place. We stayed in sea-touch cottage and the experience of living just beside sea is wonderful. The service was good. Room was clean and tidy. Washroom was basic but clean and tidy. Food (breakfast) had limited choices but was good. Pool is good. Only thing that needs improvement is the infrastructure. The rooms take you straight back to the 90s. The wooden structures need serious upgrade. The rooms overall need renovation. Overall the stay was worth the money I feel.

Good location and well maintained resort with scenic beauty and good cleanliness all around. Food served here is average as their main focus are the guest rooms because such resorts generate revenue through sale of rooms and not food. But the only disappointing thing is that the beach on which this resort is located is not a 100 % sand beach. The level of sand on the beach is very low. Overall experience is very good and satisfactory.

Visited the resort for a one day conference. It's beautiful, right on the beach. Beautiful villas and sea facing rooms. The food they served at the conference was tasty and delicious. Will visit again for a holiday. Conference hall is good. Great landscapes and a small pool to chill.

It's a quiet and lovely restaurant which is part of the Bambolim Beach Resort and is right next to the beach with a beautiful view of the sea, the sunset and a few coconut trees swaying in the sea breeze. Service is nice, music is great (not too loud and doesn't disrupt your conversation), the food is quite decent...you can even climb down to the beach from here.. definitely head here for a peaceful dinner...

Lovely experience! Not a word left to say anything against this. It was one of the best resorts in Goa with direct sea view, not in bright sunlight but in patches of shadow and light and it looked brilliant from our room. Room was clean, all room services were good. Resort is big enough to roam around silently with your partner for half n hour or more. Resort staff helped us in all possible ways whenever required. Moreover, they have a private beach...what else do you need?

The property is situated right on a beach far from the other crowded places. Very peaceful, calm atmosphere. Food served is good and reasonable. However, I suggest they focus on better customer service. Every time I needed something in the room, had to call 2 - 3 times before they send help

Peacefull location. Property is touching a beach. They have 1 restaurant next to the beach. Beautiful views, sunset etc. Mocktails, cocktails and snacks were good. They have a lawn for weddings. Decent size swimming pool. Only service in the restaurant was bit slow. Not very polished staff. But overall great place to visit for brunch and swim, stay, or dinner by the beach.

Fraud !! Be careful!! They will show nice hotel pictures which will be good and once we reaches there they may cancel your booking without informing you and at last minute they will convince you that there is no option and we should go to some cheep hotel on their choice.I am surprised that many travellers had same experience with this hotel. They are experienced in dealing this type of drama.They will also tell us that if we wish we can call police and they are not worried about that.

I went to attend a conference and so, can't talk about rooms. Superb location, well lit and neatly kept. The restrooms were very small considering the number of visitors. It's also not regularly maintained. There are ample greenery, big banyan trees, swimming pool and good number of parking spots. The food service as well as food taste is excellent. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options. It's a great feeling having food or just having a conversation while facing the beach, especially enjoying the sunset!!

The place is very good in terms of sea view and services. Staff is very courteous. People are helpful and they offer privileges if it's there fault. For example the ac in my room was not working so they gave us free extension for half a day. But the hotel in itself is a little old with old features switches and needs some good maintenance. Other than that food is decent, pool is well maintained. Overall a good serene peaceful and calm place if you like the holiday that way so it's a little cut off from the usual goa crowd.

Love the overall experience. However, a little more attention to give a makeover to the rooms and update the installations in the rooms would enhance the experience. The boundary next to the restaurant area should be reinstalled to ensure guests' safety.

A great place to spend time with love ones or with your office/College mates. Offers a wide variety of stays and staff is friendly. Food is great, Liquor prices are a little high considering it is in Goa. Do not keep cash or valuables inside rooms when you are moving out. Beach view is great.

