Great optical check and first impressions but unfortunatley an incorrect measurement of the reading part of my lens rendered glasses unuseable. Initial response to problem by staff was terrible, thankfully manager stepped in and attempted to rectify. Living overseas limited options and was eventually given full refund. Wouldnt recommend. Correct measurements is a basic expectation.

Amazing staff! Very helpful and great customer service. Optometrist was good, helped me with my vision concerns and answered all my questions in depth, was very caring. Very happy with my new glasses as well. Very good quality and reasonably priced. Thanks OPSM Cairns Central would defiantly recommend.

Very friendly, professional service by all the staff who came into contact with me. Nothing was a problem and they went out of their way to accommodate all my requirements which changed from my initial need to see an optometrist though to a new pair of glasses for which I had been searching for some time.

Kudos to Lynssey who patiently fix up my glasses and shared her expertise in regards to the problems I had with my glasses. Excellent service and keep up the good work, Lynssey!

Great setup, easy location, clear appointment booking system, prompt service, always clean. The customer service at front of house can be a little hit and miss imo (judging by other reviews it's quite good..? so maybe everyone has off days). Dr. Tony is phenomenal - it's been a few years since I've been to the optometrist so I was feeling a bit nervous about what to expect at my appointment. He was patient, friendly, genuinely interested, and happy to answer my many questions - the best part was he broke down optometry information to a level where I could understand. Honestly 5/5 because it's doctors like Dr. Tony who actually make me want to go to the (eye) doctor more frequently, and that's saying something!

I got sunglasses from OPSM Cairns Central last week and the service I received was amazing! The staff were really helpful and made sure I had a good experience while in the store!

That place is awesome, they have so many gadgets and expensive machines, the young uni grad was pretty good too, was a little surprised at that. Was fast, patient and friendly service.

I am on the look out for new frames, I saw an offer and decided to check OPSM at Cairns Central. Nobody bothered to offer me any assistance so I started trying frames myself. The lenses were so dirty! It was quite an unpleasant experience. It doesn't take long to clean them but I guess it will distract them from chatting to each other
