The portions that they serve at this resto are relatively large compared to other restos. The Tapa is very soft and not rubbery. The place is also very spacious and has very good ventilation. The restrooms are very clean as well. Will definitely come back.

I believe they make their own tocino; it's very good; it has more meat and the sweetness is just right. Large servings, good service, clean, ample parking.

Lots of friends recommended this place when it comes to tapsilog. First time here, I can say that it can have its appeal to some but not to all. For me, it's decent. I've tried better ones. The meat itself is soft and tender--don't expect the crispy type, and it's lingering between pares and asado taste-wise. The sisig is enjoyable, mostly fat from the pig cheeks but damn its good with rice. The calamares is best dipped with their excellent mixed vinegar. But then again, the streetfood calamares is better. Crispy crablet, pinakbet are special mention as decent. Sago't gulaman is meh. It's good to be able to try this popular place but that's it for me. Not exactly coming back.

For an institution that has been around since 1984, this has clearly rested on its laurels. Tapsilog, as ubiquitous as it is, demands the utmost differentiation. Tapsi ni Vivian, even though I have been a loyal customer the better part of a decade though, has clearly deteriorated. Its signature offering, the tapsilog pales in comparison with most of its competitors. It's too sweet. The serving is too small for what they charge and the quality leaves much to be desired. It is a sad day when one has to downgrade an institution that one has grown to love over the years but this is the truth. The food industry is dynamic. Everyone copies everyone. Tapsi ni Vivian clearly has become complacent. Update: Had no choice but to eat here. We were famished from out out of town trip. I forgot my review abouve 4 years ago. As hard as it is to believe, the place is even wrse than the 2 stars I gave it 4 years ago! Staff were very noisy and boisterous. They kept joking around and shouting at each other. Some were singing and laughing out loud. Palengke ang dating. Not all wore masks. The tapsi was still ok. Small serving for the price. I saw trash under the airconditioning unit. There was also rat glue paper clearly seen by anyone. I shudder at the thought how many mice run around at night. The airconditioners hardly worked. One stray cat also loitering around. The air-conditioner was set at 34 degrees. Hotter than the outside temp. The waitress I talked to knew nothing. "Bago lang ako dito." The restroom area smelled of sewage. I'm never coming back.

THE BEST TAPSILOG IN TOWN πŸ‘Œ I always come to one of Tapsi ni Vivian's branches whenever I crave for some good ol' tapsilog. And it never disappoints! πŸ’― Their branch here along Ortigas Avenue Extension has an amazing customer service and great tasting food as well. πŸ‘

Place is not crowded. They are operating 24 hours despite the pandemic. Tables are properly spaced out and restaurant has proper ventilation(safer in terms of pandemic guidelines. Food tastes great for a good price as well.

Pricey compared to your usual silog meals but adds a sufficient twist that makes you want to come back Tapa is on the slightly sweeter side, kind of swimming in oil But otherwise, a great comfort dish

You can never go wrong with Tapsi ni Vivian if you're craving for filipino carenderia food. I've been in 2 branches of their resto and it never disappoints!

Good food in a good location. Not the best when it comes to keeping clients cool, but that goes for every open concept restaurants in the area. Just makes sure you come in quick and early else you might get unlucky with parking spots.

Perfect place if you like home cooked vegetables, seafoods, and meat. They also have different desserts to choose from. I like their grilled hito and ensaladang talong and also the sinigang na salmon. Their mango graham is not worth it for its price. Location is just along the hiway with limited parking in front of the restaurant but they also have parking lot few walks away.

Big servings. 1 order can be for sharing. Soup is nice. And open up to the wee hours.

I'm not a meat nor beef lover but I really love their tapsilog. After a tiring day you can go after with this meal that is truly pampering your taste. They also have a wide variety of pares meals that you can try and very affordable. This place is quite awesome as it was located just along the highway but with a touch of a little leaves that covering the side area. The place is huge enough to cater big families or barkadas.

Good food, good ambience. The place is relaxing during my visit around 8 in the evening. Customer service is also good. Attendants are attentive.

Located along main road. Limited parking space. Serve mainly local dishes. Quality of food is average. Prices are quite high. Ambience is OK with Koi pond.

We mostly go here after a night out. The place is open 24 hrs. Food is fairly decent for it's price. i always go for the liemposilog and tapsilog Their free soup is very good specially after a long night of booze. Most times we went there the place has always been clean and the servers always very helpful. Very basic tapsilogan in my opinion but still a nice place to eat and hang out.

Food good in general. The crab omelet was too dry or over fried and the crab flavor can hardly be tasted. Also the tables are too small for 4 adults to eat comfortably specially when you have have ordered a lot of food.

Thier food is good but serving are now getting reduced and the price are also getting expensive.. Staffing are very friendly and the location and the atmosphere is good.

They were very quick to serve cold and rubbery tapa and liempo when I clearly instructed to refry it. Never again here. Go at your own risk.

If youre looking for homefood along Ortigas Ave Ext, this is a good stopover. They have various food offerings, place is comfortably clean, they've got a Koi pond, and ambiance is nice, in fact surprisingly relaxing when its just along the heavy traffic area of Ortigas. Food so far is just ok based on what we ordered, rice is a bit expensive. Serving size seemed fair. I could only complain about the restroom, quite unkept and maybe they should add some air freshener to keep it nice smelling.

We love eating breakfast here since it's just beside the car wash we go to. I love their binagoongan and tocilog.

They have their own version of Tapa , you can always ask for a beef base soup . but slightly disappointed because the soup taste was different from before . i prefer the more richer taste before.

We've been here once.. I've tried tapsilog and it's great! I guess it's great for family, barkada, lovers to dine here and also if you're strolling at night and looking for a food trip.

Food is awesome as always. The restaurant is prepared for social distancing. Tables have barriers and has indicators where to sit. Seat is for 1 person only.

Last night we had our dinner at Tapsi ni Vivian- we had a long trip from Cavite back to Tanay- a good reason to find a place and have a perfect dinner- they have varieties of meal to choose from and we picked Tapsilog and Barsilog or BBQ since it's their best sellers- while eating we noticed that the fried rice is a bit hard to eat already as in (Matigas)so we ask the waiter and told him our concern- he went back to the kitchen and bring a cup of fried rice to our table newly cookedπŸ‘Œ. Thanks to the waiter for his immediate response.

Staff are polite and approachable, except for the security guard who keeps using his mobile phone and ignored us when we're trying to find parking space. Food is tasty but needs to be more tender on liempo bbq. I like the light taste of their sinigang na salmon. It wasn't overcooked.