My experience was very good... Easy check in... Good food... Nice beach resort in North Goa... Service was also good... Staff was co-operative and kind... But food service was little bit slow... Attended a Friend's wedding here. It was awesome. The resort is full of greenery and serenity. The food was delicious. Rooms were clean but the housekeeping service was slow. After multiple calls to the reception and a prolonged wait, they'd send for the housekeeping. The delay could probably be attributed to the fact that there were so many guests and catering to everyone's needs was hard for them. But overall, the ambience was nice. They have a private beach and one can enjoy it fully. I specially loved having tea by the beach while watching sunset with friends. They also have a swimming pool and it was clean. It was a nice experience all in all.

Awesome property with great views of the sea... private beach for guests...great restaurant and reasonably priced...only downside was the rooms were old ...try to opt for cottages if you plan to stay here...

Had an extremely great time in Bambolim beach resort. I attended my friend's wedding and the location was straight out of paradise. The best part about the resort is that the beach is right outside your door and the sunsets are to die for. The location is a bit cut off from the main city but if you are looking for a relaxed experience that doesn't involve hopping to different spots, then you can go for it.

Rooms are nice with beach views but the washroom is cramped. You literally have to squeeze through to use the toilet. Food is average quality and service is very very slow. Property is huge, full of greenery and right in front of beach. A little more attention to the rooms and service is a must to make people think of a revisit or to recommend it to others.

Location waise its great 👍..sea view rooms and restaurants but poor room service and vegetarian foodies you will get disappointment 😞.. But if you are on family vacation looking for adorable hotel with best sea view then you can definitely consider it

We stayed in this hotel for 2nights the location is good they have beach views rooms available which are good room service is good but the sad part is the restaurant which they have or the food which they serve is not so tasty compared to the price they charge so they should focus on the taste which they give to their customers rest everything was good. I had my daughter's wedding reception at the Bambolim Beach Resort on Sunday the 25th February. We had about 600 guests for the dinner at their big lawns and 230 guests staying at the resort. It was the most awesome experience. The resort has the natural advantage of being sea facing and having a beach attached for beach walks, photo shoots etc But besides the natural advantage, the staff starting from younger generation owners who we interacted with, to the front office, the bell boys, housekeeping, waiters....all were always at your service with a smiling face. The chef's also were willing and open to the way we wanted things We had many demands but we're never made to feel it was not possible. The food was sumptuous, everyone enjoyed it. Some of the guests told us the cottages were like they were getting down into the sea. They were so well furnished...the touch of old architecture with all modern amenities. It’s a marriage hall. Not resort. Don’t get fooled. They have wedding event and loud music and lot of crowd because of that. Breakfast is like a langar. Stay away from this place if you want a peaceful resort experience. Only good part is you get beach access. But if you are only looking for that go for it. Also poor service especially with respect to late check in experience. And if you order any food. It takes one hour minimum to get your order. Even your bill. Kitchen is basically for marriage function remember

The place is at a beautiful location and easily accessible. It is possibly one of the very few resorts that is just over the beach in Goa. We stayed in a beach view cottage, the view was awesome. But I believe the furnishing work wasn't complete yet. The linen is just okay and amenities in the room are below par. The pricing is acceptable given the peak season and the location in extreme proximity of the beach. Morning and evening walk on the beach is great, but carry a cane as there are too many dogs. The food is good and well priced. Cocktail and mocktail - they can do better. The complementary breakfast is fine, but predominantly a regular menu, with hardly any continental options. Overall, the location and the ambience make up for everything else.

This was one of my best stays in Goa…peaceful, calm, kids friendly. If you want to just relax and spend some quality time with your loved one’s,then this is the place . Loved every bit of my stay .

Most important one 😊 it's a pet friendly resort. The staff was friendly and helpful Food was delicious 😋 The restaurant chef server waiters & helpers all were helpful and at their best. Massive resort situated right next to the sea. Beautiful rooms and plenty of activities on offer such as pool, table tennis, beach volleyball and swimming. Perfect place for a relaxed vacation. The restaurant serves excellent authentic Goan food and varied choices of liquor. Not to mention, it is quite easy on the pocket as well. Bonus points for having a casino right next to it!

