Staff: Accommodating and friendly. Service: 2/10. Non-informative. No initiative to educate the customers about the boat transfer if it didn't reach the minimum number of pax required. Minimum No. of Pax: 20 pax in the boat to sail going to the island. If not met, you'll have to wait until it met the required number of pax or you'll pay amd cover the balance.

We liked the island itself! But moving to the island leaves much to be desired! In my opinion, there is a simple extortion of money! After you paid for the ticket to the island and stayed on it, we were told that there are very few passengers and if you want to get to the island faster, then you need to pay more! In the first case, we were asked 1,500 pesos for two, we refused and after 15 minutes we had a full set of passengers! In the second case, we were charged 800 pesos! And since there were few people, in order not to waste time, I had to pay! Although after 10 minutes the next bot followed us, also with a small number of passengers, also for an additional fee!!!

It's a beautiful and nice place to visit. They gave plenty of rooms for accommodation and lots of cottages. Be sure to bring some money with you, especially when you want to take lunch here or any. It's just I don't like much their water coz it's not a clear one. They have music here which kind if bothering for me, coz it's too loud.

Unreliable schedule as trips depend on the availability of guests unless you are forced to take a special trip which is outrageously priced for a short ferry cross. Worse, they don't have wifi/internet or ATMs so you need to bring loads of cash here. The person in charge is not helpful either. Just be prepared.

A lot of waiting for a boat, inefficient process and if you want to get there faster, you can pay an extra fee P1,500 ($28) on top of P2,700 fee ($50) for 4 people 1 senior citizen, 1 PWD and 1 adult and 1 minor.

Fast and efficient ticket service but the toilets could do with being modernized!

Port to lakawon Island. Clean place but. The ticketing office needs an improvement and repairs to be more accomodating.
