Ordered online delivery at 8pm A change of Doordash drivers. Estimared time kept changing 11 mins, 6 mins 4 mins then back 12 mins. Take 7 mins from the restaurant to my place 40 mins after ordering online received the food. Looked inside to get dried (dipped back into the oil to reheat) chicken, drink and 2 plain Corn cobbs? I call back to rectify this mistake in my order. The lady apologies and forgot to write on my order (while doing another order) that they sold out salad and gave corn cobs instead? No proper compensation I paid for a side and get something different. No point driving there when they about to close and clean up. Ruined my dinner. Thanks Red Rooster Team.

The supervisor is a bit too immature. I observed him escalating an inquiry into an argument. the customer had a simple problem with the app order. A mature manager may have handled the error better. I did not get what I asked for either. The chips in my order were old and re cooked . I asked for wings in my order at the counter and received legs.

Red Rooster staff and service was fantastic, I ordered a large flava wrap with large chips and a water which was a treat for my lunch. The restaurant was clean and there were plenty of clean tables and chairs waiting for customers. There is a drive through at this store location as well. There is plenty of parking around the restaurant which backs onto Raintrees shopping centre.

What a busy store at dinner time. Staff were friendly and informative and helpful when it came to advising of wait times for food. Customer service at this place is wonderful. Edit to add visited tonight and food was cold being handed over the chips were terribly cold and soggy inedible. The chicken has changed on the classic rippa. This drive through needs a parking bay for food can be handed out fresh instead of sat waiting for the first cats order to be completed. The staff were wonderful and all seemed very busy.

This used to be my go to eat out! Now not so much. Tonight we have spent around $50 to get food tasting like old yuck oil, pretty well a whole tomato on my wrap, missing food. And everytime you ask for a refund or to have it sorted no one gets back to you! Over wasting money here and starting to think it’s something we are better off cutting out fully! Staff too lazy to even cut a tomato properly let alone make sure you have a presentable and FULL order! We don’t eat out much because of the price of living and when we do we expect what we pay for and for it to be fresh but the last few months just ridiculous. We were also 1 of 2 customers at this place at the time. So no excuses!

To the lovely young girl starting with K(I hope that's right) who I spoke to on the phone at around 3:40pm on the 2nd November. I called just to make a couple of changes on my Doordarsh order. She was super friendly and had amazing manners. The best customer service!!! She was in the process of making our food at the time and when the food arrived, it was the best Red Rooster we've had. Super saucy and fresh. Really appreciate you making an effort to make our order enjoyable. Cheers Brad.

Ryan at the drive thru was very polite and didn't rush like most places. Service was good as was the food.

Service not friendly. Atmosphere not friendly. If not drive thru it's not prompt. Don't get Rooster Feed. No drinks included. You will get more from family meal. 'One' can of soft drink, $4! Whole chicken. Not roasted pieces as advertised. Whole chicken! Again, better some family meal.