Amazing stay with absolute loving nature scenery. The rooms are cosy and beautifully decorated. With lovely night ambience and affordable buffet spread. The cafeteria is neat, clean and staff is super friendly and courteously working hard. Pool is refreshing and well. Maintaind at all time. Beach is clean, quiet and beautiful.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. There are mice in the walls, I saw a cockroach in my room, the bathroom was filthy. The staff was helpful but I do think they were all looking for tips. I would wager they are underpaid. One of the waiters in the restaurant was so adamant he deserved a tip (we didn't have cash) he followed us up to our room later, which made me feel unsafe. So hide room numbers when in restaurant! Food was not bad. Overall not value for money, and would not recommend. Had it not been for a wedding we were attending we would have never stayed here. WiFi also atrocious, which doesn't matter if you are Indian I guess.

Quaint old property with lots of character right on the beach. Easy to navigate from Dona Paula or Panjim and reasonable rates for a beach property. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the restaurant.

The food at Bambolim’s in house restaurant is amazing and the rates are so affordable. We had a gentleman Sultan who attended to us and was extremely sweet. Such a warm & lovely staff

For the rates they charge it is definitely not worth it, paid 7k per night and they refused to change my room even though I offered to pay for it saying they were completely booked which not true. Then when the bed was broken they changed my room. The rooms are below average. Expected alot more for the price tag. Room service food is terrible. Breakfast below average.

The service was beautiful, felt at home. Sultan really helped our table with anything we needed with a smile at all times. The owner wad extremely gracious and welcoming making our experience even more comfortable!

Good view, right on the beach, but the beach is not all that clean. We had the buffet and the food was decent. The gaming areas (billiards and table tennis) needs to be better maintained (cue sticks are not usable). Rooms are decent.

Went for a day picnic with my kids school and another time for a conference. Both times the food is praiseworthy. For the kids picnic they had served chicken lollipops and fish fingers and it was always hot and freshly made. Each time it got over the staff would replenish with hot & fresh starters. For the conference, the buffet lunch was a good spread but have to mention the butter garlic prawns in the spread. Again was such a generous quantity and they kept replenishing it. Other 5 stars I've been to have stopped serving prawns in this quality and quantity... so very praise worthy on their part. Location and ambience is unmatched... one of the oldest properties of Goa that never gets old till date.

It was a weekend getaway and we stayed for one night. If you're a family based in Goa, and you're looking for a change of scene this is your place. Alcohol cocktails are very reasonable. Food options were ok. The breakfast buffet is like any other average buffet.. south Indian, fruits, and a counter to fry eggs. The property is huge... The pool was where we were the most. It's a busy hotel, lots of families which is great to meet other parents and kids.

This place is really close to the beach, beach was not crowded at all when we visited. You can also sit in night and enjoy the breeze and sound of beach.. Food is also good.. but service takes lot of time. Room is old, but ok, toilet needs lots of maintenance.

A beautiful property right by the beach, amazing views, delicious food & great service. The rooms/cottages are luxurious & well maintained. A great place to relax and unwind during your vacation. A must visit !

Although age shows on this resort, it's also in a way adds to the beauty of the place, particularly the giant Banyan tree with the Buddha statue. However the best aspect of this place is the amazing view of the Zuari river and the the sea beyond. Visit particularly in the evening for a memorable sunset and some seashell hunting.

Bambolim Beach Resort is the best resort I’ve stayed at in Goa, The rooms are clean and spacious with an unrestricted access and view of the sea. The restaurant serves delicious food. The staff is very well trained and extremely hospitable. The property is carefully looked after, taken care of and maintained Bambolim Beach Resort is definitely worth the visit

Even during the pandemic and restrictions, the stay at Bambolim Beach Resort was memorable. The location is perfect, just touching the beach. Everything from the service, the people, the view, the cleanliness, the food, and the toiletries was perfect. Bambolim Beach Resort will also make a superb destination for weddings as well as other events. I strongly recommend this Resort to all.

