Bad. Customer service supervisor is not very approachable - name is Joanne. The floor tiles are uneven. It is not safe for everyone. It is prone to tripping especially for the elderlies and pregnant women.

Not organised at all. Empty trolleys are left to stack up and not cleared. Never have enough change. Shelf prices and labelling do not always reflect what is actually on the shelf. Same number of tills open regardless of amount of customers. Usually not enough open. Plastic bags are used to wrap items that are already in Plastic eg hot dogs. Even beauty products in bottles are put into Plastic bags. Staff always very nice but the place needs organising in terms general management of day to day running

Its on the heart of the city, definitely one of the stores which offers complete set of goods and merchandise for all occasions. they sell the cheapest chicken and pork as well.

Best place for grocers

As far as your grocery needs are requires, most of what you will need will be found on the store. There are rare days where they run out of stock but they do usually stock up pretty quickly. There are quick fast-food pick-ups here. There are an assortment of supplies here as well as other partner stores for your other rare needs like the ones from UNO. There is a dedicated liquor area, Chinese medicines, Watson's and Goldilocks to name a few. And my ever favorite National Bookstore is also found here.

You can find a wide variety of products in this hypermarket. However, I think the temperature of the shelves should be lowered for products that need to be kept chilled or refrigerated.

A safe place to shop.... They observe the minimum health protocol. The alleys are wide enough for two carts and they have almost all the necessities needed in an ordinary household.....
