Beautiful wild boar enclosure in the middle of the forest. There are some wild boars, today in August even with piglets. The parking lot is only a few meters away and the paths are wide enough for pedestrians and cyclists (no bike path). There are a few benches and shady spots.

A nice little forest to relax or jog, I prefer relaxing and listening to the birds. A special compliment to the artist.

A nice little excursion in the middle of the hiking trail! The piglets sunbathed comfortably in the sun, the wild boar babies lay close together and slept as well. The seating, some of which has carved elements, looked very nice. You can take a walk and enjoy the sight of the wild boars for a few minutes.

Great place to spend an hour or so walking around. Make sure you remember to bring something delicious for pigs as they seem quite food motivated.

Great hiking trail for the whole family with a little parcour to get ur fitness on. Parking avail right by the pigs... wonderful wooded area and truly a treat!

Nice forest where you can see pigs

There are very beautiful pigs to see here. They dig diligently in the ground.

A wonderful place, especially with children. Early in the morning, when there is little going on, it is particularly fun to watch the wild boars and explain to children how they live and what they eat. Otherwise there is the wonderful city forest around it and you have many opportunities to relax or let off steam

Beautiful nature experience for young and old. The wild boars are a nice addition. The courses amuse the children. Popular with dog owners. Addendum..2024 unfortunately people are overdoing it with the pasta in the enclosure, so this will soon no longer exist. The heart no longer exists either, stolen or something similar. Sad place now.

It's a refreshing walk in a nice wooded area. The fact that there are wild pigs in an enclosure only adds to the fun.

Fun spot to see some boars living in the forest. Parking was available opposite the hotel and it was a short work to the boar enclosure. There are strict signs up about feeding the boars but you can deposit food in the provided cupboard (nuts and dry pasta amongst others). Good point to also enter the forest for a general walk.

Many wild boars to see, even little ones. Nice exercise trails and hiking paths in this area as well.

It's really nice here, especially for children. It's all the more annoying that some people can't read. The very things that wild boars are NOT allowed to eat are behind the fence. It's just unbelievable and you think it's done on purpose according to the motto: after me the flood! Incomprehensible.

An ideal option for a little excursion in between. Ideally accessible by car. The paths are easy to use with strollers, balance bikes, wheelchairs and walkers. The wild boars' enclosure is clearly laid out and there are also opportunities for the animals to retreat.

Awesome place for kids to get close to those wild beasts.

We were there in mid-August, on a Saturday, it was pretty empty and the area is very well maintained. We also saw the wild boars, it was very worth it.

immer wieder schön am Gehege jetzt erst recht mit den Frischlingen, und für Kinder ist der Stadtwald perfekt zum spielen und toben.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Wildschweingehege, das an einem Sportparcour im Wald angrenzt. Wunderschön gelegen, mit einem schönen Parkplatz, nicht weit weg ein kleiner See. Wirklich einen Ausflug wert.

Die Anlage ist einen Besuch wert, man kann herrlich durch den Wald stromern und für die Kinder gibt es viel zu entdecken. Das Gehege der Rotte ist herrlich und man kann die Tiere gut beobachten.

Lokal & Wissenswert Die Tiere die hier leben sind einheimischer Natur, man kann also keine Tiger oder ähnliches betrachten. Was ich persönlich gut finde, dafür gibt es ja (wer unbedingt möchte) Zoos wie bspw. die Wilhelma in Stuttgart.

Sieben kleine Frischlinge sind zur Zeit im Wildschweingehege zu bewundern. Was für ein schönes Erlebnis, sie grunzen und quicken zu sehen. Absolut empfehlenswert auch für Kinder.