The lobby was nice and the old tree next to beach was an instagramable sight. Rooms were pathetic. Small and smelly. Didn't look anything like the pictures on websites. We cancelled the booking

Good resort if you want to stay close to Panjim and want to enjoy a good beach as well. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff is courteous. Only issue was that wifi was not working

Your own space of sea heaven.. Their bay view rooms offer the best stay you can imagine. Simply sit by the sea as you unwind at any time of the day coz it's literally right outside your door. The food is great and the staff super courteous. During covid, the resort has done it's bit of making the stay safe for us.

Very good beach view resort. Beautiful sunset beach. Food is good, rooms are well designed and the service is good. Pool with the beach view is also a plus point. The beach has one of the best view in night.

The location is great. The rooms are not in good condition. They didn't even clean the room before we came. The taxi and all are very pricey. The only thing i liked was food. I was so happy with the taste.

We stayed here for three days and the experience was fantastic. The staff were kind and courteous. From the time we checked in, the process was very smooth. The food was delicious and the view from here is the best you can ask for. If you're looking to stay away from the chaos and relax by the beach, it's a must visit place.

Location is very good. Management is worst. Don't trust them with your bookings. Till the last moment they will say the booking is confirmed but in the end they may cheat you by giving away your rooms at a better rate than offered to you. Book at your own risk.

Excellent beach front location. We'll spread layout on cottage & Rooms on the property. Proximity to a near private beach is a big advantage ant the USP of this property. Nice and well maintained faciliand lawns despite staff restrictions. Restaurant could do with a couple of extra hands in the waiting and kitchen departments. Availability exists and management did do room change for better positioning and views. Overall a nice place to spend a few vacation days to a week (Just can't get enough of the beach)

Location is good for someone willing to stay away from the crowd. The property is right on the beach and overall decent. The rooms need a lot of maintenance and repair. Ground floor rooms have lot of insects and one or two has rats. Food is good. Service is very slow.

The property is well designed, good location too but lacks maintenance. Rooms are average, the central AC is not so effective. Wifi is poor and we had low cell reception in our room. Slow service and a lot of trash lying around. It can become a great place if the management spends on the maintenance even if that means raising the prices a bit

Location is nice… very clean and neat beach…. Water sport activities also available in the beach… did kayaking in the sea and its awesome… rates are different as per the season… no requirements like previous experience or swimming… did kayaking without having both of these… trainers available

If you are looking for accommodation near Bambolim Beach, I would recommend this place. The balcony view is good and you can see the sea clearly. There are many wonderful trees, and you can always hear the sound of the waves. The staff are friendly, you can ask the taxi reservation at desk, and you can pay for taxi when you check out. Cons; it's near the beach, so it's humid and the building is a bit old.

Nice location, courteous staff and good veg food. Access to beach is good. However the beach isn’t maintained well. Rooms are spacious and clean. A good place to stay with/without family.

I had a 3 day wedding celebration at Bambolim Beach Resort and all my guests had a great time. The food was amazing and very tasty. The rooms were comfortable and the staff really stepped up in making everything smooth during the wedding.

Great location and surrounding area, great for stay as its near to Punjim and South Goa. Service was fast, Food was good. Room ambiance can be improved. Rooms are handicapped friendly Restaurant location is great and near beach. Restaurant is easily accessible by wheelchair but it is little long way to restaurant

I haven't stayed in their rooms, but the ambiance of the restaurant, the view we get from there. You get a clean view of the amazing sunset😍😍 Omg, it's freaking perfect !!! A perfect spot for date, celebration. I gotta say. About the food we only had French fries, Screwdriver cocktail, white wine. The taste was good. But it was a bit costly according to me. The staff were helpful.

It was a great experience at the resort. The staff were very resourceful and pleasant. The only challenge is sometimes there are other events with loud music in the evening which may trouble your intention to have a quiet nice evening. Otherwise it is a great place to stay and relax.
