I stayed there for 1 night and it was the worst experience ever. I picked the cheapest room (room 25) worth 700+ because wasnt there for staycation but for dinagsa festival. As soon as entered my room (25) I went straight to the con to freshen up and prepare for dinagsa festival. But i was surprised that the shower and the water faucet is not working and i don't have any water supply. I told them about the problem and they told me they will fix it. So I dont have a choice and went straight to the festival. But when I got back to my room I still dont have any water. I again told them and I was hoping that they will transfer me to another room but they did not but instead they told me again that they fix it. Iwas really frustrated and but controlled my emotions because i don't want to destroy my festive mood. So instead of taking a bath I went straight to the street party. And when i got back to my room and checked the faucet it still doesn't have any water. I told again the gaurd and again just told me that they will fix it. What the fudge! The front desk did not even try to contact any assistance or even talk to me. But since I was really drunk that night I did not noticed that i fell to sleep. I woke up around 12 nn and went straight to the con and to my surprise i still dont have any water! For the third time i told them about the problem and guard just fetched me some dirty and yellowish water! what the f*c k! I did used the water took a bath because I dont have a choice. The gaurd even asked me if my going to extend for 1 hour since its almost 1 pm and time to check out. I wanted to punch the face of the guard but controlled my self i just told him that no I will not extend. And finally its time to check out ! I told the front desk staff about all my frustrations but I did not receive any apology! And they did not even refund the money.

Great for traveller's. Clean, cozy and near bus terminal

We stayed overnight in a room for 4 for 1200. Room 7. It was clean over all. Issue was the drain of the bathroom. You need to keep the water flow very slow so it wouldn't overflow. The sink has a bad smell especially in the morning. It was quite surprising that we didn't even get free water during our stay. A room for 2 worth 750 is available but nevertheless it doesn't feel enough value for money.

The room is nice and it's classic. Wifi is great too! Staff is okay and helpful when being asked. It could've improved more by lessening the detergent/soap used in beddings. It has a strong and fetid smell! Please use mild detergent. Also, there are lots of cockroaches. But, on the bright sight the apartell was neat, has nice bathroom and classic room.

Right by the bus terminal. The area may look sketchy but that’s the majority of the Philippines as everyone is nice and helpful. The room is very clean and spacious for a night. Can be noisy outside though.

Clean, spacious rooms for an affordable price! Not to mention that it's just right next to the Cadiz bus terminal, very convenient.

Great place. Clean and with security, nice and accomodating staff. Downside no food service though 7-11 is just across the street

The crew from the desk to the guard are all courteous and honest.. R ooms are clean, so are the beds and lines too. I just call for my room reservation, it's always reserved for me even though I arrive late due to delayed flights..my room is still waiting for me.. I love coming back to Cadiz City, 3 to 4x a year..💕🎊🎉
