Probably used to be very nice 30 to 40 years ago (maybe more) but it's now in desperate need of some maintainence and an update. Was not able to get any hot water during my stay, bed was old and broken. I actually took the mattress off the bed and put it on the floor so that it didn't sink in the middle and give me back ache for the rest of the trip. However the hotel recovers a star because the rooms are at least clean and the air con unit works surprisingly well. Plus it was cheap. 2019-01-21 - - 1 night cost 950php for a standard room. To the staff if you read this, if you fix the hot water and the shower heads, and replace the bed bases this would have been a 5 star review. It really wouldn't take that much to make this a much more pleasent stay.

the place is old but historic . tv is not working. everything is just old. they charge per hour if you plan for late check out

Cadiz City is my kind of town. With Cadiz hotel within a walking distance from anywhere in town, it makes this convenient during my visit. Friendly staff and secure place, with a karaoke restaurant to entertain the visitors,what surprise me most is the energy of the guest singing. They have a broad knowledge of the songs in the book.

Quiet despite being on the main street, lovely staff, very helpful to me when I got sick and bedridden for 2 days. A pleasant atmosphere and fun hotel construction partially with shipping containers which should be more common around the world. VERY comfortable beds too.

Great staff, very accommodating. Quiet place to stay-in. Reasonable price for each type of room (which all were spacious). Amenities were customized for each type of room (e.g. outlet, fridge, TV). Generator ready hotel (city is prone to black outs)

The Place is Clean And The Rooms Are So Good and It Is So Affordable

The Rooms are well maintained and very clean, the amenities is complete and also the ventilation. The Hotel Staffs and Restaurant staff are very friendly and hospitable. The Restaurant food are very good especially the Sinigang, molo and the Sisig. The Location is located at the front of a Mall and one ride to any destination around proper area which is a plus perfect for us.

Rooms were not properly maintained and the people in charge do not know proper customer service. We stayed since all the neighboring hotels were full due to the black out in the city and they have power generators for the air conditioner.
