The staff are rude. The food is severely overpriced! Staff told me I got my order wrong. They then shouted out they want a bloody remake. The people were on shift on the 8th January 2024 at 7:30am. One lady and two tall men. Incredibly rude.

A disaster of an airside food outlet, and a prime example of why competitors here would be a good thing. Everything is expensive. Quality is poor. If I can only see white bread sandwiches something is wrong. I tried them anyway as had to eat, they were dry and tasteless. Muffins stodgy and 90% sugar. You will buy here only because you have to as you are captive waiting for your flight.

$10 Aud for this! $25 Aud for a burger that looks like it has been microwaved….. wow just eat somewhere else on the way to the airport!

Just backdooring off the cafe initially, this airport is pure trash. Talk about #deadairports Also this cafe is hella' exxy. Welcome to Cairns, folks!

Super great place to have my break at. Good to finally meet the friendly staff and get to know them. In the perfect spot up by the windows for a great view. Coffee and food was great too. Looking forward to coming here more often!

In the toilet I recognised the barista as he came out of the toilet cubicle and barely washed his hands. No soap, just waved his finger tips past the faucet once.

Staff too busy talking/joking with each other to focus on customers, forget orders and people. Yes received an apology . Monopolies must be a good thing!!!!!!!!

What a lovely experience. Such friendly staff and yummy brekkie food. Highly recommend this place.
