I can't possibly figure out how can anybody grant more than 1 star to this Haunted Hotel frozen in the 70's. Besides the fact that it has walls and a roof, there's absolutely nothing to appreciate here. Everything reeks of old, light is scarce, but the prices are higher than all the others hotels in Cahul. I literally ran away after seeing the room, luckily I hadn't paid yet. AVOID BY ALL MEANS! BETTER SLEEP IN THE CAR!

The renovation and the furniture in the rooms are rather old but the hotel is spacious. In the included breakfast coffee is not included, only tea :(

The lady, At the kitchen service, was very rude, and talked to us very disrespectful, and watched a movie while we ate. Please if u want better reviws upgrade your people.. and maybe your showers and tv,

Not very impresive, but with good prices for a tourist

I was in this hotel, i think 2 years ago, before midnight i was checking, and they give me one price, but in the morning, they give already different price. So , when you will be going to this hotel, be really careful. They can take extra money easily...... I was feeling, so bad after all that happened with me. Associate at front desk , so smart, how to take your extra money from you

Room prices at front desk? Not indicated. That hot water is only available from 6pm to 10am? Not indicated. That you can skip (awful) breakfast and pay less for a night? Not indicated. That their policy is that you pay every three days max? Not indicated, no, they prefer to call you with a fearful and hoarse voice that you're indebted to them. You can ask them why that would be a problem, they'll tell that it is not, if you hand them over your passport! I laughed so hard at this one I nearly cramped my jaw ) Besides, when I asked for a bill, they asked me for a "citizen unique number", apart from the passport number. We have that kind of thing (social security number) but I told them we don't have that in France. Oh and heaters work 3 fixed hours a day during winter, if you're cold, use air conditioning, but beware the dust. The good stuff: rooms are spacious, cleaning staff is nice and helpful, as well as the only two English speaking receptionists, otherwise I hope you're fluent enough in Russian or can keep up with liberties taken with Romanian grammar.

Good cozy place for moldovan standards. Big rooms, nice food, parking for aprox 5 cars. I suggest you take the lux number as its bigger and only 2£ more expensive. I love this place.
